This place is run by a bunch of amateurs. We drove two hours because they had a specific car that we wanted. After I negotiated the deal over the phone, we arrived and they changed the pricing on the car and everything. I had never seen anything so unprofessional. The sales person I was assigned was not helpful at all. I had not dealt with her during the negotiation over the phone so I don't even know what purposed they served. Anyway, they agreed to take my trade in, but did not sell me the car for what they had originally agreed on! Also, the car only had a valet key and they could not find the two fobs that went with the car. I reluctantly bought the car even though I should have walked out of that dealership and never looked back. It took over 3 months for them to get the keys and have the car re keyed with the new locks. During that time, there were several staffing changes--both management and sales. Some times I would call to get an eta on the keys and no one would even know what was going on or act like they couldn't help me! It was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences of my life. The car finally had keys 3 1/2 months after this nightmare started.Fast forward, I still have the car, and am happy with it. They called and asked if they could buy the car because they were looking for low mileage trade ins. After I answered a slew of questions about the car, the guy ghosted me, and didn't call me back. It's like, why put that much energy into finding out about my car, with questions you all should have known since I bought it at your dealership, just to ghost me. Don't do business with these people. It will be one of the most aggravating experiences of your life.

I purchased my car here around august of this year! Only reason i came to this dealership was because of the advertised mercedes we saw online. Keep in mind, we live 2 hours away!!When we got to the dealership, car looked and seemed just fine. Everything went well during the paper work process and we were assured car was in PERFECT condition and that they had completed the multi point inspection on it.We were given a story that it had one previous owner who took great care of the car. Which convinced us even more on the purchase.When we got home, we noticed the moonroof was slanted. We took the car back to them to try to get it fixed. I was carless for 2-3 weeks !!! And still had to make my first payment without the car in my hands. Chris, one of the managers there was the one helping us with this process.When we went the first time to pick it up, the passenger side airbag was out of the panel and the moonroof had a terrible whistle. We had to leave it again.Ever since, the car has been a NIGHTMARE! Chris completely wiped his hands clean of this and basically told us to figure it out ourselves.Honestly, do your research before buying here ! I would not recommend it! If you can go elsewhere, do so!! Because they will sell you a car and lie to you and tell you everything is fine with it.

It was great Yvette is such a great service representative. Very helpful and makes everything go seamless I was there last week for transmission fluid change she had told me I needed brakes/rotors & brake fluid change I went ahead scheduled an appointment I left the keys off to her today she had remembered everything that needed to be done hassle free.

My car has been acting up on me so I had it taken in. Two days later they told me I needed my transmission serviced so I did and paid for it as soon as I drive it out the dealership it started to drive worse than when I brought it in, so then they call me the next day and said I needed to change my transmission after I already paid to get it serviced saying "they didn't check everything". So basically I paid for something I didn't need and they expected for me to ALSO pay for the transmission change, they even seemed surprised when I declined to swap it. Not coming here again.

Even though I have purchased 2 Nissans from your Raceway Nissan center today, it disturbed me that you saw me as a goose to be plucked rather than as a former customer of yours.Even though I always come to you for serviceThe only reason why I have this thought is that you did not warn me about the extended warranty period of the transmission of my Nissan 2016 model car and your request for high repair fees as if you were mocking me for the transmission repairs made me think negatively about Moreno Valley*Raceway Nissan.AND FOR THIS REASON I WILL NOT BUY A NISSAN BRAND CAR UNTIL I DIE.AND I WILL WARN MY PEOPLE TO NOT BUY NISSAN CARS AGAIN..

I had a wonderful experience! They were kind, thorough, competent, and got my car back to me quickly. They assessed and found out it was the alternator, ordered the part & my car was ready the next day. Lizabeth was incredible! Thank you!

***Don t be fooled by their fake 5 star reviews***One star is too many stars for this dealer. I would give no stars if I could. They are scammers and will steal your hard earned money. You can go for a service and they will try to add things onto your bill that your car doesn't need. I'm assuming because they are always empty (which should have been the first red flag) they try to make people pay outrageous amounts for services they don't even need probably to make up for their lack of sales. They run a shady dealership and will find ways to mess up your car and you won't find out until it's already been messed with so that then you feel the need to go back to them to have it checked and pay an outrageous amount for the "new service" you never actually needed in the first place.They try to bribe customers with low to no cost services in exchange for leaving them good service reviews probably because they have bad reviews as it is when the service itself they try to bribe coupons for probably cost them little to none to actually do (example: an air filter change). Not to mention as you're waiting for your vehicle they are constantly trying to push sales for another "new" vehicle even when u state multiple times you're not interested. I've taken my business elsewhere this dealership is a scam.

