We received excellent service and professional assistance from salesman Ivan, sales manager Anthony and finance officer Richard. They were very attentive with us, they answered all of our questions and they all clarified all of our concerns in regards to the purchase of our new Honda Pilot 2024. If you are looking for a great shopping experience, and you are looking for a good deal on a purchase or lease, you better go to Riverside Honda. These gentlemen are very patient and respectful. Riverside Honda has been my "Go-To" place ever since I bought my first Honda CRV from them in 2017. It was the best and easiest transaction then. When I turned around and decided to trade that one in on a 2019 Honda CRV I wanted the SAME color and accessories as the 2017 (it was the newest color in 2017 and that was SANDSTORM - Beige like) BUT I wanted it to be AWD! They found it with the BIGGER wheels too! I am so happy with this car and Honda Riverside every time I have gone in for routine maintenance or something else they are eager to help me with no hesitation. Just this past week my battery for the keyless fob was going low and I had a visor problem caused by a repair shop who denied they did it. I drove in without an appointment, they took me right away even though they were very busy and I did have to wait my turn. Did not matter. Things got taken care of in a timely matter for a Monday and everything is great again.I will never drive anything but a Honda and if mine lasts as long as my family's has which is a 2004 Pilot in great condition then I will probably stop driving before my car is even close to ending it's run. Honda gets a five star because of Derek in finance, my goodness, he came behind that desk, and help put something that was dragging 0n my car after my car was repaired. He literally got down on the ground and he fix it. No words can express gratitude. On his excellent customer service respect and compassion. He gets 100 stars for that. As far as the secretary that sits behind the desk, her customer service was horrible by her being older you would think she has better customer service etiquette just no compassion Just a Oh well, kind of attitude. The person who is in charge of my car name is Louise I know it starts with an L. I guess it was Friday and it was time to go home but he made sure he handed me my keys cause he was still there I really didn t like the fact that I didn t even get a call that my car was ready. I had to call them twice to get an answer and it wasn t from him. I had to ask another associate in that department. Of course I had a rental car and I didn t want to pay another day as I drove my car off and something was hanging Underneath my car were it was dragging I immediately came back and that s when Derek came and rectify the issue before leaving the lot. And yes my Car definitely still has something dragging. But I definitely would like to give Derek a shout out for helping me. Derek he got down on the ground and even getting his hands oily and dirty to try to help me with the issue thank you Derek from bottom of my heart. Good customer service and compassion and respect is so hard to come by these days. Thank you so much Derek.

We were shopping for my daughter for a few days. came down to the dealership it was pouring rainy when we pulled up to the dealer and the Guys did not hesitate to show us the cars around the cars. they even pulled the car into the service drive for us servicedrive just for us to get in and out of the vehicle without getting wet , they were really helpful

I originally came here and set my honest expectations & the first few guys that helped me were trying to go over my (budget). I have returned to this dealer about 2-3 different times. On the 4th time I returned I was helped by a gentleman named Anthony.(sales manager) he took the time to hear me out, worked around my budget and we closed the deal on my new 2024 Honda Civic Sport! It literally happened within 1 hour of being there. The other couple of times I d come here I was spending maybe 2-3 hours getting asked the same questions by different people. But Anthony made it happen! I d definitely recommend Riverside Honda to all my friends and family! Thanks again Anthony.

Great place and great people to deal with. Devin the Master Sales Specialist made the deal super easy. Davin is very professional and patient to handle any type of customers by listening very patiently to his clients by identifying the needs and wants of each individuals. No suprises but straight to the point with all the due respect to his guests. Also the finance manager by the name of Richard makes my paper work absolutely wonderful with minimum time frame. I was extremely happy with his professionalism and this young man made my day so easy. Great place to visit for your next car buying. The service was good. Until my husband picked up the car and he noticed there was damage done to the car!! They admitted it happened when they moved the car, but they did not call him to let him know. He almost drove out of the lot. They should have called him!! They did say there are going to fix it. From now on we will take picture of the car when we are dropping it off for Service.

I got an exceptional deal from Riverside Honda and Owners of the Auto Group for the purchase of my new Honda.Sadly, making the deal was very painful. It took 3 days of negotiating. However, once financing and the price were agreed upon, the rest of the process went smoothly.I went in with slightly less than good credit, and the price was agreed upon based on a certain APR. Once I went to financing, they exchanged adding some add-ons for the ability to obtain financing at 2% APR lower than previously promised on the deal. All while lowering my monthly payment by $6. They could have just found a better creditor, but I did not object to the add-ons.I figured, at this point it might be best to proceed without negotiating the new rate with removal of the add-ons, since the add-ons were particularly useful to keep for the type of car I bought.At that point I was very happy with my purchase and the handling of the deal, for a car that I wanted to buy really badly.They even gave me free all-weather floor mats, wheel locks, and window tint to the specified legal percentage allowed in California.Some people have said the service department is not responsive. However, when I went to get my window tint installed, as soon as I drove in, I was approached by a lot attendant who took my car to the back.I highly recommend Riverside Honda and Family. If you're patient and like to play good cop vs bad cop for a little while, you could get a deal too. If you don't feel like spending the time, you may at least get a car out of it. That is the beauty of Honda Sales, and there isn't anything wrong about it!

My daughter leased a car from Riverside Honda. A little over a month before her lease was up she purchased the car. Honda Riverside was to pay the lease off & Corporatre acknowledged the amount Riverside was to pay but they shorted corporate the last lease payment that was not yet due, Corporate said Riverside was to send the difference yet now Riverside is BLOWING MY DAUGHTER OFF, saying they have no clue what's going on and that there is NOTHING they can do. Now corporate is billing my daughter for the balance. DONT BUY FROM HERE, THEY ARE CROOKS AND NOT WILLING TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS EXCEPT TO RIP THEM OFF. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,
