The service department for Honda here is horrible. Service Advisor Debbie was very rude and condescending. I don't like writing reviews like this, but I had to. Honda service guest care is not important to this person. Would not listen when I was describing the issue with my vehicle, basically saying, "I have never heard of that." and kept interrupting me. Stay away from Riverside Metro Honda service department.

I went here last Saturday to see about buying a new Mazda. I had a few questions to ask and the receptionist was very friendly and guided me to the right place. Her name was iris she is Very kind, I would recommend Riverside Mazda to my friends & family.

Service staff are efficient and well-mannered. Appointment was for 0700. Oil replacement service with a recall repair. Total time: 1 hour, 24 min. No cost as this was a leased vehicle. Location recommended: 100%

Unprofessional from when I pulled up to get my car serviced all the way up to when I was given back my vehicle with a cracked windshield and it was not like that when we took it to get serviced. Words can t express how terribly handled it was and the lack of care. Which btw hasn t been taken care of yet still waiting and I took my care in last week and was told I should hear from them on Monday with an update. It s almost noon and nothing. After this horrible experience i can t say Honda still has my future business.

Volkswagen Dealership - Well, now they've stopped giving out car washes for their customers. How sad! I give them a "1" star for this. This really needs to be re-implemented back into the program. COVID-19 is pretty much over no one is required to wear a mask, and they don't have to do the specific clean-up for COVID anymore, so why not bring it back???????

I was very skeptical initially that this would be a typical dealership with pressure sales and nonsense......well not Riverside Metro i found them to be professional, courteous, good natured folks; i was quite pleased with the wire transfer option:) Thank you Louis, James and Andrew @# Honda branch...thats the service you hope to get zero hustle, well done...oh there is Cafe Americano as you wait. So if the owner is reading this...your guys did well and Carmax, based in my home state in Virginia could be in for some trouble with that kind of service:) Later!

Working for this company has been the worst experience of my career. The way they treat employees was totally unprofessional and downright rude. From the outset, I was given little to no training, no guidance, and no support from my managers. Despite my best efforts, they make us never feel like a valuable member of the team. The pay was minimal, and the workload was overwhelming. Moreover, the company's culture was toxic, with negative attitudes and backstabbing behavior commonplace.As a dedicated employee, I gave my all to this company, but they never seemed to care about my well-being. They make employees feel disposable and undervalued, as if I was only a means for them to make a profit. I would never recommend working for this company to anyone. Their disregard for their employees and unprofessionalism was disappointing and exhausting. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that actually values their employees."

My experience here at Riverside Metro Auto group was less than desirable on November 13, 2022. Kade, the Sales & Leasing consultant was very helpful (as he should be) at finding a Certified Pre-Owned VW Atlas Cross Sport in the color I wanted and with a great attitude. Although it was frustrating to have to remind him over and over that "No, I do not want to buy new, I am looking strictly for a CPO vehicle." After days of doing research on the make and model that I want, Riverside Metro Auto Group was the only dealership that had what I wanted. I currently live in the San Diego Area and had to drive almost 2 hours (117 miles) to get to this location. I picked the 2021 VW Atlas after taking it for a test drive. I had a paid off trade-in, and a check from my bank. After sitting down and showing them my numbers and budget, they would go into the front room and spend 15 to 20+ minutes just chatting and standing around. Each time they would come back and try and tell me that they could only give me $4,000 for my trade in (valued at $6,000 to $7,000) and that I needed to pay for Theft Patrol($1,199.00) & Cilajet ($995). Since the car already had tinting, they didn't try and push the extra "Appearance Package" for $1,664.00. After having spent hours negotiating and not getting very far, they finally sent me (clearly frustrated at my attitude with their attitude to the Finance Manager, Ghilian, who was very nice at first explaining line by line what I was signing for. Until it came to the Theft Patrol & Cilajet. I told him and the team multiple times that those were optional, clearly stated on the documentation, and that I do not want to pay for those. He insisted (clearly very annoyed now) on ensuring me that he cannot take those extras off of my final bill and asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I said yes, and the manager at the time, a male with very short hair, came in and did not introduce himself and sat down very quickly and obviously annoyed at my request for him. He insisted that I was getting a "good deal" and the two (optional services) that I was signing and paying for were marked down already and he couldn t do anything else for me. I was extremely annoyed and tired at this point-having arrived around 10:30 AM and not settling on a price until around 3:30pm. The fact that your team was unwilling to work with me on items in the documentation that were clearly listed "optional" and knowing I was tired and annoyed and ready to sign because I wanted that specific car and to just leave was extremely unprofessional. I would hope in the future you treat your customers with more respect. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new/used vehicle and suggest others do the same. I am happy with my vehicle, but not the experience.

