I had a few estimates done & Maaco was the one I chose, because they seemed very nice & more personable than any of the other 3 I tried. So that was a major plus. The best part overall was the PRICE..!! The work done was exceptional..!! My car looks GREAT..!! I would highly recommend Macco to my friends & family, really to all. Thank you Kieth for all your help & thank you Maaco..!!

*TRASH TRASH TRASH** stay far away from this scam of a company . My 2020 Nissan Altima was towed to this shop on 10/2/2023. My car is being repaired under an insurance claim. I was contacted by Donna (who is extremely rude and unpleasant) on 10/20/2023 that the car was ready to be picked up. When I went to inspect the vehicle, my windshield was cracked which it was not cracked previously. I advised Donna I would not be picking up my car in this condition, and would be contacting my insurance. My insurance company, along with myself, have pictures of the car at the accident site, before being put onto the tow truck, after the tow truck delivered the vehicle to this shop, and even pictures from the following day after the car was delivered that the adjuster took, all pictures showing my windshield in perfect condition. When I advised Donna of the pictures and documentation showing the damaged occurred at the shop based off of the pictures she told me "we don't break windshields here" and hung up on me. Meanwhile, I am being charged daily for rental car insurance while this shop refuses to take responsibility even with all of the proof that they caused this damage. I have never had to deal with such rude people before. Complete lack of customer service skills and integrity.

Extremely disappointed. Dropped the car off on Saturday and I was told the repair is going to take about 7-10 days. (I was initially told 5 days at the inspection)Tried to call them multiple times and left a message since it has been 6 days and no update and they replied to me in an email saying that I haven't dropped my car off. Car was in the parking lot for 6 days and they didn't know. Their explanation is "I hope you had called, I didn't know". I dropped my car and "handed the keys over to the person in the front desk". What kind of a company does not have a process to record it at least? My car was sitting on their parking lot while I'm on a rental for 6 days. No apology. Extremely rude. Nothing's been done to fix this. I am going to request our fleet administration to remove them as a service partner.

Keith was awesome and got me into a good price range that I wanted. I ended up asking for front bumper to be painted also which costed not much more than my previous estimate. I would give it 5 stars if whoever worked on my car was more clean and careful with it. I had my rear bumper repaired and painted from a previous accident where someone hit my car. The left side wasn't even screwed back onto the panel. I didn't notice til I got home and saw it was popped and hanging out. And also the mat piece that is in the inside part of bumper was just hanging there too. I checked my trunk and noticed a screw just sitting there in my trunk and my all weather trunk mat was obviously removed and they put it back in all crumbled up instead of nicely fitting it back. So the right side was all pushed on the top corner really bad. Anyways the bumper cost me another trip back to the shop. (It's about a 40 minute drive one way). About a week later I noticed a big piece of tape hanging from the bottom of my car. Took that off. But then when I rolled down my window later that day I noticed there were still tape on the very edge of the window. Checker other windows and there were tape on em too. Then I thought what else did they do? And this will be the one that got me really upset. When I opened my hood they left paper cover all crumbled up on top of my open air box covering majority of the top of my air filter. Like really? I drove a week like that? Could've caused major problems considering it was blocking off a lot of air flow. With so many things from the bumper to the tape and that stuff covering it only leads me to believe that whoever worked on my car was careless and not paying much attention which leads me to believe they are pretty careless overall. Like how do u completely forget to screw in the left side bumper and how do u just leave paper covering my air filter? I swear if it wasn't for Keith I would absolutely rate this at a one star. I would return if ever needed again as long as it's not the same guy who worked on my car this time that will work on it next time.Service: Painting

I'm super happy with the work done on my '99 Toyota 4Runner. Should have taken some before pictures. I live at the beach and have parked this car on the street (with south sun baking it) for nearly 25 years. The hood and roof were awful and the car is much too good a vehicle to be looking a mess. Keith was quite flexible and understood that I'm trying to have the car look decent while not spending a fortune. They did an AMAZING job! I'm so so happy! It's definitely a keeper and I'm sure it is feeling happy too! Thank you guys!!

Worst experience of my life, I paid 1700 to have a color change from white to blue. In less then 8 months they had to re-paint my whole car, when I got the car back there was over spray everywhere on my interior door handle, my exhaust & missing paint on my fender. A month later the paint on the front bumper started flaking off and took it back in last week on Monday I got the car back on Wednesday. Drove it home and drove it one time after that and paint chipped anything that hit the front bumper made it chip. They did not sand the bumper properly & will not fix the issue. This is unacceptable, I took my car down to this location 6 times. I will never refer anyone to this location, Keith is very unprofessional. All I can say is . We took our 17 year old highlander in with peeling paint all over, scratches and dings. We decided on the better urethane single stage. It took less than 4 full days for them to complete it and it looks amazing. No overspray on anything, badging was all put back on straight and no runs or cracking. Couldn t be happier with their work. Thanks again guys!

Took in my black Toyota 4Runner 2010. Hardly any overspray they did an incredible job my truck looks new. They even installed my new door handles thank you so much! We will be coming back our RAV4 will need a paint job as well.

I use my 2014 Tacoma double cab to commute to work and back. It has over 200,000 miles on it and the clear coat was peeling off. I got several qoutes to paint the entire truck, including one from MAACO of Corona... which was 8 miles closer. All the quotes were a bit more than I wanted to spend and only offered a one year warranty. I spoke with Keith at MAACO of Riverside. He was cordial and business like. He offered me a better quote than all the other places... and with a 4 year warranty. The paint job was excellent also.Service: Painting

They surprised me with the paint job they did for me. I had quotes for $4,000 & up from other shops. When their price was less than 1/2 that we thought it would be good enough to keep the car a few years longer. Their painting work was way beyond or expectations. They even did work on the roof we thought could not be done as it s 2 glass moonroofs. Very satisfied!

I knew all body imperfections wouldn t be completely fixable but knew that before I agreed to having the body work and painting done. The truck looks amazing and I m happy overall. I strongly recommend removing parts that you can. I got the 4yr warranty but didn t know it s a prorated warranty until I picked up my truck. However, I am very satisfied with the work and paint job they did.Service: Painting

Did a parts off paint job on the front of my truck. Expertly repaired some minor damage to the sheet metal and the color match to the rest of the truck looks to be near perfect.
