I recently purchased a 350 ES from Marco and I couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the buying experience.The car itself is a dream to drive. I bought my Lexus on Jan 10. . Eric was great and got me the best possible rate. He even bought my friend and I lunch from Yoshinoya. Lisa was great in going over all the packages and explaining the finance rates. Angel was great and delivered. my car to my house and hooked up my car to my garage opener. Had great experience and love my Lexus RX 450. Lastly, thanks to Sal for explaining all the gadgets in my car. I recommend this place to everyone!

I had my Lexus service clearly explained to me and my service advisor was friendly and pleasant. Frank was very knowledgeable and professional. In fact, Frank helped guide me into their service bay. Inspite of this dealership undergoing a major renovation, I was comfortable while waiting. The service was done well and I left the dealership feeling good.I received the paperwork of the completed service. I plan to continue bringing my vehicle to Lexus of Riverside for future servicing.Thank you for reading and Lexus of Riverside.

I am a first time Lexus buyer.The customer service was amazing very honest and Naveed our sales advisor was very patient and answer all my questions he gave us our space which sometimes is hard to get at a dealer. Lisa from finance department was also great good attitude and very detailed in explaining and also patient. I would for sure recommend this dealer.

Great experience with Lexus of Riverside; we wanted to get a new SUV for my dad, and decided to check out the new TX. Henry, our sales advisor, arranged it for us and spent a lot of time showing us the TX and the RX, which we ultimately bought. We weren t necessarily ready to purchase a new car that day, but the experience was so smooth that we got the deal done quickly and efficiently that day and drove home in a new RX hybrid. Highly recommended if you re in the market for a new Lexus!

Customer service is great & they make me feel that they care about me, my car, my safety & my cost. Although there is construction going on & may look a little chaotic, each staff is pleasant & eager to please. I just moved to the area but I am impressed both times I have been here for my car service in comparison to the other Lexus Service Centers that I have been to. I surely will recommend them. Both service representatives that I have dealt with are awesome.

HelloI am not sure if this is dealer issue or manufacturer issue or my expectation is to high now for Lexus quality , but I was told by my service advisor that I was going to get the second key if you guys had stock. I received a key wrapped in shrink paper attached to my current key. I did not pay attention or bother to unwrap it The following day when I opened. It, I found a key alright that has no hook to attached the eing. It also has no cover. This is the first time I receive a key from Lexus that is like this partially assembled, missing hook and no cover. I do not know if Lexus gives keys like this when you purchase a new car. Other brands do not are least they are fully assembled with hook since some do not provide covers. I am not sure if a dealer issue, but will certainly bring it up to Lexus since I believe this is a manufacturer issue.

Needed to get in for my 3rd servicing because I was over recommended mileage and headed out of town; said I only had a couple days open; they promptly offered me a 7:30 appt on the first day I had available. Everyone very friendly; Tony Ayala checked me in, went over everything that would be done, how much time was involved, what cost would be directed me to one of the waiting rooms, and told me where I could find coffee. Loved the video I was texted during the appointment by the technician that showed his progress; car was done in expected time, and was beautifully washed and detailed. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Fantastic job on my RX350. Brought my RX in to have basic miles/months service. Service was perfect. Assistance from both Frank G. and help from David O perfect They were both very generous and helpful to me. Thank you.In addition I requested my RX to be detailed. It looked so nice when I picked up my vehicle. In fact, it looks so beautiful, I don t want to drive my RX. Thank you all so much!!

Courteous and efficient, from the start to the end the Adviser keeps open communication and the technician gives you a detailed explanation of the findings and resolutions you can actually see the video of the vehicle during the inspection. Overall experience was okay, didn t give the 5 stars because after having time to reflect on my deal that I was offered I can definitely see how I was steered more into a lease than a purchase and it s not sitting well with me. The sales associate Sal was polite and professional, ultimately my review is towards the sales manager as they control the moving parts to a deal. This is my second time as this location and my first deal was a better experience than this current one. The sales Manager(s) here are definitely thinking about profit over anything. Take your time shopping around.

Thanks to Jerome Porter, my advisor and Thaddeus Anderson, my technician. Both made me feel comfortable about my service on my IS500. Headed to a road trip up to Sonoma Raceway for the Lexus Driving school and wanted to thank you guys. Liked the video with my vehicle in the garage bay as well.. Keep it up.

Almost didn't make the buy because of $500. If not for my wife really wanting the car. But aside from the price difference, the service and others are pretty good. They almost want to deliver the car home, but we want to test drive it a bit before final purchase.It all worked out under the circumstances. The sales office is under construction and is a bit cramped and I almost missed the dealership.

The customer service was good. My only concern was that the technician sent me a video of the tire inspection and stated the condition of the brake pads, but he did not show any of the work done . No video of the oil and filter change and the cabin filter was supposed to be changed, but I don t know if it was. My advice would be to show the evidence that the work was done.

I love Lexus of Riverside. I ve been to Crown Lexus and Temecula Lexus but haven t been treated the way a customer want to feel about getting Service. Lance Lee was very personable with my whole experience. Even when I went to pick up my car and Lance was away from his desk the next rider stepped up to help me. I even needed help with setting up my new phone to my Bluetooth and another gentleman step in . Such awesome customer service. Definitely recommend Lexus of Riverside.

I had an excellent experience with Lexus of Riverside this week. Took my SUV in for its regular service and was promptly served by Jerome Porter. he was pleasant and knowledgeable. Also, the young lady in the parts department, which is serving as a temporary reception room, was very helpful.
