I am beyond pleased with the outstanding service I receive each time. No one likes car accidents, but it s a bit easier going through such process when you have help like that at Kaizen. Carly, Junior, and Brian are great to work with and are always accommodating and informative. Kaizen is my go-to shop for any repairs needed. Keep up the great work guys!

My experience with Kaizen was amazing. They are super helpful, great with communication, professional, and friendly! I was nervous about a dent I had on my rear bumper, and they were able to get it replaced for my Honda quickly and the color match painting was on point .Thank you Ryan, Vanessa, and Juan!

I can't say enough positive and good things about Kaizen and the folks that work there. They are excellent!They took care of things quite promptly with my car. The only delay was my own insurance company. They seemingly drug their feet for whatever reason.Kaizen Collision here at 7840 Indiana Ave., in Riverside is by far superior when it comes to customer service and European auto collision repair work.

My Cadillac SRX needed some tender loving care, and I'm so happy that my dealership recommended Kaizen. The service was above and beyond. Shout out to Junior and staff for always keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. The text message, stating my vehicle is ready to come home. Total made my day.It's all about how you word things and communication. Kaizen does an excellent job at both.Thank you again to Junior and staff.

I took my 2020 corvette in for minor repairs and job well done! Had another mis-hap and they fixed my C8 perfectly! Can u find the hole in my pics, NO !

Very dependable! They did a great job of keeping me informed as they worked with my insurance company and their suppliers to get my car repaired as quick as possible. My car was done when promised and it looks like new. I highly recommend Hamblins Body, Paint & Frameshop.

I took my car to them because the car was in an accident. They were recommended by the insurance company. Both doors needed to be replaced and some additional painting. The work looked really good except I had to bring it back to have the doors buffed again because of swirl marks. The work and time line was good. The problems I had with them was getting called back or updated during the process. When I picked up the car and drove it home the car would not start. The battery was dead and would not hold a charge. I purchased a new battery the next day and everything works great now. They should of disconnected the battery while the doors were open/off. I asked them to reimburse me but I still could not get a call back. It s been over 3 weeks and I ve given up now.Service: Body & Trim

A few people had recommended I use Hamblins when I was in an accident for the repair work, so I gave them a try. I was greatly disappointed in the service and work. They quoted me 2 weeks and at the end of that 2 weeks told me they would need another week because when they were reassembling the car they realized they had a wrong part. Then at the end of that week they informed me there was still more to do and they needed another 2 days. At the end of that 2 days it was still not ready and had to be taken to Dodge because they said they do not have the correct a/c machine in order to charge my car. In total they had my car for 33 days. Not only did they have my car for over twice as long as they had originally quoted me, when I received the car back it was not completely fixed. There was a part that was still broken that they would need to order. Luckily they let me take my car that day and I will be bringing it back this week to have that part corrected. I did appreciate that they would answer when I called, or call me right back, and that they kept in touch with me throughout the process. It was just very frustrating to have the repairs extended out so far so many times.

Came in to get an estimate to have the spoiler on my Volvo reattached. Since there was adhesive residue on the trunk lid, I was expecting that the trunk lid would need to be sanded and repainted first and I was fine with that. If I needed a new spoiler, I was ok with that too. I just wanted it fixed. When we first walked in, no one was at the front desk. We saw the estimate forms so we filled one out and continued to wait. Finally a girl came out and asked us if we needed an estimate then said she would go get someone. Her attitude made it seem like we were an interruption. The estimator came out and didn t say hello or introduce himself, all he said is where is your car parked? So we went out side and showed him what we wanted done. He took a quick look and questioned whether the spoiler originally came with the car and didn t seem to believe us when we told him it did. Then he just said no, we can t do this and turned around and walked back inside. He probably assumed we just wanted them to put some adhesive on it and just stick it back on. If he had talked to us at all about it, he would have understood that we weren t looking for a cheap fix and we were willing to pay for whatever it took to get it back on. We were actually happy to find them them at first since we usually use Caliber but they are always so busy. It s too bad their customer service sucks. We would have even been ok with them not wanting to do it if he hadn t been so rude and abrupt and actually talked to us. Never going back.

3 months ago, the name of company was changed, so everything is over and can't take responsibility. too big mental problems ! You'll have to live w/ the pain for your life because of the evidence ($part price$1,453) you wrote w/your own hand.

Very professional. My car was scratched, my insurance recommended Hamblins, and I wasn t disappointed . I got my car back in a week with perfect results. I highly recommend. Oh they have free water, coffee and popcorn

I took my truck to get the bumper repaired on February 10th 2021.... According to Vanessa the truck was supposed to be done on February 17th 2021 the vehicle was not ready till February 19th 2021.... It was a big inconvenient for me because they were waiting for their vendor to give him the part the vendors send them the bumper with no sensors and my truck had sensors on it so they had to get it from Toyota which made sense because it was a Toyota Tacoma. When I received my vehicle the six bolts in the back were all loose and was making a noise coming from the tail bed I had take itback..overall with the experience that I had there I would not be taking my vehicle there . They send you a link so you can see how your vehicle is making progress and that link is not accurate according to what Vanessa said. So overall in the experience that I had .. they lost my business cuz I won't be taking my vehicle back there no more......Service: Body & Trim

They were giving me a price that was to much for what it was worth. I asked them what s the lowest price hey can give me they only wanted to give me ten dollars off like what the in world. I later told them I was sent here by someone else and they gave me a whole other price they went down 500 hundred dollars like they really think I m dumb even then the price was to much sooo be aware.

Ever since City Frame & Body was sold this place has been mine and my family's go-to shop for body work. Just got my VW GTI back today and I think it looks better than even before the accident

I would never recommend this place to anyone..I have worst experience with this body shop..my car got hit from the back and that was just bumper cover .. they told me to leave the car so they can give me estimate...they made the bill around 8700 $ .. we went back to pick up car because we don t want them to fix but then they said car is open and also we have to pay their garage fees and all that ...I didn t have any option and I have to leave my car... it took them 41 days to fix it.. they kept giving excuses... I end up paying from my pocket.. and they charge extra on everything...it s a worst nightmare to deal with this body shop..

Not recommend these shopThey take way to long to get your car fix, way over priced, rude staff and plus went I left my car they stole stuff from my car and they don t put the part the way that it was a lot of missing parts.
