I recently went to Ramona for new tires. Chip and his staff were all very professional and helpful. Chip was wonderful, he kept me updated as to status of tires being ordered all through to the end of installation. Installation was also very quick. Done in an hour! Will definitely us Ramona Tire again!

Was here Thursday 4/28 they treated me pretty good but what they didn't do was a good alignment on my car , they straighten my steering wheel real good but the whole car was completely out of wack to the point the car was not safe to drive. It a red flag when they don't provide a print out for the alignment they do so you can verify the work, stupid me for trusting them. The worst part is I bought the 3 year alignment package $200.00 which I will never use because I cant trust them with alignment had to pay another $129.00 to the new shop this morning 4/1.

Went in for oil change and was told some things would need attention soon but tires really should be replaced now. Gave me a good deal on 4 tires ( I called around). Everything done quickly. Appreciated the pricing.

I ve had an overall good experience with Ramona Tire. I m not sure if our vehicle is particularly challenging to work on but I had to return 3 times for a complete repair of my shaking steering wheel, brakes & rotors. They were very helpful each time & some of the problems were out of their control & there was no additional cost, but the time to be without a vehicle. The first time I returned after my initial service they said a rock had created a scratch in the rotor. They fixed it, no charge. When I left the steering wheel would shake violently when braking and at freeway speeds, which was the reason I took it in the very first time. So this last time they said I needed new front tires & they fixed the rotors again. Unfortunately on the way home from the shop my husband must have run over a screw & the brand new front tire was flat the next day. They were so kind to patch it no cost & I'm very grateful! As much as I appreciate them I hope not to have to be back for a while lol thanks Chip for all your help!!

I was referred to Ramona Tires by my mother-in-law, who said they had excellent service. She should know she's very discerning. I experienced professionalism, friendliness, and a sense that I was being heard, which made me very happy.

The people in the store were great and courteous. My issue is it feels like a bait and switch twice now I ve called to get a quote I get one price it brings me and then when I get there they don t have the quote and I end up paying more to me that is bait and switch best way to fix. It is just not call anymore.

Service is patient and deals are to be had here. know your prices for what you're shopping for in order to get the best deal. Plenty of places to eat for cheap and even get your haircut while you wait. Always been treated with professionalism and helpful tips.

I scheduled my appt. get there was told I had no appt. This is twice now. They took my car though . I pick up my car they went over my work and replaced my wiper that was only 6 months that I purchased from them that shredded . I left and get down the street and all of a sudden a pop and loud noise I had to pull into closest parking lot and called them even had others stop to ask if I was ok that s how loud it was. I called them and they acted like I was a bother and asked me to drive it back. There was no way and it would have did more damage. I was told well you re going to have to wait or try and get it here. I decided to pull up to the auto zone and they were kind enough to come look at it . The panel underneath wasn t secured after my service was done. I had to call a relative and then they called me back and sent one of the guys to come he couldn t get it off and had to buy zip ties and said it would be ok and asked if I can bring it tomorrow. So another trip back just glad it wasn t anything more serious.

We experienced an emergencey and needed to get our tires replaced so I called Ramona Tire in Woodcrest. When you call always press 1 to connect directly to the store!!! We made an appointment but when we arrived at the store we discovered that we had an appointmnet but the tires we were told were in stock were not. The "call center" that handles calls for the store is what is generating any and ALL bad reviews this store. The call center is giving out bad information and then the employees at the store are there dealing with irate customers. Well let me tell you, when we got there we were also very upset to find out that the tires we needed that day were not in stock at the store and it was too late to get them. But, then enter store manager Chip Meyer. He too was upset that once again the call center has put him in this position and he handled it with such profesionalism it was probable the best experience we have ever had at the store, and we have been going there for years. Chip explained how our mix up happened, and he took the time to show us exactly what tires he could get in time so my husband could get the tires that day. He gave us numerous choices and once we dedided he himself left the strore and went to pick up the tires. Who does that!!! This manager went above and beyond to make up for the people at the call center giving out false information. We will continue to go to that location or where ever Chip Meyer is from now on. Great manager that truly cares about his store and his customers.

Called and asked for a quote for an AC recharge. Gave make and model of vehicle. Was quoted $149 and told there was a 10% coupon so I made an apt. Showed up and they asked me everything I already provided for my apt. Was then quoted $205. If it was purposeful it would we bait and switch but I don t think it was so it s just incompetence.

My husband met Chip at Ramona Tire on Van Buren a year ago and ever since he s been taking care of our cars. My husband is so picky he doesn t like any mechanic but when he told me he met Chip I knew that he was happy/so I m happy. Thanks Chip.

Did exactly what was requested and it took care of the brake noise issue when the car was put in reverse. No more squealing sound from the brakes. Brought my other Lexus 2016 RX350 in for break repairs after picking up my 2012 Lexus ES350. A lot more expensive repairs on the 2016.

Great customer service! Originally purchased my tires from Sam's club and was told they couldn't install because the tires would rub and it was dangerous. The tire size was correct and after calling around I chose Ramona tire. They took me right in and installed them and guess what???!! No rubbing.....SHOCKER. will definitely be coming back here.

Ordered tires, which came in 2 days. Stopped by to see if they could install within 1 hour before picking up my kid from school. Although they were busy, they accommodated and got me out of there in time. Great service!

Chip was great. He got my tires in earlier than when he said. Brought my vehicle down and they pulled it in within 5 minutes to start work. Great experience will definitely be back for my vehicles needs

Device is great! Ran a safety check on my care and found a couple of items that we bad on my car and need fixing REAL soon. Because they caught them early enough I was able to get them fixed and avoided a real expensive job later. I will definitely take my car back to them!

Good service by assistant manager Brandon well done job by the mechanics but was not pleased by the manager Chip Mayer who was hesitant to allow me to use a 10% coupon just because i showed him after the final price His argument was because I needed to show him before so he could adjust the numbers which does not make sense. Thank you again Brandon for inputting the coupon. So if anyone does stop by this shop to get Maintenance ask for Brandon, hes a straight shooter and honors customer service.

Recently went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Tried to upsell me on an air filter. I said I could buy the filter at AutoZone and do it myself so no need. A week later when I went to install my air filter I was shocked to see they left my dirty air filter in my engine bay and the airbox wide-open on my $50,000 Infinity. I am disgusted by the service I got it Ramona Tire it may never return I would like to speak to the owner directly about this.
