This locksmith is wonderful! I bought a new/used 2017 Acadia that only came with one broken key fob. The GMC dealer wanted to charge way too much for a new fob, so I ordered one on Amazon and headed to Don s Locksmith in Riverside off Arlington & 91 fwy. Their service was not good, waited a long time and when I finally got helped by a technician, he was not able to program the key fob. They did not look for any solutions, they just let me leave. So, I went to Master Locksmith shop on Arlington & Tyler in Riverside and they were friendly, fast and affordable. I was so grateful they were able to help me with no problem. I will be returning here for all my keys in the future.

Called in the morning to get my key reprogrammed. He was very knowledgeable and quick. 45 mins later and 150$ he got it as good as new and even charged the near dead battery. Highly recommended

I just replaced a key and fob here for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler JLU. He was 1/2 the price of some places...knew exactly what he was doing. He had it cut, programmed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes from the time I walked in. Excellent work and service.

I just bought a 2019 XTS and it only came with one key. I bought a FOB at the dealership and they charged a ridicules price to program the new FOB. I don t know what I must have done but I was first quoted $125 then $150 plus tax after the work was done. I should have just gone to Don s lock and key. Last time I make that mistake.

2 time customers soon to be 3! Whenever I need a new key or lock remote for my cars I go to these guys. The prices are reasonable and fair and they finish on the time they tell you there gonna finish

One of my drivers locked his key inside a Freightliner box truck and within minutes they were able to get it open. I also requested a copy of my key and had that made within minutes as well. Great fast and professional service. Highly recommend!!

I called them to make a fob keyless. They do not have a physical location. They subcontract to local locksmith. Which would be cheaper due to this company not getting their cut in middle for referral service. They told me. The lock smith will charge $20 to $30 to come to my location. Whether i use them or not consider your money bye bye. Once lock smith looks at the car (wait a minute, why woukd be look at my car rather than look at my locks on the door which is not even required). All i wanted to have a programmed fob keyless no matter how my locks or my car looks like. Its all computer programming. They just couldnt give me the cost of making fob keyless which is remote control to open and lock your car doors. After pushing for estimated prices. They said, the price could be anywhere from $180 to $250 for just one fob keyless. I gave my car info. That should be it. No need to waste lockmith time for $30. But they want that $30 si you can be stuck with purchasing expensive keys.Dishonest dishonest dishonest company. Making extra money with service call and then having you pay alot more because you have no choice because you need it. I got my fob keyless from local locksmith. He charged me $60. It is working great.Do not fall into their trap. Local local locksmith who will give you a good service. You know where their shop is located if you encounter any problems plus the price is cheaper.

The tech was fast, efficient, and super nice, plus great prices.I called to replace my 2017 Kia Sportage key fob that was failing. The tech was at my home within 20 minutes and replaced and programmed the new key fob. They had a real kia fob in stock, which was a plus. Everyone I had called, including Autozone and the Kia dealer, had to order the part and wanted tons more$$.

My purse was stolen out of my car at the gas station with my key inside. The young man that came to my house on the same day did a fantastic job laser-cut and handed me the key to my car would highly recommend their service

Great customer service fast and very friendly. I needed a new key fob for my Nissan Leaf. Their price was over 50% lower than the dealer. I drove up from Temecula and it was worth the drive.

They made me a key but it was too fat to get into my car so I went back and the guy was kind of rude with me so I told them the key was too fat so he made another key after you gave me attitude and guess what that key worked. But I'm still trying to get him to help me fix my door two weeks later he was supposed to come twice to my house to times he waited for him and he still hasn't come

Great experience at this locksmith I had come in to have my van ignition repaired. My ignition was apparently Beyond repair however the gentleman who owns the shop was able to purchase a new one and he rekeyed it to my door locks for only about $100. And he did it all in less than an hour!

Highly recommend locksmith here. These fine gentlemen had a challenge with my key fob reprogramming from a used fob I brought. They took the time needed to insure that the 2nd fob I brought was properly working. They have all the latest hardware to make it happen and expertise. Bought a car for focus for cheap and it only had one key and no wireless entry remote. I started with Don's time constraints had me look elsewhere. I then went to Ken's and as soon as I got out of the car they went to lunch :(. Google recommended this place. I call and no answer. They called me back so figure ok I'll drive in. I had two fancy blank key and remote fobs from amazon. I showed up and they quoted me half the price of Don's and was finished with my 2 keys and programmed the keyless entry in 20 minutes.Definitely come here

Came in 5 minutes before closing at 5pm. I was gladly helped and on my way in 4 minutes. I brought in 2 blank and programmed keys from an online vendor to be only cut. $10 for the 2 key cuts was great. Highly recommend. Forget lowes, home depot, and ace hardware!!! Come to Master Locksmith on Arlington ave in Riverside!

AB Mobile Master Mechanic @ Master locksmith I have been doing business with you for 3 to 4 years and am verry satisfied with your work I recently took a steering column that some other individual who passes him self as lock smith had messed around with the ignition switch and it didn't work at all . Thank God for My Lock smith took it to him and in a few hours it was fixed (2010 Lexus RX400). Steering column switch replacement/repair. Thank you for your service . I want to rekey for my lock but a couple of lock cylinder bottom pins too short to fit my lock. I went to the locksmith shop to ask if they can sell some pins to me. After some hesitation to my request, the owner told me that they have no lock cylinder pins and only sold the whole set of locks. I understand the pins are so small that even selling them doesn't make much money. But I don't believe a locksmith can have a shop without the lock cylinder pins. I disappoint left the shop and went to other lockmaster store. There, the boss not only matched me with the right pin, but also did not charge any fee!

Overcharged and underdelivered. Went to have a spare reprogrammed and now my car is not the same. Both keys work when they want and it never had a prior problem. Very disappointed!!
