$40 to have check engine light reset and didn't then kept keys on him as we took car with only " come back and get them" no apologies or anything. Rip off mechanic don't trust no quote given or receipt given which is against law I will be seeking to press this matter do not go here trust

Great prices on starters. They also have a mechanic shop. Very fast honest mechanics. Shop owner goes above and beyond. He and his crew is committed to excellent customer service.

I bought a rebuilt battery and it wasn't good. It's not a big deal since it has 6 month warranty, so I thought. The problem is when I tried to exchange it the business was closed at 3:30 pm when the sign on the door says they close at 5 pm. So we called the business phone number that's posted here on the website and the man said he was closed and already in the freeway so I'd have to wait until Monday to exchange it. So I have to wait 2 days to exchange a bad battery they gave me. I am very disappointed. Obviously he doesn't care about the customer. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time here.Service: Battery

Why you go ahead to fix fuel emission that you put glues hoses... You watch you tube how to fix it... All damaged... If you do not know how to fix it do not take to fix and wanted our money to pay 170 dollar. It is big time for us to take this car to other shop It cost 800 dollar for replace new tankI am disappointed

They are known for their starters primarily. However I was directed to them because I needed a used battery for my daughter s car. The price was right plus a warranty. And the service was good.

Fast diagnosis said it be completed in a few hrs it was and reasonable .it was my compressor toy air conditioner had gone out and Luis and his staff handled it perfectly good job bc it was hot that week right before The Super bowl Thanks again Pro Starters !

Using them for years with no problems wither starters, alternators or batteries. But this last time the rebuilt alternator only lasted a day and a half. Will I get it replaced and continue to use them ..... Yes I will first time in about 18 years or so.

Tried to rip me off by saying my car needed a Vapor silinoid & I gave them the ok. Car is given back to me . I asked to see the old part . I look at it ,it's not dirty prongs are shinny gold my hands are clean not dirty from an old part. He says I have to take your old part.. so what they did was order the vapor solenoid for my car said they put it on my car but initially all they did was return the part and try to collect my money and my car is 50 times worse now I almost got stalled out in the middle of an intersection and hit by car him himself said it was not fixed and my car was still messing up so I would never recommend this place to anyone. Beware . Just cuz I'm a woman I'm not stupid very disappointing.

0 Stars. Bad customer service. They gave me a leaking battery and I Called the store to get it changed and the guy said he was already on the freeway when i clearly called the shops number and answered
