My husband and I were there over the weekend just to go look at the new Santa Fe 2024. Monica Ayala approached us and took us on a test drive answered all of our questions regarding some of the specs. I had a trade in I wanted to see what I would get for and was offered a substantial amount. Ted Abdul al worked his magic and was able to make a deal with us of which we could not refuse. We accepted the great offer and now I am a proud Hyundai owner once again. Clemente Bacani helped us set up the car and set up the blue link app. The whole process was so smooth, the costumer service was great by everyone there. I will definitely be recommending Hyundai Riverside to my friends and family. Absolute pleasure to work with!

Totally disappointed and dissatisfied I've only been here twice for service thinking it's my car brand dealership they will handle it with care. Wrong second time coming in for just an oil change and a "complimentary wash. only to receive my car back with scratches that most definitely weren't there before I started my vehicle, and a vehicle still covered in dirt.Which led me to ask for a manager (Jim Sims)whom was very rude even after being redirected and corrected continued to call me a sir and Mr. Sadly he attempted to provoke me into a verbal dispute but I'm above it I kindly dismissed him. I simply just encourage ppl that do business here in riverside @ Hyundai to take pictures of your vehicle before and after said service. To have a person tell you a cat scratched up your vehicle that is stored in a garage where no cats occupy is an insult to intelligence then ask me if I want a quote for a detail absolutely not thank God for maturity. How can I miss the main operated door to not notice if the door is coming apart

This dealership is AMAZING. The best experience I ve EVER had - which is saying a lot because my family and I buy/sell a lot of cars. They sorted me out with the best deal, easy process, and Everyone is super friendly and easy going. They re not here to sell you and bargain or negotiate. Literally here to get you sorted out with what works for you. Also, VERY patient. I recommend all my friends and family to go here, no questions asked. they have a lot in stock, unlike other dealerships. Their test drive area is also super practical and spacious and no traffic nothing. 1000/10. Got my dream car here. Definitely go here

Let me start off by saying, buying a car can be a super drawn out thing unfortunately. Started off at one dealer then ultimately chose Hyundai of Riverside due to the professionalism and not being so pushy on what to get/can afford. Tim helped me out tremendously, without the back and forth just straight cut and dry. I appreciated his honesty and looking out for my best interest. He got me into an amazing hybrid and gave me the best deal out there! I am truly thankful for him! I also want to shout out Rico in financing. He was the one of the coolest realest guys out there and the conversations we had were much appreciated! He sped up the process made everything clear and concise for me. Just all around Rico and Tim made my experience at Hyundai an amazing one! Will definitely be back for check ins and my maintenance there just to catch up with those great guys! I also will purchase my future Hyundais here. Proud to be apart of the Hyundai family, and if you need one definitely go here!

Everything was great from top to bottom. The managers very easy and smooth to deal with. They were able to get my loan approved through my bank on a Sunday when my bank was closed. Very very happy with the decision they made there and the decision I made in my car purchase. The financing was very smooth and easy as well. Highly recommended.

I showed up a week early... Yes 1 week early for my appointment and instead of sending me away they fit me in! The moral in this location is AWESOME. Everyone is so courteous and friendly. I will definitely continue to do my business here.... Can't wait for my next appointment

I called to schedule service last week on my vehicle and was told the soonest available time would be in two weeks. I called today to add an additional service and was told that I was not in the system. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The girl who scheduled my appointment of course passed the buck by saying there are four other people who work there. Regardless, such poor customer service. I don t think I want to entrust my time or my vehicle in your care.

I purchase a new Hyundai Kona remotely with Monica. It was such a great experience! The dealership was already offering a discount, no haggling necessary. I was walked through every detail of the buying process with professionalism, kindness and respect. My car was delivered to my home in the evening and I was given an extensive tour of the car. Monica is very knowledgeable and patient.

This place is the best! I got a great deal on my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy AWD. My salesman Roger Prado made me feel welcomed, Roger took the extra time before I drove my SUV home to help me setup the cluster menu and make sure I understood how everything works. I did not feel pressured in any way from start to finish on buying from Riverside Hyundai, I did use the Costco car buying program wish was a plus and gave me extra discounts, everything went smoothly. The finance staff also were great and made sure I understood and agreed on everything before signing. I definitely recommend this place!

