Simply the finest Mercedes shop in southern California. Kevin has been my mechanic for over 12 years. He's a singularly, fantastic person, honest, and the most competent mechanic I've ever known. I cannot recommend this organization enough. It is simply outstanding!

If you own a Mercedes Benz and truly care for it, but do not want to go to a dealer for repair or service, then Inland Mercedes is the premier dealer alternative. Sonia and Kevin are excellent in providing first class, and very knowledgeable service for your well loved MB. I have taken my 20 GLE 350 and 18 GLC 300 to them, and was very satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Inland Mercedes! Call or visit them.

Took my 2013 GL450 for Transmission oil change and for Service B. Super Positive experience Overall. Finally found my goto shop. I only wish i had known this shop earlier before throwing thousand of dollar on over priced dealerships.

I was fortunate enough to come across Inland Mercedes a couple of years ago, so this review is way past due. Integrity and honesty, no other way to describe Sonia and Kevin. Their shop is pristine!!! Kevin is highly knowledgeable and he will never tell you that you are in need of a repair,when you are not! I highly recommend this shop to any Mercedes owner because honest repair shops are few and far between.

My family has been using Inland Mercedes for years. Kevin does quality affordable work at a portion of the price that dealers charge. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes cars. He and his wife are both very professional and honest. If you can live without the free donuts and free rental while you re car is being worked on, then I d highly recommend this place over the dealership. I use the word free lightly because in reality you re absolutely paying for all of it with the prices that you pay at the dealership.

I called this place thinking it would be a good fit cause they had r107 on their photos, guess Not!! I told them my 380sl has been rebuilt and it needs adjustment, they refused to work on my car due to other r107s in general being too much for their expertise, also they said nobody else would work on my car, OK it's not like there's other mercedes mechanics that can work on my car without being crybabys

I have been taking my 2007 Mercedes GL450 to to Kevin for over two years. He is the best in business hands down. Kevin is very honest and an experts in repairing Mercedes. I feel more at ease having Kevin working on my car than somone else at a dealer. We will miss taking our vehicle to him due us moving out of CA. Thanks

I highly recommend Inland Mercedes Service and Repair. Kevin is an absolute expert and has an intuitive understanding of your German car. He pays attention to every detail and is a perfectionist. To make things better, he is a very nice person, an honest mechanic, and his prices are very reasonable. No one can beat his service and the expertise that he offers.

You know how difficult to find a good mechanic who knows what he is doing and will not charge you for bunch of extra parts which your car absolutely don't need. Well, I changed so many shops and mechanics in past years, until I found Kevin from Inland Mercedes. Coming here for about 4 years already and every time I m leaving his shop super happy. Great service, fast complete fix of any problem for reasonable money. Love this shop! Recommending Inland Mercedes to everyone I know.

Hands down, the best Mechanic for Mercedes Benz. Kevin really goes into detail and explains whats wrong with your vehicle. My vehicle needed a B1 services and he got it done in aprox 3 hours. Price is about 30% less than the Dealer. He only focuses on Mercedes so that gives me a piece of mind knowing that he has years of experience with similar vehicles. I will highly recommend his services.

I have been taking my car to Inland Mercedes since 1998. Kevin is the reason I buy pre-owner Mercedes. He is fair, honest, price conscious and his work is exceptional. For over 25 years I've had my family cars (8 Mercedes and 7 BMW's) repaired and maintained at Inland Mercedes. Kevin, sole proprietor and expert in the field of Mercedes/BMW has always been totally professional, honest up front, and timely efficient in repair and service. I highly,highly recommend Inland Mercedes!

I submitted a service request on their website to see if they would be able to service my vehicle, including descriptions of the issues and days I could drop off the vehicle. Three days later I still had no response from them. I called, mentioned the web inquiry, and when I described the issues they happen to be things they don t service on Mercedes... so much for major overhaul to the most complex diagnosis if they can t replace a convertible top relay...

Dishonest. Initially was quoted $675 for service (A), receptionist called back and explained the mistake in cost. I agreed to service my vehicle with them at the adjusted rate - I asked if this would include "resetting the maintenance light", she replied with "yes". Received my car back with a BS explanation of it needing a software update - checked and no software update was needed. Disloyal tactics - all that was done was an expensive oil change, ADVISORY: they do not use recommended Mobil 1.

I was trying to get some work done on my car, and they guy said "all the cars get dropped off because I don't know ow when I'm gonna get to them" I've heard he does great work but you need to know that you're gonna leave your car for a few days.
