I had a great experience with Picasso Auto Body. I had to use another person s insurance and when I shopped around for quotes, they seemed the most knowledgeable. They are also on the list from the Tesla website for approved Tesla service. Shanti went above and beyond with his service. Service time was estimated to be a week, but it took less than that. My car came back to me like it was new! Would highly recommend to come back and I would ask for Shanti again if possible.

I would like to start off by thanking Shant and Arman for taking care of my car and keeping me updated on the repairs of my M3, my car looks perfect. I m really glad I went with Picasso for my repairs, I would definitely recommend Picasso, I hope I never need any repairs in the future, but if I ever do Picasso would definitely be it for me.Thank you for taking such great care of my car.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Excellent experience! Above and beyond!Had our Tesla Model 3 repaired at Picasso Auto Body Shop (rear bumper repaired after being rear-ended). The experience was outstanding in every aspect. From the quality of repairs to the exceptional customer service, to Picasso's flawless and smooth integrations with my Insurance company (Tesla Insurance). Picasso surpassed my expectations in every single area.Firstly, the quality of the repairs was superb. The bumper looks factory brand new. Attached are before and after photos, but I don't think the photos do it justice. Impeccable workmanship, this autobody shop is in my eyes just the same as going to Tesla Service Centers, but in some ways, more personalized. Will explain more on this below.Despite having the option to choose Tesla's own service center in Aliso Viejo or to go with another nearby shop that was literally 2 mins from my house, I decided to go with Picasso which was 20 mins from my house... the X factor for me was their phenomenal customer service experience when I first made calls to different repair shops. Tesla Insurance (which I also had a GREAT experience with) gave me the option to go with their own Tesla Service Center or to go with one of their Certified Partners (Picasso and others on their list of approved partners). When initially reaching out to service centers Picasso answered my phone calls almost immediately, was patient, and extremely thorough in answering my multitude of questions... and I got a gut feeling this is the type of auto body repair that is RESPONSIVE and cares about their customer service just as much as they care about the repairs. Their quality of repairs is in my estimation just as good as Tesla Service Centers, but with the added benefit of personalized customer care, responsive customer care.Additionally, was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the service center. This is a highly professional and organized company. They have systems and processes in place that likely ensure a certain level of consistency in how they treat everyone. Picasso operates with the utmost professionalism and has seamlessly integrated systems with Tesla and Tesla Insurance. I was a little worried about the integration going into it, but it was such a SMOOTH experience. My rep at Tesla Insurance would literally call me with an update on the Insurance side, release a payment to the Auto Body shop from their side, and in a few seconds Picasso's systems already had the payment and update. Just a smooth, very smooth experience. Communication between various parties was excellent. Couldn't have been better.Lastly, while I initially brought my car in for only a back bumper repair, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had gone the extra mile by cleaning and vacuuming the interior of my car. That's the character of the people who run Picasso. We had ZERO expectation on this. It was an unexpected and generous gesture that demonstrated their commitment to excellence and attention to detail. That was really cool.Overall, my experience at Picasso was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly would recommend them to friends, family, and fellow Tesla owners. The bumper looks like a factory-like repair, and the personalized customer service is what I most appreciated. I was initially when calling around, on the fence, "Do I go with Tesla's own service center or one of their certified auto repair shops?" I would personally go with Picasso again and again. Simply because, in my estimation the quality of their repairs is on equal footing with Tesla Service Centers but I also got a personalized, consistent (with the same people), and thorough customer service experience. Personalized care matters to me. If you're big on communication in addition to quality/excellence of repair, like I am, this is the X factor in my eyes when it comes to Picasso.My gratitude and appreciation to everyone at Picasso Auto Body Shop for their professionalism, factory-like repair, and the exceptional care and communication they provided throughout the process.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim

My new Tesla Model 3 which was barely 5 months old, met with an accident. I was so disappointed. Never thought my car will ever come back to the original condition. Thanks to Arman and Shant for fixing my car. They promised to fix it in 10 days and delivered the car to me on time. When they delivered the car to me my car was looking brand new and shiney and i felt like i am taking the delivery of a brand new car again from Tesla . I really appreciate the way they dealt with my insurance and all the negotiations . The process was pretty smooth ( at least for me ). Thanks to Arman and Shant for making this whole repair process so smooth for me !! I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to get their car repaired, specially Tesla !!

Picasso Auto really took care of my car. Shant stayed in touch with me about the progress and was extremely professional throughout. Verey Nice Establishment. Arman and Shant is two of the best honorable and respectable men that I have met here. After a slight hiccup there these men jumped into action, got rid of the problem literally. And made my experience here a whole lot better .You will be in good hands