I took my new Palisade for first service. I was told to wait for 1.5 hrs just for oil change. They drove me to Mazda s waiting lobby and kept me waiting for 2.5 hrs. I told couple of times to fix the license plate bracket but they didn t do that and asked me to go there again to screw that. Very disappointed with the overall service, they just sell the car and don t care about after sales service.Find some other better service center.

I've been shopping around for over 1 month looking at hyundai palisade. I was exhausted by the back and forth with other dealerships. As I was losing hope, I decided to stop at riverside hyundai. I started with salesman john and test drove the palisade. We started talking about the price and payments and we were a bit off.Ted Abdulal the sales manager came to talk to me and made everything very easy. I did not buy on the spot, but the next day Ted gave me a call and also gave me the best offer. When I say the best offer, compared to other dealerships it's was a huge difference in my favor. Ted the sales manager kept in touch while he found the color I wanted and the trim I wanted. Once he found the car Ted called me and I was in and out with brand new 2024 Hyundai palisade within 1 hour.I would highly recommend riverside hyundai to anyone. Go down and ask for Ted abdulal the sales manager, you won't regret it!

Wasn t a good experience with customer service. When we arrived, David was on the phone, so Austin offered to help us. However, David said no that he would help us. David continued his phone call for a few minutes, then made two more phone calls before asking the reason for our visit. Told him we were there for car maintenance, and he said that it would be Austin who would need to help us. Shortly after, Austin came back in and helped us. Everything else went well.

I bought my first Hyundai, a 2005 Elentra when I was going to college. I upgraded when I was out to a 2015 Sonata. What a terrible decision, the transmission gave out at 60k and it was was not under warranty. Declined warranty by Hyundai Riverside and Moreno Valley. Okay fine, the engine gives out at 78k. Terrible vehicle. I have records for a majority of repairs but still declined under good will warranty. Told it would be 9k in parts alone to replace. Screw that give me a different car. I m sent with sales person Adam who was nothing but terrible at his job trying to sell us a car. My wife said he was being passive aggressive the entire time and I agree. Go by my advice and go to Toyota. The customer service was night and day. Got me into better vehicles almost immediately with much better mileage. Hyundai I will not miss you. Good luck with your terrible vehicles and goodbye!

Great service upon arrival. Chan got a rental car for me because the tires were not in stock.When I picked up the car Chan was at lunch. I did not get any detailed information from a person, just written.No one told me when the horn might come in, apparently it had to be ordered.That is a SAFETY issue and I need it replaced ASAP.

Everyone should know that I ve had nothing but a worthwhile experience both times I have purchased at Riverside Hyundai. I would recommend this dealership every time. I was in the market for a new or gently used suv. I had an unfortunate event happen with my 2005 Toyota Scion Tc a couple weeks ago. It caught on fire. It gave me a good 18 years R.I.P. So I was on the search for my next reliable vehicle which ended up being a beautiful 2024 Hyundai Tucson SEL in Portofino Grey. Clemente was awesome. Patient, Pleasant, very helpful, & knowledgeable. Shopping for your next vehicle can be exciting & stressful at the same time. I'm very pleased, & excited with my first ever new, beautiful Suv. Thank you Riverside Hyundai. I received a discounted quote for a 30k service via email that was less than the price quoted at the dealership. I didn t get the 30k service.When I reviewed the original email later, I realized that I would have accepted the service at the price indicated on the email.Note that I formerly had a Toyota and deals offered to me there did not require that I present copies of deals. They already had them.Other than that my experience was fine.

The front desk service rep Jorge took care of me and "Lolita." He even got his hands dirty to speed up the process! Gave me compliments on how she's the cleanest he's seen!My car feels brand spanking new, thank you guys! I've been here before 100% satisfied being taken care of by one of the ladies at the front desk and another mister.Definitely come here to get your vehicle service! You will NOT be disappointed.

Our salesman, Sam, was good. He was professional and personal but listened to what we said and wasn't pushy. Melvin, our finance guy, the same way. They saved the deal by listening to our desires and not pushing unwanted add-ons to the deal. We had trouble with one of the sales managers in the middle, trying to sneak an unwanted add-on in but again, Melvin and Sam listened, understood and made it work the way we originally told them. We love our car and would go back to Riverside Hyundai to work with Sam and Melvin again.
