This was my first visit to Lexus of Temecula and I must say I was very pleased with the customer service. We were greeted with a smile staff was welcoming and treated us with dignity and respect our service advisor appeared to be very knowledgeable attentive and very helpful. We requested a courtesy car while our car was getting service and one was provided. Overall we were very pleased with Lexus of Temecula and will recommend to friends and family

Art Faulk and Luis Cortez took care of me and my 2020 ES 350. Also, Frank Garcia and Ale Solis, took care of my Wife and her 2022 RX350. I would also like to thank Briana for helping me secure a loaner vehicle. The whole team at Lexus of Riverside far exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Bought a car from them its a 2021 NX300 F sport less than two weeks the fan servo stop working, i drop off the vehicle from them and the service advisor lend me a loaner vehicle, i complained about the loaner vehicle because it smells like a the vehicle drove to a horse farm. A day passes by i called them and ask for an update about my vehicle they said they will call me back but they did not so i called them again and told them about the loaner and they had no comment about it. But they said they got my car parts already but its been two days they had the parts but they havent installed it and they said that they will call me tomorrow about my car sometime in the afternoon if they be done. But they wont reserve me a different loaner car.
