Michelle and Rosie, which are the ladies in the front desk, were very helpful and informative. I purchased a used transmission from a 3rd party and Rosie which is the right hand to Blas helped me with the warranty process and made sure everything went smooth between the 3td party and them which she made me feel comfortable about the whole issue. Blas also communicated with me before installing transmission and after. They were all extremely nice and helpful! Please bring your cars here for transmission services.Service: Transmission

This place is expensive Call in for an estimate living around the from shop mechanic tells me to bring in to inspect doesn't even take a look at and quote me $2000 for a 92 corolla no mames quey bad referral from my friend

Always friendly. And more importantly, the last time they fixed my transmission, the repairs lasted for 11 years! I dont think the vehicle (it's a 1991) will last for another 11 years, but they fixed it for me anyway.

Great honest transmission repair shop. About 18 years ago I had just paid for my wedding and Honeymoon. I was broke. I was driving home on my Honeymoon and the check engine light went on and the car wouldn't shift. Car was around 500 miles out of warranty and I feared the worst. I dropped off the car at Luke's and got a call soon after. They said it needed a part and replaced it at an affordable price. I thought the transmission was blown. Nope they repaired it quickly and affordably. I have been sending everyone I can to them ever since. Thanks Luke's!

Dropped my car off on Monday (05/11/16) for a rebuild because my second and fifth gears were popping out. Went in and Dave said I would get a parts quote in a couple days. Couple days passed by, nothing! Gave them more than a week with no reaponse so I called them on Thursday (05/19/16). Dave said they were about to open up my transmission after almost two weeks of having my car at their shop. Got everything settled and my car was finally ready on Friday (05/27/16). Went into the shop about 20 minutes before they closed and my car was parked against the wall ready to go, all I had to do was go into the office, pay, get my key back and I was ready to go. I got into the car about to leave when my boyfriend notices a huge dent on my car on the side that was against the wall. Had he not been there, i would have drove off the lot and who knows if they would have accepted responsibility for the damage. We confronted Dave about the dent and he said it had happened five days ago when one of the guys tried to lift my car to put it on the ramp and he put his weight on it but he forgot to mention it. He told me to come back on Tuesday (since Monday was a holiday and they don't open on the weekends) and he would have the body shop next door try to take it out and if not, they would pay for the repairs. Tuesday (05/31/16) came around and I took my car to the body shop, they got most of the dent out but told me to come back tomorrow and they would have it fixed. I went after work and my car was finally ready... again. Looked ok but I can still see two small dents and my quarter panel is really fragile now. A couple days passed by and I noticed another hit on the bottom of my door. I took a picture of my car the day I dropped it off and that dent/scratch was not there. Nothing was written on the invoice as far as damages that they did to my vehicle. I brought my car here because they had good reviews about their work, which they do. My transmission is working good so far but the damage they caused to my car is unacceptable! It's the first and last time I take my car to a shop.

I went in with my son last Friday (day after Thanksgiving) so that he could have his truck transmission checked because of some noise and vibration. They took the time to test drive it and put in on the rack to check the oil level. After checking things out, they refused to charge us anything! Told us they don't feel right about charging for something simple and not too time consuming (it took at least half an hour).Anyway, we plan to go back to them for a complete transmission rebuild. They certainly gained our confidence.

Great...first time 2003 Ford Focus.. trany rebuilt..and rest of the arm to boots and all to wheel's....plus they just drove my 1999 Chevy Silverado...and the bearing sound turned out to be on my air compressor...process of hearing and turning air off and on....trany motor still strong....Thank God...190,000 miles

Brought in my Escalade and when they were done, my truck wouldn t start. They got it to turn on, and when it did, my motor was breaking down. Paid $2900 just to have my truck bread down.

I would recommended Luke's transmission very highly when my transmission went out on my journey I called him I didn't know they do the work there but they told me they did and they got my baby back on the road I love they working I would definitely recommend people to go there thank you Luke's transmission for getting me on the road I am so very happy and please with your work your number one in my book

Took my car for a rebuild in may got it in about a week. 3 weeks later my torque converter goes out take it back in they put my car in the back burner. My car will be in there longer for a warranty repair on my torque converter than I did for my rebuild. Everytime I call I get told a couple days, I call 2 days they say a couple more days, I call on Monday they still cant give a estimate when itll be done. Just says another couple days because he dont know what they have to do yet. So my car sat there for a week with no one even to look at it when I took a paper with the codes on it. Dont ever use this place!!

Totally lost my transmission. Brought it to Luke's on Monday, Tuesday morning about 1130am they called said it was ready. Best experience ever. Great staff. They really came through for me. Thanks again.

Absolutly the best place fot transmission work. I gave them the worst case least profietable situation to deal with and they treated me like i was thier best customer and achieved a result way better than expected. These people know whay they are doing and care enough to do it right no matter the. Money...

Worst shop ever haf taken my car there 3 time ls once to replace the transmission and 2 other time cause they obviously didnt do the work right. They dont stand by there work i dont recommend them to anyone!

Very good at what thay do and onest. It is the best place to goto if you dont want to be ripped off.very onsest and now adays there not may auto shops around that will be onest.

Luke's transmission is the place to go to get your car worked on everyone is very nice and honest. Wouldn't take my car any where else. HIGHLY RECOMMENED

I took my car in for a transmission and when I got it back well not only did they scratch my door on their lifts and had to have it repainted but the transmission leaked bad when I got it back and the person they had fix my scratch on the door which they cause had gotten over spray all over my $15,000 paint job so I go back to have the leak fixed and the overspray removed so when I get the car back after that not only did they take off all of my relax and finish on my car which ruined my paint the transmission late again even worse so I'm without a car for about a month do to this ongoing problem that they can't seem to fix but the last time I got the car back sure enough it leaked again so I spent countless money finding rides to work paying them to f****** my paint and my transmission and it still leaks to this day
