Had such a great experience with this family owned business. Nick was quick to get back to me on my online quote submission. He gave me good information about my windshield replacement and recalibration. Lin who is in the front was very kind and helpful. Great place for window services. Highly recommend

Amazing service from this shop! The owner Nick is extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating! Serviced my car by replacing a window after my car was broken into, also replaced and programmed a new battery for me, and vacuumed out all of the broken glass! They were attentive and quick. Also helped me with recommendations on tires and they do window chip repairs as well! Stop by and see what they can help you with, not limited to glass services! I came for a windshield replacement and everyone who worked there was fun and charismatic yet still maintained to be professional.I love how it s so clean here! I can say the staff not only helped you feel less stressed about the situation but help you look at the bright side of the situation and make you feel like you re in good hands. The technicians explain things throughly about the process they take and what type of products being used. Ghosted. I scheduled a mobile installation on a Friday. They had to cancel since a job ran long. Which is understandable , so we rescheduled for the next Monday at 10. When 10 o'clock came I texted the receptionist to confirm. I didn't hear anything back,. 30mins later I called their office and nobody picked up, but I left a message to confirm. It has been a day and I haven't heard back. Haven't given them a one star since they seemed nice.

Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to remove and change my tint because it was too old. I paid 200$ for the labor (100$ for removing, 100$ for installing the new one). After installing it I had problems with seeing clearly through the rear window. I told them, they insisted that it was the glass, not the tint. I went there, thankfully the owner was the only honest person, he told me that they were going to remove the tint and see if it was the problem. It was, indeed. Before leaving, I was told by the technician they they were going to refund me for the tint on Monday, since on Saturday they were closed. They knew I was going to leave Riverside on Sunday because I was moving to another state. Then it started the nightmare. I lost the count of how many times I called them, speak with the lady at the reception, she always repeated that she was going to call me to update about the situation but never called me back. She also told me that they never do refunds, but then she told me that they were waiting for the approval by someone else. It's not the money the problem, but the attitude of keep fooling me until I realized that it was not worth it.

My window got busted. I called this place and everyone who helped me out were so nice Kattie in the front and even the guys that worked on my car I cannot express how thankful I am to have found this little family owned business. Super nice guys super awesome down to earth front office 10 out of 10 recommend will be coming here for now on.Service: Installation

Started off by getting a quote from this place. Super competitive prices without compromising quality. They are very knowledgeable with lots of experience. They got the job done in less than an hour. They replaced a windshield.Windshield was placed wrong air kept on coming in same day I drove back to tell the guy .he guaranteed to fix and replace the windshield but didn t he only added more glue bad fix now my windshield leaking water in . The guy that fixed it hid from me and I couldn t tell him had to drive back home 800 miles with a bad service . Don t go there he gust took my money and before I paid him a gave him a good tip and he did me wrongService: Auto windshield replacement

I took my 2015 Chevy Silverado on September 2, 2022 Kate was very bubbly and helpful when I called and when I took my truck in for the repair. I definitely would recommend Onsite Autoglass I appreciate the kindness and also the patience that they show their customers

my 1998 Suzuki esteem wagon is basically non existent on the road or at junkyards. my rear glass shattered somehow. an extremely hard to find item. I'm in Huntington Beach. Nick in Riverside found a junkyard beater used one that he made look like new in San Bernardino. he gave me a great price compared to estimates I received. 50+% less. he delivered and installed it on my wagon in HB. too easy for me. Nick was pleasant and professional. He took care of my problem on a holiday weekend with a gracious smile and pricing was very affordable! He will get all of my auto glass referrals from now on.Three months later I needed him again!:-( He was out of town for the weekend and still got me taken care of within a couple hours. Love these guys!!

My landscaper busted our rear window out with his lawnmower and Katie at on-site on Main Street Riverside was very knowledgeable and helpful in locating and getting the glass shipped the same day for us and at a great price. Onsite did a great job at replacing my truck's rear window. It was a tricky job due to the glass being broken for years and the removal of a bed shell. It came out great. I'm so lucky I got in touch with Onsite! The had the best prices, turnaround, and transparency of all 8 shops I contacted. I'm grateful I didn't just settle for the dealership and their partner, nor my insurance company and their partner. I've needed a window and a side window, and without having to be pushy; i only had to wait 1 day and got OEM glass and great service. Thanks Onsite! <3

Nick is the best auto glass technician in California. If you have an ADAS system on your vehicle and it needs calibration he can do it most shops can not do what he does. If you want a quality installation and it done right come to him. Sure some shops can do stuff cheaper sometimes but you get what you pay for... if you want it done right and you care about your car take it to Nick @ Onsite. We came asking for pricing for a small mirror replacement for a truck. they where busy but didn t turn us back they had it ready in an hour and charges 1/3 of what other people quote us .I highly recommend this business
