About 3 weeks ago, on a Friday, my car left me stranded, I got towed in by Carlos(Pierce Towing) (really nice guy) turns out it was a part that was a special order No car for the weekend? Ralph found the part and I was on the road the next day! YAY! But, there was a problem, while fixing something in the steering column, the clip to my signal got broke, the following week, I brought it back, and they fixed their mistake! GREAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Thanks Ralph

Great shop. Had an O2 sensor & headlight replaced, and transmission service with trans filter replaced today. Dropped the car off at 8:00 am and was ready by 11:00 am. Good work and reasonable price.

I got into an accident and didn t have towing coverage with my policy. I decided to go to yelp to seek a towing company to help. I came across pierce, but it didn t have any ratings. So I thought I would give it a try. Well this is one of the best decisions I ve ever made. Ralph the towing guy was able to tow my truck to a repair shop of my choice. To my surprise he was at my location very quickly. The price was reasonable and Ralph was very professional. I would definitely recommend Pierce Towing to anyone who wants quick and professional service.

This guy is the most reliable and trustworthy mechanic I know. Its hard to find a mechanic like this. Always willing to work on getting a job done. Gets it done in a timely manner and I have never had to return for error due to his fix. He does it all. So glad I found this guy. Ralph is the best!

My experience with pierce automotive till now has not been good.My car was in the shop four days,they guaranteed the work.after picking up my car went to work and do not make home car car had the same problem.i have been spending money on rides to get to work, tow trucks loosing days at work . I feel that is they give you a guaranty on their work then they should pay for expenses I was not counting on. I'm hoping they don't take too long with the repairs like last week.

I took my 1983 Toyota pick up truck in for a value job and blown head gasket repair pick up truck in 3 days later, My truck runs like new running better then the first day I got it I was very happy they could repair it , I was told by a tenant that they did great work
