I took my car into the shop for repairs. The owner seemed competent, but apparently had one of the techs (not VW or Audi certified) do some of the work. After the work I noticed that some of the trim pieces were missing and an engine shield was mangled. They also broke my hood latch and wired it back together, apparently hoping that it would work and I wouldn't notice.

Tried to call and ask for estimate guy answers the phone saying what woth an aggressive tone ask If I can have an estimate what estimate very un professional will not be going to them for any repairs of they can't even answer the phone professionally

I 've towed my bmw this place and actually power was problem..I mean only a fuse($5.50) but they charged $915 dollas for a battery cable and a diagnosis fee and labor fee too...but finally they gave up..and said take it to the' bmw dealer...sutpid...huh...they don't have any skills for the bmw and even though riped off me....after towed my car to other place..only spent $5.50 for a fuse...don't go there...it's my exprience...

Nothing German about the way you guys do business. Sincerely, an actual German car mechanic who worked for VW/Audi in Germany.

Horrible place. How are they still in business. Will be reporting to the better business Bureau.
