I came to this company due to its good reviews however I was wrong. I am Military and the lack of respect I received from Arnold is incredible. Arnold did a poor job at communicating as well as returning text messages and took it upon himself to schedule car drop off 4 DAYS before I got to the location. After canceling with him he calls and says I really enjoy working with people like you, and that was sarcasm in case you didn t catch that. Thanks for a great experience Arnold I enjoy working with people like you as well . That was sarcasm in case you didn t catch it.

I reached out to a couple of auto shipping group and finally chose to work with Gretchen. She was very responsive. She replied to my text within the hour and if she was on another line, she would also let me know. She worked closely with me and made necessary adjustment to make sure my cars shipped on time. The shipper that she assigned my cars to (Full Throttle - Carlos was the driver) was great too. Overall, great experience with Gretchen. She really made the whole process easy for me! Gretchen was so nice and helped immensely! After two different carriers cancelled on my with different companies (just because they couldn't find a truck within 5 days!) I went with this company, I was assisted quickly and was able to get my car shipped without getting Auto cancelled at a busy truck time!

Gretchen Hight with Auto Shipping Group was fantastic!! She saved the day. We had arranged for another broker to book someone to pick up our vehicle and ship it, but the driver never showed up. We canceled with them and contacted Gretchen and she took care of everything we needed within just two days! Such a relief. The car also arrived to its destination is less than than anticipated. Great to work with, arranged a reputable transport company that took great care of my car. They are a broker so be sure to understand that ultimately you are working with a transport company. Mine was I-5 transport that I fully recommend. The driver that delivered my car was very careful and went out of his way to work with our time schedule.

Gretchen at Auto Shipping was really awesome. She responded quickly with a quote and it turned out to be the most reasonable one as well.I asked her if she could get the car picked up in 3 days and although I thought it was a long shot, she ACTUALLY CAME THROUGH! She was helpful and updated us often. She even responded to messages late at night.

To start, Gretchen was the best! I received several emails from multiple trucking companies, several of which (including Gretchen's), gave very good advisories to having a good shipping experience, I/we shipped four motorcycles from Minnesota to California, Gretchen was able to find us a reputable trucking company that picked up on the date and time specified and also delivered on the date and time promised, overall, a flawless shipping experience, Gretchen and Auto Shipping Group come with a five star review from me and my friends.

After submitting my online transport requisition Gretchen immediately sent an email to me and followed up with a phone call. The shipping procedures and pertinent details were explained accurately during the process. After I made my decision to use the services of Auto Shipping Group the payment process was smooth and easy. After the vehicle delivery Gretchen was quick to follow up and inquire and ask how everything went. I would definitely recommend Gretchen and Auto Shipping Group.

Terrible service they charged me $325 for their service because I was going to transport my car with them and they never arrived and they never gave me my money back every time I called they said that it was in process and that i ll take a while but it's been months and they didn't give me anything back so I had a bad experience with them

When I called to get a quote, Gretchen did a great job explaining the process of shipping my Sierra. She not only gave me a estimate but walked me through the pickup and delivery process if I decided to ship with them. I did not feel rushed or pressured by her, and she took plenty of time to answer my questions.

If you need to ship a SXS, Car, Truck, Trailer, contact Gretchen Hight! I had never shipped a vehicle before. After submitting a couple freight inquiries online I was bombarded with quotes via Text, Phone calls and Email.I started with BBB reviews and narrowed it down to 3 companies with A+ ratings. After reviewing all the bids I received, I discovered Gretchen's quote to be the lowest of these 3 companies. This was little over a week after initial quote.A quick phone call and I knew this was the right broker. Gretchen walked me through all the processes, explained timelines and how many vehicles were on the board in front of me. She confirmed quoted price was the same. She was not pushy and did NOT try to upsell me.Highly recommend using AutoShippingGroup.com for your transportation.My transport was a Polaris Side By Side (SXS) from AZ to UT

Gretchen at Auto Shipping delivered my car in the time frame I requested. She sent an email warning me about other companies. I went with another company gave a week an a half notices and they fail to pick up my car. She is very reliable and her word is good.

Gretchen helped me to ship my car from Riverside (CA) to Mesa (Arizona). She quoted me $350 (which is $50-$75 lower than the other quotes that I got in Riverside). While I was little hesitant at the beginning to go with this low price (since I heard that there will be a few cases when no driver would come and pick it up), after speaking to Gretchen, I learned that many quotes were there for the same price a few days ago. So, she made me assured that the car will definitely be picked up within the 3 day window that she mentioned (Since I would be leaving the Riverside after car shipment, having a specific time window is essential for me). As promised, the car was picked on the first day (the shipping company, SUMMIT LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT LLC, called me an hour before their arrival. So, they were also nice and helpful). Also, the transport went very smoothly. Gretchen's customer service was helpful and responsive. If required, I will be happy to use her service in the future.---Sharma

Gretchen was very supportive and helpful in finding a carrier traveling East for us from Arizona. We missed our originally scheduled pickup date due to a scarcity of transport carriers and we had to leave Arizona to catch our flight back to Boston with matters incomplete. After we left Gretchen maintained contact the whole time with us to assure that the pickup and delivery was properly carried out in our absence.

ASG provided great and fast service. �Hats off to Gretchen because she was the start and finish of the entire process. �This was actually the second time using ASG for transport and I worked with Gretchen both times. �Awesome service. �My mom's truck traveled from WA to GA and arrived a week early (took 4 days to deliver). �Amazing! �The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because times are tough due to Covid and other world issues. �Not having the option to pay more upfront on credit card or to pay the transporter partially on credit card can truly hurt a person's day-to-day financial status.

Honestly, I only went with your company because of my conversation with Gretchen H. I received a number of calls from other vehicle transporters but I was treated professionally and that meant alot. Gretchen followed the process through until I received my vehicle. I would definitely use them again and I will recommend to my friends. Thumbs up!

There were so many companies to choose from and it was hard to trust because I haven't transported any vehicles before, but ASG are 100% trustworthy and Gretchen was very nice and helped me get the cheapest shipping price possible. I got my car in 3-4 days, and the shipping was from Iowa to Arizona, but the car was completely in the same condition. Thank you ASG and especially Gretchen.

I Had received 20 emails I went with your company because of the way Gretchen spoke to me very professional and dedicated to her job she broke it down on the way your company handles shipping vehicles from start to finish ,she stayed in touch with me through out the whole process although other companies prices was a little lower a felt really good about ASG. This was my first transport request and I was a little unsure what to expect. I worked with Gretchen and she was very helpful in arranging a carrier based on the needs for the specific transport. She was very quick to get a carrier and everything was handled very well and timely. Great experience!