I came in with my parents looking for a car expecting to be there all day with the run around. I was quickly greeted by Diego who was the sweetest person to deal with. He instantly made me feel comfortable & eased my anxiety! He showed me exactly what I was looking for & didn't try pushing me into something I didn't want. Thank you Diego for you kindness & professionalism...you were a pleasure to work with! Oh & I can't forget the Fiance person, Helen. She was also a pleasure working with & getting me through all the paperwork as fast as possible! You guys made this very easy for me! The only downfall for me was no sooner I got home I had to run out again & saw a message on the dash that says my key battery is low. I would of expected to have been provided a new battery in my key fob.

These people are scammers,they advertised a car for 14000,then they get my sister in there now it's 24000?and not only that the payments are crazy high and high down plus old car turn in! Like seriously what they say and what they do is just wrong ,now I am trying to get this lemon car turned back in so my sister is saved from these scammers,RUN don't walk from these thief's!(also always question these type of people because clearly they take advantage of innocent,desperate people)DO NOT DEAL WITH DIEGO!!BUT THEY REFUSE TO CALL BACK OR DEAL WITH ANYTHING, DEFINITELY CALLING THE STATE ON THEM!

Got a car and everything is good until I actually need to use the warranty!! Was told I was covered if anything happened but apparently it's only if something happened to the drive train. They lied to me

Went it to check out a 2019 Nissan leaf SL model with 15800 miles on it and they didn't want to work on price with me at all in fact they bummed up the price 3k for dealer add ons that they did not even pay to have done because that's how they received it from the orginal owner. walked in looking to pay under 27891 for price of said car and they show me 30100 for protection package and nitro filled tires that's all before taxes. This place is a joke and what you call a real stealer-ship rather than a dealership. If you read the fine print of where I pointed on the picture they put price is excluding add ons dealership may tac on to vehicle.

I visited and called several dealers in the area and out of the area and Raceway Nissan treated me with respect, allowed me to be picky be myself ask a million questions and took care of everything I asked for. They made what can be a stressful experience into a happy and easy purchase. From my sales person Gabriel to the finance team and the management, everyone was amazing and when it is time for me to replace my Nissan frontier I will be coming back for sure.

I reached out to Raceway about a new Nissan Z they had listed on Autotrader for sale. I called the dealership and asked to speak to someone in sales in which they put me in contact with Diego Chaves. I first asked if the vehicle was still available and what was the price, they were asking for it, after being told that the car was being offered for what I was willing to pay my next question was if they did Credit union direct lending "CUDL" with my bank Schools first to which I was told yes. I made it very clear not only in writing but also recorded communication with the dealership that I only would be interested in purchasing from them if the car was financed through my bank. After being assured not only by my sales guy but also the finance department that my loan was only going to be ran through my bank, I committed to buying the car. Fast forward a few weeks and I have taken delivery of the car and to my surprise I see my credit was ran twice!! Not only did they do what they said they wouldn't do but did it without my authorization running it through Capitol One as well leaving me with two hard inquires on my credit and not one as they had been authorized to do. I have made numerous attempts to get them to make this right but to no surprise to me they don't return messages or answer my calls....... My warning to anybody looking to do business with this place is don't! They could care less about you and have no problem putting themselves as risk of a lawsuit to make a sale.

Buyers beware! I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a total scam. I drove 2 hours from San Diego to be told that the advertised 2021 Sentra was not going for the advertised price. I spoke to a sales consultant named Natalie who confirmed that there would be no mark ups since I was driving so far. She said she confirmed the price with her sales manager, which was all a bogus lie. Once we arrived we were greeted by a rude salesman who was a complete jerk. The car would not start and had to get jump started!! Sales guy said it was probably the alarm that was draining the battery! We ended up leaving after that but honestly these people are trash. I don t ever write reviews of places , but had to based on this awful experience. Please go elsewhere.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars for wasting my time and their SHADY tactics! I emailed several times about the car I was interested in clearly stating that I was not interested in anything else. I also had them call me to confirm the car was still available and the salesperson Felipe confirmed the car was available so I said I would come in because I was interested in purchasing. I drove almost 2 hours to test drive and buy the car but as soon as I get there, the salesman says there's a STOP SALE on the car because of a recall. They have had this car on their website for a while because I've been watching it but no where on the website does it mention the car was not sellable! When I arrive, they tried to give me the run around and then the manager has the nerve to sit down with us and ask me where I'm at in the buying process and when I say I'm ready to purchase, he says they can't sell the car I was interested in but they have new Sentras available. I could drive right up the road and save myself an hour and a half drive if I wanted a new Sentra. They were just trying to get me in to their dealership and keep me there although they knew they couldn't sell me the car I wanted. SUPER SHADY SALES DEPARTMENT! Abort immediately if you are looking to buy a used car.

