Christian took care of me and my alignment situation. He pointed out that I needed some repairs first before getting the alignment. Honest person, will definitely return for all my future alignments.

Wasted my time horrible service they took a 1 hour job tops and tuned it into 3 because they didn t just focus. Not only that I asked for an alignment and the car drives the exact same as before and the tech tried to tell me the car adjusts on its own no it doesn t. Literally I went to the waiting room and then back to the bay multiple times and they never worked on my car it was just on the rack once I stood there they worked on my car if you want your time wasted sure go there. Otherwise I d say save yourself the frustration and stress. Unprofessional and their lack of knowledge is ridiculous I ll never trust my car in their hands again.

I work for a company that is paying this shop for work tires brakes etc.I came to get 2 front tires asked what I needed I said 2 front tires. Then I also asked about one in the rear . He said no English I said ok. And have been waiting for about 20 minutes he helped another person who cam after me and a big rig also is being helped before me. I'm a white male and not Mexican do not come here if you don't speak Spanish it's a shame that's what it comes down to... I can't speak Spanish and I have to wait to be helped at some point.

Great prices on tires for you car , truck ,trailer or RVs if they don t have the tire brand you need they can order in most cases for the next day they also provide wheel alignment , if you need repairs they well troubleshoot at no cost and refer you to a mechanic.

They put tires on my truck. I didn't had enough to buy new but they gave me the best price on the ones that I was able to afford. Is been a couple of months and my tires still look good as if it was yesterday. Great service friendly people honest and tell you what you need to know not what you want to hear when it comes to servicing your vehicle I highly recommend them

I have purchased tires before and never had issues. We took my mom s car for an alignment Nd were told it would be ready in an hour. We go to pick it up 3 hours later still not ready. Told the mechanic my mom needed to be at work he said 5 minutes more. Here i am 17 minutes later still waiting. The mechanic is chit chatting with someone which is fine but i would assume telling him my mom is already running late he would have some consideration of her time and try to hurry. The disregard for customers will ensure I dont return. Our 1 hour turn time is looking like a 3.5 hour turn around. I would preferre being told the actual timeframe and I would have brought it in on a less busy day. Yes the car got aligned but please be considerare of our time as customers and keep it real instead of causing us to be late to work and get yelled at by our supervisors.***Replying to owner response**I see you still don t get it. The person that did that repair will fix it I am glad you told me. The whole point of this review was your lack of urgency not frustration at the other work done. My mom was told ready in 1 hour when she dropped off. Wouldn t it have been better to let her know the issue within that hour timeframe she was given and she would choose what to do? When i arrived to pick up at 1:45 i mentioned she had to be at work at 2pm you said no problem 5 minutes. We ended up leaving around 2:15pm. That is the frustration that twice we were told times and twice it was incorrect. I worked in customer service so valuing peoples time is important. After i mentioned needing to be at work at 2 one of 2 things should have happened you should have told us the right wait time and we would have came back. Plus after i mentioned that there should have been some sense of urgency which there wasnt at all i was there watching

Friendly staff, easy to schedule with, and quick! Super happy with their service. We had 4 tires installed, balanced, and aligned. Definitely recommend and will be back!

I come here every time my tire is low or my lite goes on. These people are great guys,the office personal (women ) they are awesome too. I've been informed that the name has El before Kora. A father in law has passed business to son or son in law. Best of luck to family! !!I hope you come in for service. The owner and employees all are great. Walk in welcome.

Always help me out as soon as I pull up. Alot of shops make us females feel intimidated or they try to take advantage of us and charge us more but here they don't. They charge what it is and get you in and out quickly.

They were very helpful and professional great service strait forward people.One of my front wheels would bounce when I would go over 60 the man took his time to figure out which tire was bad and replaced it and balanced it and balanced the other front wheel for free I am satisfied with the results thank you El Kora Tires. The used tire I bought is in real good condition and a good brand

I had an appointment at 9:00 in the morning I got there at 9:05am and I waited for about 30 minutes no one helped so I decided to go to a different alignment shop bad customer service

Best prices in the area, I have been a client for a few years and that have always do right by me. They can get generic and brand name tires at great prices.

This guys are true professionals they let you know in advance what is wrong with your tires, alignment or just a patch in your tire prices are fair from $8 - $15 for a patch and they have used tires as well, parking on the rear and they are bilingual in spanish as well.

Bad service. Pinches tacuaches don't wanna help .either it's use or new they have to show respect. U ask for something they don't wanna look around. Not like they use to be with the other guy . Keep like that and u go out of business

Here right now, they stipped a lug nut and are about to send me off with 4 of the 5 i came with. The tire they picked out for me for $40 had a damn bubble in it. Idiots used a hammer to take the bolt off!
