No accountability for poor workmanshipI originally took my 2017 Ford F150 into this dealership to fix a recall on the engine (cam phasers) related issue in March of 2021. After several months I started hearing a weird sound while driving. After over 2 years of taking the truck into 2 separate Ford dealers, a technician was finally able to pinpoint the issue.When Fritts originally fixed the recall, one of the bolts from the valve cover during the recall fix, had made its way into my transmission causing $3,700 worth of damage. This is after I already paid $600 to have a different Ford dealership remove the bolt. After speaking with Kyle, the service department manager, he informed me that because two years had passed, he could not take on the financial responsibility for this issue caused by his team. I believe that it is clear that the only way that type of bolt (from the valve cover) could end up in my transmission is by his technician having dropped it and not done
anything to locate where it had gone, therefore leaving it to cause unknown damage.With all of this said, I am now left with over $4k worth of out of pocket expenses and a non-operable truck until I pay this balance.

Went to buy a truck, and wasn't going to leave without one. Bought a 2020 F150 with extra cab and 8ft bed. Didn't haggle over price. Zero down. Salesman and Finance manager were very professional. Very satisfied with the experience.

I love getting a new car, but I ve always hated the process. Not at Fritz Ford in Riverside. They made the experience pleasant while giving us an amazing deal. I would recommend you start your search for a car there first!

Awesome experience the service advisor kept me up to date on my vehicle. Everything was done recalls, oil change maintenance. My car was washed which I was not expecting. I would definitely recommend Fritts Ford for service and sales.

I traded in a Ford vehicle to get a Bronco. I owned a Bronco years ago and have missed that car ever since. Mark, the sales manager was friendly and knowledgeable and did not pressure me. I test drove and choose a Big Bend 2 door and I can say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! I don't remember everyones names but everyone was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. If you are on fence come here you will be treated great, they work with you and take the time to get you what you want with a payment you are comfortable with.

Great experience buying a Used Mach-e from Fritt's Ford. Anthony was transparent and open throughout the process, and even helped do some last minute checks+repairs on the vehicle before I took delivery. Joe was very helpful during the purchase process and explaining all the warranty/service options and giving the time to understand each plan. Nick was also great with the final delivery and ensuring that everything was in order with the car. I would recommend working with those mentioned above.

I want to personally thank Fritts ford for this amazing experience on buying a Car , my sales person FRANK helped me go over everything and answered all my questions Incase I had any concerns and even let me go over many other options. A very helpful and knowledgeable person about all the cars at Fritts Ford. If I was to ever recommend a place to buy a used pr new Car it would be here. They are also very patient with you and communicative throughout the entire process which makes it less stressful buying a New car or used also. Will recommend again .

I dropped my car off for a tune up and to have my recalls repaired. The service woman was going through the price and I was expecting the price she told me and when I picked my car up the price was over $300 more than what I was told!!!! I was and am still furious with how she explained my quote. I NEVER would have agreed on that price. She should ve explained her quote better instead of skimming over it,I will never buy another car from them and will never refer anyone to them!!!

One of the best truck buying experiences I ve ever had. Fritts Ford staff was respectful, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable especially the internet sales manager Mark McGinnis who handled my F-150 purchase. I highly recommend this dealership, and this dealer will be my only choice for any any future vehicle purchases!

The sales guy Mark, was over all good, standard service.The lady at the financing Lisa, can definitely improve on customer service, very mechanical . The final walk though guy was pretty cool, very detailed when showing us all the features of the truck.

Our salesman Anthony was great to work with. Great personality. When we drove the car home that night, we found that there was a kitten that crawled under the Frunk. We originally throught the mach e was meowing while charging lol. Finally, figured it's a kitten in there. We were going to take it back in to have the kitten removed, however, his coworker Dylan, runs a cat rescue came over Sunday night and helped us rescue the kitten. It's service above and beyond what we had expected, especially on a Sunday evening.

Took my truck for service. 1st there was a recall to change rear view camera and didn t even say anything, 2nd they could not pull up past services from other Ford dealer and were pushing to do recommended services. 3rd they re so extremely busy that is impossible to provide proper customer service. I wish Ford dealer owner would go as undercover boss to see where they re lacking service. That s all have to say.

The maintenance department can make some improvement on getting your car back a little faster. Greg in customer service Is awesome always with a positive attitude but the lady in the front is rude when it comes to customer service. When I had a few questions about a recall on my truck she answered with an attitude because she was too busy on her phone texting. Thankfully Greg was there to help and answered my questions.