My sales guy mark casso was so good to my husband and I. Everything went so smooth no stress whatsoever. He offered us waters and never pushed anything he was supportive through our entire process. Mark also went above and beyond guiding me through all the details of the car and setting up my phone with all my contacts. He even went and filled up the car for us with a full tank of gas. He was a very nice guy and my husband and I really appreciate him and all he did for us. We will definitely come back for service and any future car purchases. Thank you and we absolutely love our car.

Don t buy in this place . They qualify you and after 2 weeks they send you a letter to return the car ,the financial company canceled the loan, I come and they tell me ,that everything is fine that it was one of many financial companies and the next week they tell me, that I have to come again because the PAYMENT WILL BE MORE AND THE INTEREST ALSO .....FTS

Took my car in for oil change, Marcos was a great asset, great help from him, he also got the car checked for a check engine light, he helped me with the process, and the coverage that my car warranty had, he helped so much, thanks to him I have a much better secure car. First time taking my Titan here and the experience has been nothing but disappointing. I dropped my truck off and never got a phone call to let me know it was ready for pick up until a week later when I called to follow up. I requested they replace a bolt on the control arm that I have problems with that continues to fall off and they refused to touch anything on the truck because it has a lift on it. They claimed my brake lines are hanging and the drive shaft is too small for the truck and is barely hanging on with shards of metal being exposed. Didn't offer to fix it and claimed my truck is unsafe to drive. Mind you, the past 9 years I've owed it not one time did the other Nissan dealership I was taking it to bring any of this up especially with them being the ones replacing the drive shaft. I've reached out the past couple days to speak with service manager Steve and I have yet to receive a phone call back. At this point I believe their techs are being lazy, I've never had service like this before. I will not be coming back after this experience.

I needed a four wheel alignment and regular service check done. Nissan Service Manager Marcos Estrada, was able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday, and he did an excellent job with my vehicle, of course. Very friendly and great customer service. The waiting lounge is comfortable and relaxing as well. I Love My NISSAN!

I usually hate taking my car to the shop, I don't know a lot about cars and I always feel like I am being ripped off in some way. But, Sam made my experience at raceway Nissan stress free and gave me the peace of mind my car is taken care of at an extremely fair price. I will definitely be coming back for any other maintenance I may need. Phenomenal experience.

I was searching for a truck and Lynzee made initially contact with me. I told her I'm getting better quotes from other makes and asked if she want to give me a best offer on a particular truck on their website. She said that she can't make offers unless it's in person and insisted that I come in. She said that by coming in it shows that I'm a serious buyer and "will" negotiate on the price. She also told me to bring the other offer which I did. So I took valuable time off work to "come in". She remained in contact with me all the way until the time I arrived, but she wasn't there. Her manager said she works at another location. Why didn't she be upfront and tell me in the first place? Very dishonest and disrespectful! After taking time to test drive and showing the other quote which I did mention the amount over the phone before, the manager said he can't do anything on price, and instead, will have to add another $3000 on add-ons. I felt lied to and left. If they ever tell anyone to "come in" for better price, don't believe it. It's a lie. Save your valuable time.

I brought my wife all the way from Apple Valley to purchase her Mercedes here since she saw it online and fell in love with the interior of it. When we got home, the moon roof was slanted so we brought it back the next day and Chris helped us through this process. During that time, we were forced to make our first payment with our car being in the service department for the next 3 weeks a day after we purchased it. We were carless and still having to make payment. We had to bring the car back twice because the job they were doing on it was terrible! As if nothing was done to it. Chris then ignored our phone calls and texts, we even reached out to the dealership directly to see if someone else could help us since he was ignoring us, and everyone completely ignored us. Do not buy from here if you want to be lied to! They assured us everything was fine with the vehicle and made sure we didnt notice until we left their lot! These people are scammers and know what theyre doing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR DEAL WITH CHRIS. He will not help you.

If you plan on buying from here please do yourself a favor and don t, they ll just take advantage of you. When I first came in, they did have the truck i wanted to see, and then after a little while they came to me and told that it had frame damage when it didn t say it had any accidents anywhere. They offered me another truck to see and I obliged, it was a beautiful 2020 Nissan Frontier with only 8700 miles, so I was happy, they told me it was only 32000 for it but when we looked online they only had it for 30000, and when we confronted them about it, they lied straight to our faces and told us it wasn t the same truck when it had the same plates, color and even VIN number. So please don t make the same mistake I did and shop here, you ll be able to find a way better finding somewhere else. And if you do shop here stay far away from Fernando.
