Was referred by a my boyfriends co-worker. Called explained issue, got a quote and brought car in the next morning. Front desk was helpful and kind. Mechanic Eddie confirmed I needed new thermastat housing and fixed it same day. So far so good. Very satisfied. Will most definitely be back for all my car needs and will refer family and friends.

This is absolutely one of the best by far mechanic shops I've ever been to . Everyone down there is nice honest and definitely knows what they're doing if you're looking for a good mechanic shop that does excellent work this is a place to go . This is definitely not a cheap just get it fixed and get it out of there place you pay good money and you definitely get top quality guaranteed warranty work.I have a 1997 Ford F150 they were able to put a brand new 5.4 L engine in. Redo the whole AC system plus I had different gearing put in the differential . They had for about 3 weeks. Being at the 97 when I was able to pick my vehicle up I did have to go back for a couple times because it's because it's a minor tweaks and adjustments but they definitely had no problem taking care of it and I've had it for about 4 or 5 months now not a single issues come up with it very happy very pleased these guys are excellent.

Marty and Eddie are the greatest mechanics around. I'm been having all my cars service with them for 15 years plus. They are honest friendly, trustworthy and very experienced. I just had timing change done and some of you know that's a expensive job. Thier price was great and my car drives and feel as good as my Mercedes drive. I love you Marty and your crew. Friendly outstanding service. From the initial phone call to make an appointment to our service day, we felt welcome. Eddie and his team are awesome. They communicated well explaining the issues and how they would fix them; honest estimate on cost and time. They delivered! On top of all this the repairs come with a nationwide two year warranty! The absolute best place to take your vehicle for repairs. Great prices!! The work is reliable & they are good at troubleshooting the problem. I ll never go anywhere else to maintain my vehicle. My whole family has gone here for years. They re the best in the inland empire. Trustworthy!!

I took my vehicle to Jim s Auto for a second opinion to see what was wrong with it. After the first opinion out of fear I went out and bought a new car because I was told my vehicle wasn t worth fixing and it would cost me over $5000.00 to repair it. Before getting rid of it, I took it to Jim s Auto just to see, hoping for a different outcome because I didn t want to get rid of my vehicle. They did a diagnostic on it, fixed the problem, nothing no where near what the first repair shop said or tried to charge me. My truck is now a second vehicle for my family and it runs great, my daughter drives it every day. Marty and Jacklyn are very nice and friendly, I ve recommended them to my family and I recommend them to anyone that needs their vehicle fixed and wants honest service.

Absolutely amazing, trustworthy, educated, reliable!!!!I wanna first off just say I m a generally great mechanic and yet I ran into trouble with a vehicle (which rarely happens) I had not been able to find the exact issue and were just chasing parts one weekend, but let me just say thank you!! Eddie and his team I had dropped off the vehicle not sure if i was gunna get any results but years of experience spoke for itself. I had received a call not long after from Eddie (great guy and even greater mechanic) stating I had a bent exhaust valve as well as completely worn camshafts etc. Eddie got me an invoice stat was more then reasonable gave the go ahead and he dived right in. Without Eddie and his team I would ve been still failing smog and having a useless vehicle in the driveway. Not to mention the ladies upfront keeping me well informed when Eddie couldn t every step of the way! I appreciate Jim s auto repair and all you ve done you now have a customer for life!6 months and 11,000 miles later running smooth as day 1 Thank you Jim s auto repair!!!

I ve got to say, if you keep your vehicles for a long time your going to need a repair shop sooner or later. Jim s Auto repair can help! Over the past few years I ve taken my vehicles in for a number of repairs: shocks, air conditioning, heating, suspension, and check engine light diagnosis. It s been my experience that they don t just try to sale you more than needed to correct the problem, at the same time letting you know what may be best in the long run.

Grade A experience! I have a very built up off road Tacoma and have taken it here multiple times for quick fixes from trail damage. I ve never had a hard time getting an appointment and they stand by their work.

Jim s auto care has been our go to mechanic shop for many years, we ve always been able to find reliable, trustworthy work and the staff and mechanics are all very helpful and kind and always have the patience and time to explain the details of whatever or Car needs may be . They were nice and very helpful had a repair for a check engine light on took it in they were able to figure out that it was a bad engine they went through my warranty company didn t have to call them they did all the leg work and got a replacement engine for me would recommend them to other people as well thank you Anthony oaks

Customer service was good when it came to their diagnosis the diagnosis was off and they wanted me to pay $1,000 for work that wasn't even done besides the 150 they charge for the initiative diagnosis they said my engine was blown, I took it to a close friend the only thing the engine had was a hydraulic tensioner for the timing chain, I spent 300 in parts and had the car running,im disappointed with Jim's shop, I hope they don't make a living trying to get over on there customers

I've had a few cars worked in there. I've been working on cars my whole life, but sometimes you need a pro, and Jim's is the place for that. I had my cam belt replaced on my Audi A4, and I know this was a beast of a job, but the price was very good for the amount of labor involved. I'm actually going there again today.

I really like jims auto repair. They fixed my ac great. They are really nice and friendly there. They keep there building nice and clean. Jims auto repair has been taking care of me for 3 years now. They have great customer service and great communication. They care about every customer and always give great advice on your car, an overall eye view and how to avoid car problems before they become bigger then what they really are (warnings). Very honest and trustworthy as well. They re usually quick I don t think I ve ever waited more then 2 hours. Their lobby is actually really nice too, you can learn a lot of car stuff from all the detail displays. Thank you!Services: Cleaning, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Battery, Oil change