Excellent customer service! Took my SUV explorer in for service few months ago and Jason G. helped me out. He was very friendly and very professional. He explained into detail what was wrong with my car, left my car in the shop and my car was ready for pick up a lot sooner than expected date!!! Also, Both receptionist were very friendly!!! Definitely recommend Ford Fritts! All staff is very friendly! Thank you again Jason G. and team for everything!!!!!

I think it's very important to allow the customer to inspect their potential purchase. So they can read window sticker, inspect & verify all features are on the vehicle. Mine was an Explorer, "ST." Which up to this short point, is a rocket ship! "Seat of the pants feel" appears to have been built on a, "Wednesday." Don't think I'll be referring, though...

Fritts Ford has terrible customer service. Kyle Klein the Service Manager is never returns calls. Fritts Ford screens all their calls. I own a F 150 2021. I will never own another Ford again. This is my 2nd Ford. The first one was turned in as a Lemon . Ford trucks are built tough as advertised. Stay away from FRITTS FORD!! You have been warned.

Bought a used 2021 F-250 Tremor. 16k miles. Put 10k on it and top seal blew. They fixed it now I have a squeezing noise and they say that they can not find it.Took it in to the quick lane today. Had it detailed yesterday at home and when they drove the truck out there is oil all over the side of the truck! Fritts has gone down hill over the years. Thinking about just selling the truck!

Had the pleasure of working with Frank on securing the beautiful 23 Badlands Sasquatch Bronco. To say this vehicle is a dream come true is an understatement. Drove all the way from LA/ Burbank for this one and was not let down. Had to jump through some hoops to get out of my old vehicle, and into this one but Fritts & Frank made this as as easy as possible. 100% would recommend. Do yourself a favor and give Frank a call. I want to thank Vanessa Villase�or at Fritts Ford Quick Lane for her awesome customer service and for going above and beyond.I went in 2/14 for a leak that chino hills ford couldn t assist with, something I ve been dealing with a since 2021 and the alternative response from chino hills ford was you re due for an oil change we need to diagnose it may not be covered under warranty .On 2/14 Vanessa Villase�or at quick lane was very helpful and took initiate as soon as I got there, without hesitation, she had Mando take a look into the situation.It deemed to be a punctured oil filter from my last oil change at chino hills ford and a leaking front cover from a visual observation while on the lift. As Vanessa was preparing the paperwork, she noticed I was still under warranty and she would have to send it for approval. It turns out, my warranty expires on 2/25/24!! Yet this information was never relayed by chino hills ford. Vanessa called me back that same day, with approval and was scheduled for repair. Their earliest availability for repair was 2/19. Today is 2/20 and I got my car back! Once again, I want to thank Fritts Ford Quick Lane service advisor Vanessa Villase�or and Co-peer, for being really helpful and transparent throughout the process. The level of honesty and professionalism shown by Vanessa exceeded my expectations on this matter. I would recommend Fritts Ford service for those who appreciate integrity when it comes to any vehicle repair. Thank you!!

The service rep was nice and courteous. I said I needed a ride home he told me the shuttle had left. I asked how long to wait he told me 2 hours I said I need a ride home. He said he would have the secretary call me an uber. I waited nothing..., even when the shuttle came back the Shuttle driver did not come in the waiting room to ask if anyone needed a ride. 2 1/2 hours later my truck is done, and I took my truck home. When I got home Ford had changed my dash screen so as I am going through the motion to get it back to where it's supposed to be I see Ford did not top off my Def Blue. I took it in for maintenance, doesn't that mean topping off fluids? Very disappointed.

Ordered my Maverick when the order banks opened on 7-17-23. Fritts kept me informed thru the whole process. When my Maverick finally arrived Fritts setup an appointment to get my new truck. One hour later I was driving off after paying MSRP tax and Docs no other B.S. fees. Thank You for a GREAT experience from order to delivery.

The entire staff was friendly and I felt no pressure what so ever. Anthony Dowling my salesman was knowledgeable of the product and extremely patient with me taking me on multiple test drives allowing me to make my final decision on an F150 STX super crew with the 5.0 v8. The sales manager through finance was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever made.They truly made me feel that they appreciated my business. I'm very satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. I received recalls on my vehicle and went in person to get the work done. They turned me away and said they could not fix my recalls because my vehicle had previously been in an accident. But they said yes for my $100 oil change. Don t go here they don t help you. Dealerships are just scams. Gilbert thanks a lot service protocol sucks.