Worst place to go for first time buyers. The sales people completely take advantage of unsuspecting people. I overheard a sales guy convince a dude with bad credit to accept a loan with a 22% interest rate. The sales guy is like You ll learn how to budget LOL! Wow!

I love Riverside Honda! I purchased my Accord Sport just over 1yr ago and Nana was so helpful and kind. He truly went above and beyond for me. I also take my car in for routine services and I am extremely satisfied with how polite and helpful they are. Juan is always my service advisor and he always gives my a breakdown of what needs to be done and I leave with no unanswered questions. The girls at the service desk are always sweet and are on top of all the orders. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone seems so happy to be there and ready to help. I have never felt hounded or taken advantage of as most car dealerships could have you feeling. Thank you to Nana and Juan, you both have great service and on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being extremely satisfied I would rate you both 10 across the board. Thank you to the team at Riverside Honda, you all deserve to be acknowledged and recognized for going above and beyond but I can't remember everyone's name.

I never bought a car here. The parts and service dept are excellent and professional. I wish they had it together just a bit more. But things mostly went smoothie. I am sure it is just their process. Otherwise, I would bring my car back for service. I would also buy parts from here.

Had my Honda serviced on 9/19/2020 oil change, my service advisor was not friendly what so ever nor did he make any recommendations . My service was completed walked near his office to pick up my keys while he was talking to his co- worker and didn t even acknowledge me. Conversation was not even business. Nick on the other side with Nissan is great, I get my Nissan truck serviced with him all the time. Last time getting my Honda serviced at this Honda dealer.

We were walking around for at least 15 minutes. We looked at Accords, Civics, hybrids and more. No one came out and even asked if we needed help. Yes, we were looking to buy. We visited multiple dealerships that day to make our minds up on what is right for us. Since, no one came out (and no they weren't busy) we left and went to Chevrolet and decided on a Malibu. The sales was awesome! I guessed it all worked out. Thanks Honda for not helping us we feel like this was a better fit.. However, in the future help people that are walking the lot. By the way, there was another couple there as well, and no one had help them. We left so we don't know if they got helped are not.

Check your paperwork before you leave. As a first time buyer with no help nor experience in ever buying a new car I would of payed extra money that my contract said I had and it didn t. My car also is supposed to have cilajet and everything is sticking to the car and paint is chipping on a 2022 Honda Civic. Very unhappy with services

Had great customer service. Irwin was the best. Was able to work me in without an appointment since I needed my car in tip top shape when I'm called to help my sister and brother who were in a very bad car accident who live 700 miles away.I was impressed with how often some one came to clean the drink bar center. I was there 4 hours and it was cleaned 4 times. A young woman was busy cleaning the bathroom and other areas everytime I saw her.Thank you Riverside Metro Riverside for your great customer service and helping to keep us safe in the service waiting area in view of Covid-19.

Friendly staff, great customer service and offered plenty of delicious treats. Service was fast, easy and definitely worth the early morning appointment. Would definitely recommend this location if you need your car serviced, wash takes awhile so be sure to wear comfy shoes. Waiting area has limited seating so be sure to plant yourself in one of the few seats.
