If I could give them 1 million stars, I would! Amber and Freddie and all the staff are so amazing and friendly. I ve been rocked with anxiety about finding a fifth wheel hitch for my new trailer since I ve never had one before, and when I called Amber was so amazing at explaining everything over the phone and making me feel confident in my purchase, then Freddy showed me how to attach it to my truck, and it was such a great encounter. I wish I had more trailer hitch needs so I can give them more of my business, but I will highly recommend them to everybody. I know till the end of time. They truly are the best.

Great service from Riverside Hitch and Trailer, and a high level of technical expertise and execution. They know their stuff, and the service doesn't come cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. If you need work done, plan to make an appointment well in advance. Do not wait until the last minute. They have a large selection of parts and accessories, and their advice and recommendations are spot on.

Had them install a 5th wheel hitch and airbags on my 2005 f250! They did a great job and delivered exactly when they said they would! Would recommend them to anyone.

I came in for installation of a 7 pin trailer connector and Bluetooth brake controller. All went well until I started having issues with what I thought was the brake controller. Freddy went above and beyond to trouble shoot the issue which turned out to be with the trailer brakes and not the controller. Despite not having previously worked on my brakes, Freddy and his team fixed the brake issue and didn t even charge me for the labor.A million thanks!

Amazing staff and great experience. You pay for the workmanship. Same tow hitch could have been installed by U Hall, but I recommend Riverside Hitch & Trailer. Amazing customer service.

I was there yesterday and you hooked up my Jeep to my motorhome, while the service was good, your technician locked my steering wheel instead of putting it on accessories.I even asked him shouldn t It be towed with accessories on and he said no.Long story short I am on the freeway and my motorhome is weaving all over because steering wheel was locked crooked. It was like pulling a vehicle with the tires turned sideways. After calling Amber she said that every vehicle is different and did not know my vehicle steering column needed to be on accessories.By the time I figured out the problem my two front tires were no good. I count myself very lucky not to have gotten in an accident. I asked them to replace front two tires and they have completely ignored me.It s not that I need the money, $160 for two tires, but the fact that they haven t even reached out to me that has made me angry.Re: Just a note, the owner called me and was very willing to make things right! Like I said the quality of work was excellent.

Great service from the ladies at the front and great service from the men installing. I had a very short deadline to get my hitch done and I called every U-Haul you could think of And they could not meet my deadline dates and where charging $1000 s I called them and they were able to get it done within 3 days! I would recommend them anyday!

When I took my 2015 ford explorer to have a hitch installed I was very surprised. My car already had everything it needed. These people could have honestly screwed me out of a lot of money claiming the hitch that was existing was the one installed but they didn't. They called me right back and told me we had everything we needed. This is an absolutely amazing place and I could not be happier with them. We will always use them for all our trailer and towing needs. Honest reliable and wonderful people.

Great people!!! Very knowledgeable. Very concerned about safety in towing. They will give you solid reasons for their recommendations. My RV dealer just wanted me off the lot 5th wheel hitch failed. Luckily it was at extremely LOW speed while backing the unit.I highly recommend them. Nick and the crew are the best!

The team here is top-notch! We have taken our truck and fifth wheel here for different needs and repairs, and could not be more impressed with their excellent service, reasonable prices, friendly help, and communication. They installed our hitch, taught us how to use it, and taught us how to use our brake assist controls. We highly recommend them, and they are worth the drive if you are coming from out of the area.

This is hands down the ONLY place you should ever bring your vehicle and trailers to have work done. Have brought my rig here three times and they have gone above and beyond with completing everything that needed to be done before i moved to idaho with my horse . This included a braking system installation, a weight distribution hitch installation, finding and resolving an electrical issue that caused my fuses to keep blowing, replacing all my tires, doing a thorough axel examination and lubing up the wheel bearings, all while remaining communicative, affordable, and friendly. they even replaced my emergency brake wire and gave me some new tow chain clips to properly attach to my hitch. If youre looking for an amazing team to make some drastic improvements on your rig, this is the place to go.

Another 5 star experience at Riverside Hitch. These guys are professionals with class. Nick knows his stuff and treats customers with respect. They have all the towing solutions and stock tons of hitches and other truck and towing equipment and accessories ready to install. I recommend.

Shop around before you decide to come and buy here. During my purchase I felt very rushed I will definitely not be coming back here or recommend this place. I got super ripped off on my purchase I could have saved a lot more money by going to another place. UPDATE 3/17/2020....I definitely stand by what I SAY AND POST. Now I'm a harbor freight "attitude" kind of person?? Please explain...Also you guys were definitely not busy. You guys never offered or suggested to get a reducer from a 2.5 shank to a 2.0 (2.0 most common size) I explained what I was was going to tow and I was definitely suggested to get what I ended up getting/buying. I do thank you for attaching the ball for me without any extra cost.

Was interested in having a few flat tow components installed on my motorhome. I was instructed by the owner Tom that unless I purchased the parts through them (he hid under the disguise liability purposes but these are the same parts he gets from the same suppliers), and essentially paid his mark up, they would not install even though I was willing to pay a fair labor rate for their expertise. So sad that a small business would endorse such practices. Makes me wonder what else they over charge for. Anyone doing business with Riverside Hitch should be careful.

These guys saved my trip. I rented a pick up truck from Enterprise truck rrntal and hooked up trailer and had no lights. I checked the fuses and connections and all were good. I took it to these guys and they fixed it in 2 mins. It turned out to be a loose plug behind the trailer connection. They didnt even charge me for fixing it. Above and beyond. Thanks again guys

I was moving to another state and bought a trailer at the last minute that needed some work. Tom and his crew where sympathetic to the fact that I was under the gun and did everything possible to help me make my move date. I called around to a few shops before going to riverside hitch and everyone was booked up for weeks with no concern for my urgency. Also, most were far more expensive. Thank you Riverside hitch for making the customer the priority and going above and beyond to help!! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any help with their towing needs.

This is the #1 place in Riverside for Trailers. Great customer service. Call ahead for appointments, cause there quality is no secret. Special thanks to Nick who took the time to square me away, going so far as to lay on the asphault under my truck to show me.

I had side steps and air bags install on my new truck. I also had a new coupler install on my trailer. Tom handled everything completely and in a professional manner. I highly recommend them.
