This location's owner has a no refund policy on tools no matter how long it has been since purchased. Bought a tool that didn't work for me and I couldn't exchange it for the proper fit. All because of weak scamsters who wanted to treat the location like a library return.

Couldn t even offer a small 10 percent discount for a part that was opened and taped up already. Then proceeds to tell me I can t return it if I open it . When it s already opened. None the less I work at Autozone and wouldn t handle customers this way. My name is JustinI m a manager at auto zone .Come to us and you ll see why everyone likes autzone more than oreillys .

Good experiences. Synthetic oil is very expensive, but this is the price everywhere. The store is large and well stocked. recommended.

Try to buy some tools that were on special for $ 22.99 but at the counter the cashier tried to charge me $34.99 told him and show him where the tools were and he said that they were misplaced... ! I just don't understand how come there were misplaced if they were more than 1 set

Never coming here again. Happened to me twice. First time i let it slide because sometimes people make mistakes. But this is the second time. So i went in for a new starter for my car. Trusting that the employee looked at the system and got it. Mind you i had to repeat myself for yr make and model for my car 3 times. My mechanic puts it on my car trying to figure out why its not starting. We spent unnecessary money jst because the starter was incorrect. So since the starter was incorrect, i had to pay for the cables to be replaced because it short circuit..employees here need to pay more attention. Smh... disappointed.

Bought a socket here and came home and realized I already had the same size socket already. Came to return it and Ricardo started LYING to me and saying the return policy is all sales on tools are final. He then tried to tell me my brand new socket in original packaging had been used . Even showed him my socket I had found and compared the socket I was returning to a new socket. Then I showed him the real O reillys policy. He started screaming at me to get out.

Great! I asked the man if he had a rear view mirror, and he walked right over to where the mirrors were and handed me a mirror that fit my car. He even loaned me a screwdriver to secure the mirror to its windshield mount. Had it on in seconds. In and out just like that.

They we're frustrating and didn't posses any sense of appreciation for customer loyalty...when i called...they we're busy apparently because the person on the phone said..."can you hold i have a customer"? I thought lady im a customer. I purchased windshield wiper blades in Palm Springs Palm Springs O'Reilly had the left one didn't have the right one and they informed me it would come this afternoon after 4:00. I said can I pay for it now they said yes I came back no blade. As i explained the situation all of the including the shift leader looked right passed me. They seemed to care less about my issue. Fine...i won't go back ever. When folks who work at an auto parts store begin to act snooty, it's time to change rite name.

Nice place if u want and need it NOW...otherwise if u check out Amazon the prices are less for the same the thing which will be at your door the next day or so. But O`Reillys got some great quality items they just mark it up because they know they can .

Very good customer service. They will help you with anything you need for your vehicle. Things are kind of pricey with name brands but they got a large selection of store brand products wich are very good quality if your on a budget, and it's just down the street from my place so its very convenient when I need something asap. And also I've received two $5 gift cards from them in the past wich is pretty cool

Purchased a special order on a Wed, start working on my car on Sat only to find out the ordered me the part. When I call to inform them only to be questioned, passed around & left on hold for long periods of time. Had to repeat the vehicle that I'm shopping for. Staff is incompetent ( don'teven know the name'sof their coworkers) , unprofessional (cursing) they could never figure out how to look up my special order part so I keep being told they can't find my order.... I had to miss a day of work.

The employees at this store were incredibly helpful and nice. Jaime in particular was great with helping me pick out and install new wiper blades. I will definitely come to this store for any future auto concerns and parts.

Great place of business every time I call their super helpful and informational. Makes it easy when I do come in I'm able to locate and find exactly what I'm looking for.. O'Reilly Auto Parts definitely gets my stamp of approval

Great auto parts store they keep a fabulous stock and their staff seems to be very knowledgeable able to answer every question I have . For me it's always been quick service great help and I'm on my way.

Needed a caliper pin kit. Checking on the competition's web site and couldn't find any. Checked O'Reilly site and found the kit in minutes locally for a better price. Called this store and they verified the kit was in stock. Staff was quick and helped me as soon as I walked in the door, got me in and out (having the part number for the kit helps). Definitely will be shopping O'Reilly first next time I need a part. Only drawback is the kit is made in China.

Entrance is sort of hidden and store doesn't seem to stock everything as shelves are somewhat empty. Service was good, store needs to signage. Easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Only real knock is this place is infested with bums, but then again the whole area is so it's not their fault.

If it was a 10 star rating system it would be a 10 star rating... O'Reilly has changed since I have been there in a long while and changes for the better. Not sure of this Employee's status possibly a Manager what ever "HER" status is she is good and knows her stuff and deserves this positive review. Reviews I don't really do but if I get crappie service or above and beyond in customer service. I will give my best to give you my honest opinion. SANDRA C at store # 3072 you surly are a valued employee there and hope they recognize it. Your Integrity caught my eye

They have a good selection and are very helpful. I am handicapped so I just go to the counter and tell the associate what I need. They help me out to the car and help me with using the items such as windshield wipers. I definitely will be returning.

The staff was extremely helpful on my visit today. I was looking for Seafoam spray and it was not in the location of the regular seafoam. Turns out that it was on sale and in the front of the store. A staff member was going on his break and when I asked for help not only did he tell me where it was but also took me over and showed me. That is good customer service, it bothers me when you can't find something and the staff tells you that it's just a few aisles down instead of showing you. Only takes a few minutes to show someone but makes a huge difference in the customers willingness to return in the future. Excellent job guys!

Got a flat tire in their parking lot. The manager couldn't even let me borrow a piece of wood or a Jack for 5 minutes. cause the mine wasn't working. Won't go back there anymore I got the flat and they're parking lot They didn'teven help fix it. It would it took 5 minutes to let me borrow a jack or a piece of wood from a pallet. They don't even bother to sweep the park a lot so they just leave a bunch of trash everywhere.

This O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store teaches, encourages and protects its employees to steal from customers, to lie to customers and to treat customers like thieves. The Manager Cameron stole from me, the company is protecting him and they have all refused to return my property and/or help me. Their employee Sandra has been poorly trained and they refuse to show her a small mistake she made so she can improve for the future.It's incredibly sad how this store "conducts" business and treats customers who spend a lot of money at this store.Stealing from customers is okay.Lying to customers is okay.Hiding and not relaying pertinent information is okay.Having a small claims lawsuit filed for theft and libel against this store and employees should be OK then too.

Two visits, minutes apart. Bought multiple items 1st visit. Wrong size socket, came back and wouldn't allow exchange for a part without tag. Way too much drama for a $4.00 socket. Customer service doesn't mean I'm right or wrong. It's how it was handled. Cool, you win. I'll go somewhere else from now on.
