My experience at Porsche Riverside was exceptional. The Service Manager, Dan, was super friendly and responsive. Henry, the service advisor on top of his game with the efficiency and professinalism. They had a loaner for me on short notice and completed the repairs within 2 days. Great job Porsche Riverside.

First time at Porsche Riverside service center & the gal at the front was super sweet and friendly. My service advisor Henry Quezada was extremely knowledgeable and helped with my car right away. I got to drive away after He showed me how to work my gas door and put on my license plate for me. Even gave me a cool new frame to represent! Thanks Porsche of Riverside! I ll be back for sure!

The service manager Henry Quezada is awesome and Brand ambassador Sherman Sims is fantastic. Just everyone is so nice, respectful and helpful. I have used BMWs in the last 10 yrs from Z4 to 740, this is my first Porsche ( Panamera) and will not be the last one!!!

Porsche Riverside is a great dealership. William my service advisor always takes care of me and is a pleasure to work with, thank you Porsche Riverside for forwarding me to him when I called the first time! He s super nice and knowledgeable of anything you ask him about Porsche cars. One time he had to replace my whole Taycan roof cause it had a crack in the glass. The process was easy with William and the technicians did excellent work, replacing the roof on a Taycan is not for faint of heart! Thank you William and Porsche Riverside for the 5 star service whenever I stop by.

Henry and Team at Porsche Riverside Service are exceptional. The efforts they make to ensure that my vehicle is serviced properly and that I am kept informed about its progress is unmatched by any other dealer that I have had experience with.Everything from the check in, to the loaner reserve process, to the cashier experience is professional, kind and timely.

Went into Riverside Porsche Dealer for a wheel service and had a great experience with the service department. The appointment was fast and addressed the problem effectively. The service advisor Henry was great at communication and with the advice that he gave.

This was my first experience with acquiring service for my Porsche. I have been to other Porsche dealerships nearby and Porsche Riverside and Kevin were excellent. Good energy, helpful and informative assistance. Definitely ditching my previous dealership for service and coming to Porsche Riverside for all my vehicle needs. Thank you, Kevin G.

Got a flat tire and had it towed to Riverside Porsche. It's a not the closest dealership but worth it to me. Wonderful team. Charlie helped me out and took care of everything. It's good to find someone you can trust and feel at peace. They fixed exactly what I needed and did it quickly.

I highly recommend Porsche Riverside's Service Department. William Barbaro, Service Advisor, provided excellent customer service. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed, and I was regularly apprised of the progress on my car, as promised. He is an asset to the dealership.

This was my second time at Porsche Riverside. Henry was a pleasure to work with, he was courteous, helpful, and he kept me informed every step of the way with my repair and oil change. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change and any other repairs that need to be addressed.

Will Barbaro was amazing, as usual! I went in on a Saturday for a supplemental owners manual and minor recall on my 718 Spyder. They didn t have the manual, so we had to reschedule. When I arrived for the service the following Friday, they gave me a complimentary car wash and a full tank of gas for the inconvenience of having to go back another day. This is what you call ensuring great customer experience and satisfaction.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

William Barbaro made the experience of taking our Panamera for service a joy. William got us our loaner vehicle quickly and went out of his way to make it a Cayenne since he saw my wife and I checking one out in the showroom and wanted us to experience the drive of a Cayenne. Even though service at a Porsche dealership is a bit more expensive than a indy shop. I always take my vehicles to Porsche Riverside. Their service, quality of work, and ability to take care of me not just as a customer but as part of the Porsche brand family keeps me coming back. Henry Quezada my service advisor always makes sure I have transportation to and from the dealership which is more I can say about some dealerships. Cody Allen of Porsche Riverside has been the greatest service advisor ever ! Always keeps us informed and on track with the service of our Loved 2018 Porsche Macan GTS. We really appreciate all that him and his team does for our Porsche experience.

Be careful with this dealership and Porsche USA in general, very bad customer service. They refused to fix our 21 Cayenne UNDER warranty, even after all service records were submitted. Avoid Porsche altogether, worse customer service we ve ever experienced. It just takes a visit to the better business bureau page to read the awful experiences people have had with this company, avoid! If you ever need warranty work done be prepared to have a huge bill because the warranty will not be honored. When you re purchasing the vehicle the don t know what to do with you as a potential customer to earn the sale but when it comes to getting warranty work its a JOKE. Contacting Porsche USA is just as bad so don t think that will help get your issue resolved. If I would ve known what bad customer service this company has when I was purchased the car back in 21 I would ve stayed far away from PORSCHE!!!!

For all those people who doubt dealer service,,PLEASE READ THIS!All the personal at Porsche Riverside are great, they know their business and conduct it well.Thank you Cody and Charles!!As a business owner for almost 40 years, I am well aware of the importance of customer service and satisfaction.I have not found anyone that just plans and enjoys taking their vehicle into a dealership for any type of service, but then make that vehicle be a Porsche owned by the known to be very meticulous Porsche owners, and you really have someone that is demanding and picky about their babies. Well I had a case were the repairs were cosmetic but through the excellent staff at Porsche Riverside they got the parts ordered, scheduled a time that worked with my timing, which did revole around a surgery my wife was having.That surgery was at Cedars Sinai in Beverly Hills that involed that we drive down from Clovis Ca, and drop the car off on a Sunday night, in which case, Cody Allen had a loaner Macan for us to drive, allowing us to go back up to our hotel near the hospital. My wife had her surgery that next day and the repairs along with an additional courtesy inspections were completed on our Macan with video footage emailed to us and we were informed that our Macan was ready for pickup. This worked out great and just as we had planned, allowing me to drive back down to drop off the loaner and pick up our Macan, all while my wife was in good care at Cedars Sinia waiting on discharge paperwork. I picked her up once I got back and we started our drive home to Clovis.Without the help of Charles White and Cody Allen at Porsche Riverside I don't think you should attempt scheduling to drive 4 hours one way to set up service to your vehicle around your wife's surgery schedule that had no room for error.My wife made the comment that best sums up the people at Porsche Riverside,"I thought all the people seemed very friendly, knowledgeable and professional," kinda rare to find or see that anymore.My summation,Porsche Riverside, worth the drive!James and Lisa AtteberryCPO 2018 Macan, Clovis Ca

Took my car in for the 20000 mile service and windshield seal issue. William Barbarro was very accommodating and took care of my service needs right away. He kept me updated all the time and even provided me with a quote on the clear rear taillights that I was interested in putting in my car. My windshield and seal were replaced under warranty and William ensured my car also had the software update that it needed. He also set up with a dealer loaner and had my car ready and cleaned when it was completed waiting for me outside when I arrived to pick it up.Thank you so much William for providing excellent service.

Amazing dealership. Hands down best experience I've ever had and we own several high end cars.Charles White in the sales dept was professional, pleasant and made me feel valued. Took time to get to know me and my wants (these cars aren't needs) and is helping me achive my dream.William Barbaro in the service dept was amazing. Great young man with an easy demeanor and all of the qualities I listed above.I am just as impressed with the cost of having my car serviced. So much so that im going back even though I can get the work done for less at a normal shop.
