This review is technically 2 reviews in one for IE Auto Detailing. In January 2023, I purchased the Ceramic Gold Package from Jorge at IE Auto Detailing for my new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I also purchased and had installed the PPF on the door edges, door cups and trunk ledge.The detailing and prep work for the Ceramic Pro package was great. The PPF installation was also great.Fast forward to April 2024, part of the warranty on the Ceramic Pro package includes the annual inspection. I was 3 months late but the Ceramic Pro coatings was still working well. The car was never waxed. I hand washed the car myself almost every two weeks as suggested by Ceramic Pro. The Lincoln Corsair was brought back for the annual inspection. I had IE Auto Detailing do the first thorough detailing work on the Corsair since the Ceramic Pro was first applied. The detailing work by IE Auto is just awesome. The Lincoln Corsair looks just as good the day the Ceramic Pro was first applied.IE Auto also repaired the the bubbles that formed beneath the PPF on the trunk ledge and repaired the PPF that began to lift on the door edge. The team at IE Auto Detailing stand by the products they use and their worksmanship.I was at first hesitant to spend for the gold Ceramic Pro package. After 15 months and two rainy winters, the Ceramic Pro Coatings still keeps the water beading on the car surface. I typically hold onto my vehicles 10-15 years. Time will tell if Ceramic Pro will last as long as I own the vehicle.I highly recommend IE Auto Detailing for the quality work and follow up support they offer. Jorge and the team at IE Auto Detailing are great and pleasant to work with. They do believe in customer service.

I was looking for a place to get ceramic coating done on my new truck and I ve gotten my windows tinted for my Jeep here previously (it came out perfect). Jorge was super professional. He has been really responsive and gave me good recommendations. Ceramic coating came out GREAT! Will be back to get some more work done here and highly recommend!2 weeks after ceramic coating - took my truck back in for free inspection wash. Came out amazing! Great value for sure!

I took my 2022 M240i for ceramic coating and PPF to the front of my car back in February. Jorge was extremely professional and even worked with my work schedule so that he could get my car done in timely manner. He had excellent communication on the status of my vehicle and gave me a great deal on my package. Jorge was excellent. From dropping off my car, giving me updates on completion, working with my schedule, etc. Everything came out beautiful on my 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance. Pricing was very competitive and they have very fast service AND great quality work. You can find good prices, fast work AND FLAWLESS CRAFTSMANSHIP. Highly recommend IE Auto Detailing. I drove an hour to find this place.

I went into this business to get the front half of my Corvette wrapped with PPF, the entire car Ceramic Coated, the roof wrapped with black wrap, and my windows tinted. Overall I was satisfied with the end results, the pricing of all the work I did, the turnaround time, and the communication between the shop and myself. I had a paint correction done here a few years ago as well as ceramic coating on my BMW 328i. It came out great, I was overall happy with the services. I recently came back for a full detail service on my car and Jorge and his team did a great job once again! I m always happy with the service provided at IE Auto Detailing. I got my Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated, PPF of the front bumper, and tinted at IE Auto Detailing. I had a great experience with all the staff and turnaround time was quick.COMMUNICATION:I spoke with Jorge over Yelp to discuss a quote for the job and he was very helpful and responsive to my questions. This was my first time getting tinting/ceramic coating so I was little overwhelmed but Jorge explained the process clearly. Once we settled on a quote, I scheduled an afternoon to bring the car by and we went over the final plan. Jorge was kind enough to show me some of the other Tesla's they had in shop as examples of tint shades. The other staff busily working were also very courteous and seemed to be really enjoying their work. There were NO HIDDEN FEES and Jorge was extremely accommodating to my budget. I wasn't planning on getting PPF for the front bumper but did so per his recommendation--there was no salesmen pitches, I always felt that the ball was in my court. It was a very straightforward conversation and transaction.JOB:- The ceramic coating makes a HUGE difference! I can definitely appreciate the gloss much better and it seemed very even and clean all around.- The tint job was ALMOST perfect. I noticed a small defect of the driver side window which I notified Jorge about and we plan to take a look at it as soon as I get back from vacation. I have no concerns that this won't be addressed appropriately.- PPF of the front bumper and headlights. I was very hesitant about getting PPF given the cost but it really does give me peace of mind knowing the most battered part of the car would be well protected. I'm happy with the decision.OVERALL:Would absolutely recommend IE Auto Detailing for any Tesla owners. They're honest, communicative, and easy to work with.

