Bob is the most dedicated suspension tuner I've ever met. I have been racing for a lot of years and used several different companies for suspension work. none work as hard as he does to make it what you need!

Stop going to racetech and start coming here. OMG the team at Precision Concepts is on another level and if you want the best chance to get the best suspension then you found the answer. Call around to the other shops and you will see this shop gives better deals and faster turn arounds. I shipped my shocks and within 5 business days had them back. If you are a supermoto rider then have them lower the shocks front and rear and it will be a game changer. Shootout to Diane and Bob and John.

Novice bike owner that needed help with 2007 KTM. I have minimal mechanic skills but the second I walked in they addressed everything and the suspension revalve job was so spot on that I was instantly a better rider out in the desert. Imagine being a new rider and instantly doing 20-30 MPH faster in the desert just cause your bike doesn't want to kill you in whoops. The ole 525 is running like a champ now. PC has all my future business now.

Needed a KTM shock rebuilt quickly. They turned it around in 2 days and even charged me less than they originally quoted. Can't beat it.

The suspension rebuild and tune made huge difference in my bike. In my D37 races I don't even look about the small obstacles and I can hit the big ones with confidence that my suspension an handle it. My son took his bike there because he was so impressed with their work. #warriorbuilt

I have used P.C. on 4 bikes in the past and was very happy with the outcomes. I tried to contact Bob 3 times and was promised each time he would call and never did. They went above and beyond working with lectron to tune my carb. And my suspension rebuild done by them feels like butter. Highly recommend.

Awesome shop, great people, fantastic suspension (they have a lot of books of previous customers settings, so they'll have something for anything you bring to them). I haven't used them for engine work, but I would trust them. I have had them install a mousse for me, which was moderately priced (it took three of them to muscle this thing on, so there's almost no way they made money on that transaction, sorry!)They are great about getting their work done on time. It seems they always offer to make schedules work if you're in a pinch before a trip/race, but I've always got my stuff to them with plenty of time. They are a race shop, so they will understand the need.Prices are about average for suspension, maybe a little bit higher (it's hard to tell, sometimes you break more parts than you thought, in which case the other shops would charge you too), but they are also arguably the best for offroad/gp's, and I'm certain they have great settings for other disciplines.I've ridden bikes that Precious did suspension on that weren't even set up for me that I would feel comfortable racing on; they've got some magic! Come to them if you want to be safer, more comfortable, and go faster!

Super great. They took care of everything from the beginning. I haven't rode my bike since they installed new springs and revalved my forks and rear shock but it was the small thingd that made my time there great. They opened up for me a bit early to pick my stuff up carried a good conversation with me while I was there. And i went home with a spec sheet and confidence in my purchase. Also the quote was spot on.

Love the pricing and knowledge of this shop/Bob and his mechanics. By far the best pricing and they do great work! You will not be disappointed going here. They have done my marzocchi forks for my Husqvarna For less than half of what Malcolm Smith's and Chaparral wanted. I'm bringing in my 426 in next for water pump seals and maybe the shaft and impeller. Definitely the place I will bring all my bikes from here on out!

They gave me exactly the suspension performance and feel i was looking for. And make sure to pay extra to have high quality SKF seals installed. They last at least three times longer than KYB seals.

I had my suspension resprung and revalved at precision concepts. Diane was nice enough to explain to me all the ins and outs of the suspension. She was very patient with all my questions that I had asked. I would definitely recommend anybody that wants their suspension tuned on their bike to go to precision concepts. The turnaround time was minimal.

I had my fork tubes serviced right after their holiday break in January. They were dropped first thing upon opening on Monday. Apparently it s a first come first served model, but that s totally inaccurate. All that matters to them is their race program. Any regular customers get back lined and then the lady who runs the front office makes COVID an excuse for their SUPER slow service. The fact is their shop can t handle the volume they say they can.Expect no less than 3-4 weeks for your job to get done, that s if she orders the right parts. I don t know what these guys are doing all day.

Best customer service, Brought my bike needed a lot of work done to it like a lot, and they took care of me fast I had my bike back within the next 2 days and the pricing was great compared to other shops.. Honestly thank you Precision. Definitely will come back here!!

This place is awesome! They fixed my leaking fork seal and I got a new Dunlop tire for $125, a deal you'll never find at another shop in Southern CA. Highly recommend if you're in the area and in need of parts or repair.

I recently purchased my first used dirt bike. The bike had a few minor issues bad air filter, small oil leak etc. I took the bike to Malcom Smith who charged me $150 for a diagnostic and advised it would could approximately $1800 dollars to repair the bike which was absurd. So so I googled local motocross repairs shops and found Precision Concepts. I picked my bike up from Malcom smith and took it to the Precision Concepts. The bike was repaired and ready for pick up the following day for $190. Thank you Nick and Diana for fixing my bike and saving me a ton of money. Customer for life

These people are con artist I brought my bike in there and $850 later the bike doesnt even start and the best they said was being it back to them ti start it. 2006 honda crfx450. Less than 150 hours on the bike. Always ran good , now doesnt even start. $45 each to clean tank and bike when i already did both. Now i have ti take it ti motorsports to actually get the bike running.

Website shows that their VISION IS TO MAKE YOUR NEXT RIDING EXPERIENCE THE BEST YOU VE EVER HAD. Called em and ask if they do an E START CONVERSION for 2017 CRF450R? The lady who answered the phone says why don t you get an RX? LOL this shop is a joke.

Customer service 5/5! Mechanical service 5/5 and shop cleanliness 5/5! The work performed was a valve adjustment and cct replacement a fair price and now my CBR purrs like a kitten! This is primarily a motocross store but the street bike focused mechanic heard my needs and did his job well!

Was riding my 1997 xr400 dualsport bike and felt it was way under preforming. I know the tech is outdated compared with today, but what a difference having my rear and front done up by them. Was doing 500+ mile weekends like the LAB2V runs. They build a account for you and keep your build on file. Plus they gave me a copy of the build sheet. Always friendly on the phone and in person. Would recommend to anyone no matter what year bike they have.Next up is my Wr450 dualsport !

There customer service is great and very friendly and helpful.first I called chaparral and they told me $290 for a 2.9 gal for my ktm 400 exc thankfully I called precision concepts who got me a 4.1 gallon tank for $250 they are reasonable price and good people
