Amazing Customer Service, friendly staff that went out of their way to provide comfort and friendly service. Super easy and not stressful at all when buying my vehicle. Nancy, Sean and Jeff made us super comfortable and never made us feel like we needed to buy right then. We will definitely refer friends and family there.

Nancy and Greg were phenomenal! My husband surprised me with an early birthday gift. These two were on a Secret mission with my husband to hide this from me. I went to look at the vehicle, thinking that I was going to buy it myself. They looked at me with the most honest eyes apologizing that it was sold, and they were going to find me the vehicle of my dreams. Lo and behold, I arrived home that evening. Greg showed up minutes after hustled to throw the bow on and hide. That moment was priceless. Thank you to these two who made this happen so quickly. It was probably the best car buying experience we ve ever had.

We just bought our 2nd Defender from here and our salesman, Pedro was outstanding! He went above and beyond to get our deal done and even bought the paperwork to our house to finalize. In an environment where so many dealerships seem to have forgotten about the customer we re grateful to get to work with one that still believes in good old fashioned customer service and didn t play games with us at all. See you for our next one in a few years since my wife refuses to ever own anything other than a Defender!

What a great experience buying my new Land Rover Defender from Aaron and Scott. I was super impressed by their business practice and their straightforward approach to selling cars. There were no games, no four square, just a fair price for my trade-in and a fair deal for my new Defender. Thank you guys for your professionalism. It truly goes a long way. I was also impressed by Sean in the financing department. I have bought more cars than I care to admit in my lifetime and every single time I walk into the financing department it is high pressure tactics to add all these products that you really don't need. I usually opt for nothing because the experience is so off putting. This time was different. Sean just educated and there was no scare tactic pressure which I thought was super professional and made me more willing to jump on some additional coverage.I want to give Aaron one last shout out. He is a phenomenal communicator and has super strong interpersonal skills. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and without a shadow of a doubt, he has earned my business from here on out.

Our experience with the purchase of our car was extremely pleasant! Greg Suzuki was our sales consultant, he was very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Greg had all the answers to our questions and helped us get on the perfect car for us. Luis was the financial manager, he finished the process with a cherry on top. He explained all the options and helped us decide on the additional packages needed to complete the perfect purchase of our new vehicle.

My experience was awesome. I wanted to leave but the professionalism I received from Aaron Reese ( saleman) was so outstanding that I couldn't just walk away. He does not rush you to make decisions. I even felt like he was on my side to make the best judgements. This place is the best, and I'm glad I bought my first RANGE ROVER here..

Took my vehicle to the Service dept for a check engine light issue. Mark was beyond helpful. Provided me with a loaner and when I found out I was better off purchasing a new vehicle, he allowed me to hold on to the loaner and paired me with a sales rep (Nancy).She went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle within my budget The vehicle I was trying to purchase had a defect, and she did everything possible to get me into another vehicle. I ended up with a better deal. She is the reason I will be back to purchase my next vehicle. What started out as a nightmare with my personal vehicle, ended up being a wonderful experience for me.Kudos to the entire staff at this facility.

Highly recommend. The staff is so professional and easy to work with. They send a text with all the findings on the car prior to meeting with the advisor so there are no surprises and you decide what you need fixed. They advise on what warranty covers and what portion is not. The whole process is smooth and well worth it. And the waiting area is very comfortable.

What a great experience! Land Rover Riverside has a great team of people to assist with purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. Dave Sturgis is excellent. He spent a lot of time with us to ensure that we found the perfect vehicle for our family. We just picked up our Land Rover Discovery HSE, 7 passenger w 3rd row seating, and we love it.Thank you also to Jeff Rawlins, Sales Manager for assisting with our purchase, and to Steve Morales, Finance Manager, with answering all questions and finalizing the purchase.Looking forward to purchasing another LR in a few years from Dave and the team at LR Riverside.UPDATE: Purchased a pre-owned 2020 LR Discovery last week, and was in the service department on March 4 for a routine Wheel Alignment. Service Advisor Erin Dang was very helpful in coordinating the appointment. I stayed on-site during the appointment, and worked remotely from the customer lounge. The lounge was clean and comfortable. The attendant was very helpful in preparing coffee and snacks while I waited for the service to be completed. Following the appointment, I met with Randy Rates to evaluate the Lug Nuts. Randy did a quick inspection, and had Doug (shop foreman) perform an inspection and replaced the necessary nuts. Also met with Alex (porter) as he was very accommodating in doing a full walk through of the vehicle features and operations.

I had bought my first Range Rover Sport at another dealer. On the purchase of my second Range Rover I cannot believe the night and day difference compared to the attitude exhibited by The Riverside crew. Albert made us feel so welcome immediately. Even though it was late on. Saturday before Christmas Eve, he and the rest of the staff made the experience way less stressful. Zero pressure . My job entails constant negotiation and as usual I was prepared for high pressure tactics in buying my car. Luckily, Everything was made crystal clear. Our concerns were addressed in a manner where I never thought there was something being hidden. Will definitely return to this dealer!

I will share my experience with everyone I know when they asked me about the vehicle that I purchased even the manager was pleasant basically I work with three individuals and I can t think of anyone better to work with thank you for your service

62K miles on a car that I bought brand new, and the dealership says it needs 14K worth of follow-up work ? It has been in for every service since day 1, had all of its regularly scheduled service, so, why would a car need 14K worth of "services?" Land Rover- Stay away.

Thank you Morgan Conde!I had to bring my Range Rover in for new parts. I was given a rental for convenience in the meantime. It is Christmas time and I was expecting it to take longer than it did but in about a week my vehicle was ready. During this time I was updated frequently and knew where my car was and what was being done to it at all times. When I arrived, all the parts were installed, my car was washed, serviced and he was able to fix my back up key alarm right then and there because the battery wasn t working anymore.Every time I have come into a dealership I have felt nervous leaving my car and what they would find that would cost me extra. Coming back to pick up my car in such good shape, nearly brand new looking again and not being told I need extra maintenance was such a relief, especially considering the season.Thank you Morgan for all the updates, the promptness and above all the honesty during my last visit with you guys. Likely the most beautiful and inviting car dealerships I've been to. Greg Suzuki is an outstanding salesman - easy to work with, caring about customer interests and concerns and very genuine. I wish they were closer to my home but wouldn't hesitate to make the 90 minute drive to buy another car from them.

I d give one star if I could. I Had the worst experience ever at this location. I went to sales consultant John Pham to return my leased vehicle and gave him both of our keys but he only provided one to the bank or I don t know what happened in the process so now I ve to pay additional $300 for missing key. I went to their manager with the paperwork he provided that doesn t even say if he s only given one but he jeff said there s nothing they can do to help it s not their responsibility. How come it s not if I returned my keys to their employee at their dealership?? He said he d help if we are looking for a vehicle to buy. That s all their priority is at this point selling new ones but not helping their existing customers.
