Walked in to get some oil and gas around 11:30 AM (11/02/23) and the cashier ( white muscle dude) took so long to assist me in my purchase. There was this lovely female worker who was working hard and she had to go out of her way to get his attention just so he could do his job. He said, " yeah I know" and then helped me. Guy seemed like he was in a different dimension and was wearing earbuds. I bet that female worker has to pick up his slack because he seemed to have a lazy work ethic. I don't plan on coming back, I'll just drive up the road more.

There are several cashiers who are very kind and helpful. But the older Indian man is always so rude. Do not go in when he s working. Guy has horrible customer service and it seems like he doesn t want to do the job, can t do it, or both, and he takes it out on you.

It s supposed to be open 24/7 but every-time I come the doors are locked it s 11:40pm Saturday night and it s locked, just sitting here writing this I ve watched 2 people pull up to get gas and try to pay inside, couldn t, then get back in their cars and drive away. I ve come multiple times between 10pm-3am and the doors are always locked. A few times I caught the dude inside and he ll say something like I ll open the door in 10 min. Super weird

Nice cashiers. Found blood on the toilet paper, looked intentional. I let the lady know.

Cashier Isaac is so rude every time. I choose to avoid this place when I know he s working. I ve never met someone so unpleasant and unprofessional.

I don t if it s the manager but it s some guy with slick back hair with a pony tail was banging on the door when someone was using the restroom and yelled from outside there people out here waiting!! there was only one guy and two restrooms he only knocked on one door , so I waited and an older lady and her son that look 5yrs of age came out of that restroom that he was banging on the door when he noticed who it was he walked into the side room next to the coffee area and didn t come out ! When he came out I told him that was very disrespectful and he just kept on walking , my job fleet puts gas here , not anymore

My fianc� and I come here all the time to purchase random items because it's so close to home, we've never had a problem here until just recently with Isaac. I asked my fianc� to purchase a powerball for me, they refused said they needed ID. I have ID so I went in to purchase the ticket and still denied said he can't sell us a ticket because my fianc� didn't bring her ID. I told him the ticket was for me I asked her to purchase one for me. After a few words exchanged I said forget it not worth my time to argue. This man was rude to both of us I will continue to purchase lotto tickets here just not from this person. >:(

Wife put gas and got carwash last week. The carwash left a rough surface almost like its pitted. I washed the car twice and it did nothing. I tried a polishing compound on a spot on the hood and after rubbing for a time, it removed this film. Now I am gonna have to pay someone to polish out my whole car which can cost as much $350 - $400 dollars. Gonna contact Chevron and complain but I don't know if it will help.DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Very disrespectful young cashiers especially with me who s name is Bryan. Even coming to the same Chevron for years cashiers not customer friendly terrible

The manager or somebody there accused me of stealing a pack of gum I picked up and set back down after I saw the price. He followed me around the snack section, smiling .He accused me of stealing and laughed when I said no.

It was 6:10 am front door locked and after knocking a guy come and open it and I told him that I wanted to buy lottery tickets and he said that he wasn't ready for that and I can come back later when he gets ready .I won't be back

Guy behind cash register over charged me, was rude when i asked for overcharged amount back and then denied over charging me and is withholding it from me. I bought 5 scratchers not 8. Ugh

High prices, slow pumps (interface lags), $100 gas limit. Oh yea and ADS!