I got front PPF on my Model Y and they did an excellent job. They asked me to come back two weeks after to fix any imperfections and they did. I will be back to get my windows tinted.

After talking to George in person several times, took our 2017 Corvette Grand Sport to get a double coat of Ceramic Pro 9H. We are 200% satisfied with how our car turned out. George made our beautiful car even more beautiful, with a incredible glassy shine. I compared their price to two other ceramic coating detail shops, George s price was hard to beat. Take your car to IE Auto Detailing, you won t be disappointed.

IE Auto detailing is the place to go if you want good quality service. Jorge hook me up and did an amazing job on my black 2017 F150. I took it in for full detailing including ceramic coating. I'm very satisfied with the type of work they offer and how they left my truck looking. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

My Black 2017 Murano was pitted, chipped and so swirled you would've thought she was grey! I shopped around and looked into many detailers in the IE. When you go into this shop and watch the guys work, you can tell that they really take pride in their work and are passionate about turning out the best they can. This on top of their very competitive prices were my reasons for choosing them. They exceeded my expectations by far! Customer service is top-notch, polite and professional. I got the Complete on a Tesla and a Camry. They made them look and feel like new. Inside and out, from the carpets to the windshield to the tires, not one square-inch was overlooked, and they got rid of all the hard stuff like bugs and sap. The price is a bargain compared to that itch to buy a new car because your old one looks like a sty. Great experience!

IE Auto Detailing is legit. Took my WRX here for PPF and Ceramic pro gold package. Jorge and his staff did an excellent job. Car looks pristine. Ceramic coating is the way to go. It gives a different kind of shine to your car. People notice the difference. Easier to maintain & looking new for years. I d recommend IE Auto Detailing to anyone. 100% satisfied

After the 2021 boating season, my boat had water spots all over the gel coat and chrome work. IE Auto Detailing did a thorough cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coating. It looked brand new when they finished. The ceramic coating made it easy for me to clean the hull after each use and kept it looking new throughout the 2022 season. I am definitely pleased with the quality of work and the durability of the coating.

Best service around! Took my 2022 Model Y Performance there for a tint and ceramic coating. These professional did it within a day and offered us very competitive pricing.I had the silver package for the 9H ceramic coating. The car came out shiny and smooth, the water beading is great, especially in the rain.They tinted all the glass in the vehicle. All their tint is UV and heat blocking. I no longer feel the sun burning when driving.Their clear PPF for the front differentiates them for other shops; they wrap the panels in its entirety instead of partially. When other shops only wrap part of the fender, it becomes very apparent that there is PPF there and looks very bad.Their customer service is especially top notch. We encountered a miscommunication for the windshield tint, and Jorge offered to redo it for free in the next hour.Very thankful for these guys at IE auto, they re such a great detailing and tint shop for any vehicle.

Very professional and ethical owner. We had a couple issues with the tints and my windshield, after speaking to the owner he took care of them, he was very friendly and had great communication. At the end of the day, I am extremely happy with my tints and I will definitely be recommending this shop to all my friends and family.

2 months post Ceramic Coating application for a 2021 Tesla Model 3.... Consensus has been an overwhelming 5star rating. Being blacked out the ceramic coating has made the car shine in the best way possible helping keep it clean and fresh week after week. Low maintenance overall but has left great results thanks to an amazing application. Communication was very straightforward allowing me to weigh my options compared to some other shops in the IE. I believe I made the right choice and am happy with the results

Recommend IE Auto Detailing! I had my wife's Tesla Y front end PPF and full exterior/interior ceramic coated. After the initial work was completed, they provide a complementary wash along with an inspection of the PPF 10+ days after to make sure everything cured correctly to the vehicle. During the inspection, they redid one of the side mirrors since it wasn't up to their standard. Price is definitely competitive, for the products that they use (DYNOshield from Stek for PPF and Ceramic Pro authorized for ceramic coating). Jorge and team were easy and cool to talk to. Their service was top notch along with customer service.

Took my 2021 Chevy Silverado Black Widow in for ceramic coating after being recommended by a reliable source. The truck came out perfect, the paint looked better than when I first purchased the truck. Jorge was able to remove minor water marks and make the car look extremely shiny and brand new. Well worth the money and time. Truck was in and out in 2 days which is extremely impressive considering the size and caliber or the truck.
