Best service ever! Our Salesman Waris was outstanding and he knew exactly what we wanted from a simple 10 minute phone conversation!!� and upon arrival there was the car we wanted and it was "one and done"Incredible experience and the Dealership itself was great and everyone was kind and professional including the cashier where they had cold drinks, snacks and other items for purchase, and it was great for we had our grandson with us.Highly recommend if your looking to purchase your new car they have a large variety of new cars, trucks and their pre-owned vehicles as well

Without Question Riverside Chevrolet is where I'd go. Their service and attitude there is top notch. This auto center is clean organized and fun to visit. Also Green Leaf Rentals is awesome to have inside the development and Makala does a fine job managing the business flow. I'll be back!

BMW went to parts dept. I ordered a badge for my trunk. The whole experience I felt under appreciated from ordering to not getting the phone call when it came in to waiting 10 mins to pick it up.

I would give 5 stars but the dealership should show all the features that my Chevy Bolt offers, plus maybe knowing more what each options on the particular car offer. I was looking at 2 Bolt Premiers thinking that they had the same options. I thought all Premier model came with the Bose system and apparently they do not, plus the smart headlight option wasn't on my car as well... I was bummed!, plus when the car went to detail that took at least 1 1/2 - to 2 hours. The only pleasurable experience besides the salesperson Orlando, was going through finance, that was fast! No more signing multiple forms, I'm hopeful that that is the new norm at all car dealerships! Again like I mentioned, it would be nice if the sales person could have shown me how some features work, one at least being which operating the Key fob that lets you preheat the car prior to driving, and how to preset the "at home charging parameters" that was confusing as heck! Plus I realized that my Bolt has DC charging, again, I didn't know. I did refer to the owners manual for the options mentioned but had to search the Internet for answers. Mostly everyone was pleasant, the Finance guy was almost a little bothered, especially when me not knowing using my Debit card for the down payment, not suggesting to call my bank, but telling me to come back later or the next day after making multiple attempts on the card reader, so I immediately called my bank ( now mind you this all transpired on a Sunday) My bank's online Rep raised the limit to satisfy the down payment, after that the Finance guy said yeah that happens at times ( It would of been nice to try that other than telling me to come back later. I think a little professionalism and knowledge goes a long way at all levels for delivering a better customer experience.

One are to shop for cars. Most brands have show rooms and sales here, foreign and domestic. You can also buy your car accessories here as well as service and repairs in dealers.

Lexus of Riverside from 2004 to present has been great. Frank in service is very nice, he listens and does not try to over talk you. Very helpful. Everyone has been nice and friendly.

5 years ago I went here to the KIA dealership to purchase my Sorento and walked out... The dealers were rude, loud and pushy and everything that came out of their mouth was a flat out lie... I went to All-star Kia in San Bernardino and purchased there and brought the car there just to show them how much they lied. This past weekend I went there to look at an EV and they had none available. The dealer showed me a customer model that was just recently purchased and told me their $10,000 markup was justified for wheel locks ($100 on my Sorento) a clear coat (standard) and a special rear light sequence that prevents rear ending (probably also standard but if not I'm sure in 6 months there'll probably be a YouTube video that'll show you how to unlock the feature). He also told me they were cheaper and other dealerships were charging $15,000 as a mark up and that too was also a lie ( In my Maury Povich voice). And the wheel locks weren't even on the car... Guess I'll have to purchase elsewhere and show them the car again... Worse than politicians, they lie about the simplest things that you can easily confirm with a phone call or internet browser.

If you take your car to this dealership be careful take pictures from inside and out side they broke my center console cover and the guy said that it was already like that b.S I proof them that their were lying and they have to replace it but they won't do it they just keep saying the part is backordered and is been over three months

This review is for the Kia dealership. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant car shopping experience. Ivan Gomez was very personable and attentive. He throughly explained the features of new Sportage hybrid and our contract and answered every question we had. Nothing was hidden and we felt he really went out of his way to give us the best deal possible. Doing all the paperwork was an easier process here than other dealerships we had been to in the past. We will be making recommendations to our friends and family for this dealership when the time comes for a new vehicle and we would gladly do business with them again in the future.

My mom & my wife went to buy a used car they said the car was shipped in then right before they bought it they said it was a trade in and they paid about $3000 to much. We still have to go back and pay $3000 when we paid $10,000 cash already.

I've given them grace for their shortcomings in the past, but I just can't recommend them. And they're probably too busy to fix your car anyway. If you do go there, be prepared to be without your car for 2 weeks.

Moss Brothers is the place to go! I have bought my last 15 cars from them. The trick is to trade in your car before how 60000 miles and they will give you a heck of a deal on the trade in toward your new vehicle

I took today to have my mom's car serviced for her. I experienced no wait when I arrived. I have been promptly helped and am now sitting in a clean comfortable waiting lounge. This is not my first experience at Toyota service dept. I'm never disappointed. Thanks Toyota .Peace big John
