I can t even express how much I love master car care. They are honest, incredibly helpful, and affordable. Yaz and Michael have been an absolute pleasure to work with if you are in need of a local mechanic that you can trust look no further.

They use cheap brake pads and rotors.My brakes are worse now than before I brought my car in.Spent a lot of money and took my car back and Micheal was giving me all the reason why the brakes are vibrating and leave tons of brake dust. Biggest mistake bringing my car here.I will never bring my car to them anymore.They really shouldn't be using a Christian fish on there ad when they are not doing a good job!Service: Auto maintenance

I have used Master Car Care a few times and I've always felt like they are honest, up front and fair in pricing. Last time I called I needed to get in super fast and they found a way to accommodate me. They also provided me with helpful information about options for the car they diagnosed after I decided it wasn't worth fixing. I happily paid the diagnostic fee for the peace of mind of knowing what I was dealing with. If I had decided to have them repair it the fee would have gone toward the repairs.

Went in with a tire repair, had a nail and a screw. All bays were full but no wait time and repair was $35, very pleased with quickness, friendly and service provided

We have used this location to diagnose and repair a number of issues with our beloved and high-mileage Jeep. They are open on Saturdays which works best with our schedule. I had an older model Audi. Need I say more? It was in for repair for so many things. Their service is excellent & they are always willing to go the extra mile. Ask for Yaz. He is awesome. I was in need of a new clutch. I read some good reviews about Yaz and Master Car Care. I definitely felt comfortable taking my car to him. He told me what I needed to know and helped me find the best deal to fit my needs. There were no hidden costs and he got the job done just a day after he got the parts.

Great shop! 11 month old Axels went out due to a broken engine mount and they were able to cover the parts under warranty.

I was scammed by the manager of the riverside location.Caught him in the act and claiming to do repairs that where not done. His own mechanic pulled his covers.They tried to get me to pay 842.56 for a coolant flush shock install and steering column removals/ install.Steering column was never replaced it only needed 4 bolts tighten and a turn signal cam replaced.Witch there hard workers made clear that was all that was done and very simple for them and fast.The manger on the other hand still tried to convince me they replaced a hand full of parts but that was not the case.How i caught him was simple i asked him to show me all the old parts that he claimed he replaced and rebuilt witch he tried to tell me he did a full rebuild.lucky for me the guy who worked on my car was honest and said that they did not rebuild and replace but only tighten 4 bolts and fixed the blinker and brought only a plastic casing as proof, the only one part that was replace of the price of $14.34.The manager was thrown off because he knew he was busted.So out of a defensive tactic he said if i dont want to pay the 842.56 of work he lied about and wasnt done he would keep my car.I told him court is an option if he wanted.Then he decided to try and be my buddy and say how about we give a discount ect i said no i want to only pay for what was done and not made up on his end.He was unhappy i didnt want to pay him for his made up work that was never done and he couldn't prove.This went on back and forth for about 30 mins+.He couldnt prove any of the work he claimed was done nore did he want to prove it after his own mechanic threw him under the buss.To avoid a longer and more stressfull exsperince i told him to give me my keys and ill only pay for what was done only.So he made up his own invoice a seccond time that dropped down to $500 witch was still wrong but at this point it was causing so much stress to me and anxiety i gave in a paid for labor parts and a coolant flush that was never done so i could get my car back and be able to go to work.The invoice does not match up to the repairs that where done but was his only way to get paid..First invoice ending in 531Seccond invoice ending in 444Funny part is in first invoice the labor for a full rebuild was 190.00He charged me $375.00 in the seccond invoice that i did not agree to and also just dont add up.There is far more to this story that i will take up with corporate or small claims if im not paid back for that labor and coolant in fullMaster Car Care was caught trying to scam me with proof verbally and on papperwork and more then positive on camera aswell.You should be ashamed for trying to scam customers and after getting caught still scamming me under my nose on labor fees..Well your caught and i except you to redeem your businesses reputation and to be refunded for the labor on the steering column. Of 375.00 and coolant flush of 44.95This happen on 1/5/2018 they also had my car 3 days longer then agreed to witch was supposed to have my car back on 1/2/2018Witch cost me time and money and stress since this manager couldnt keep in touch and keep me up to date even after multiple calls trying to gwt updates but never recived any.I highly recommend no one to go here unless you are posotive on whats being done to your car/truck.The manager is a thief and a scammer and he should be ashamed of this..Hope to hear back from master car care or ill seek out legal assistance.

This was my first time coming here and after getting some work done on a vehicle that I just purchased,I would recommend this place.Anthony was the person I talked to and he always called me to give me updates about my vehicle and I like there text-email estimate system but you can always call and talk to them about your repairs before approving them.

I'm sorry, I didn't get the help I needed, was given the runaround, and had to return to them four times for a new issue with an oil leak in a different place each time that was not an each before. I felt taken advantage of, unfortunately.

Had multiple things that needed fixed and got our van back super fast. Super friendly and honest. Even one issue I thought the van had, most places would have just took my money, they were honest enough to tell me it was unnecessary. Thanks guys!

I suspected a shop in Orangecrest was trying to charge me for work I didn't need, so I came here for a second opinion. Yaz's honesty saved me lots of $$! Ive now been a customer for a couple of years and confidently refer all my friends here.

Tried to charge me $200 dollars just for an easy hose job....did it myself in less than 30 minutes and the hose was only 10 dollars
