I came here to get an ice coffee. It's my first time making it at this location.I don't like the premade ice coffees so I make it with the fresh brewed coffee, add my sugar and creamer and ice.The cashier decided to charge me $3.00 when the extra large cup is $1.79. I asked the cashier why its $3, cashier replied because I used more than 2 creamers. I didn't see a sign stating there's a fee for using more than 2 creamers. Cashier mumbled his explanation.I paid the $3.00. I'm not going back there to buy ice coffee or regular coffee. If you see my photo, there's coffee grounds at the bottom. It's uncomfortable enjoying my drink.I hope they fix their coffee machine and put up a disclaimer that they're going to charge for extra creamer.

All the other locations are open 24 hours. Why is this the only one that closes? Tired of going to another gas station that's super far away just to get some gas.

The old man who works the front register is so unprofessional. I asked if I could buy a cup of ice and he screamed at me. Another day I went to buy 2 cans of soda. The ad on the door said 2 for $2.99. He rang it up for $4.84. When I asked him about the discount he yelled "I JUST SCANNED IT! ITS $4.84!" And gave me the dirtiest look. Stay away if at all possible.

Came here around 10:00pm. The place is closed and only available for gas. The inside was closed even though it s an Extra Mile which I found weird since they are open all the time. I couldn't even get a coffee through the window. The guy that refused me came off as a bit rude.

bad bad bad services I ask the old man he works there as employe I want used the restroom in he say is not working in I pay gas I am a customer in Honestly I did not like this ok so this happen 09-22-23 at 7:20pm bad customer services

The owner is so rude and out of control. He threatened to call the police if I didn't leave after he mistakenly accused me of panhandling. (I was standing by my pump for maybe 5 min on the phone with my bank). I filed a complaint with the corporate office. He should have just apologized instead of continuing to humiliate me in front of my coworker.

Second time giving this car wash a chance. I got into my car with my rear mirror dirty, two front rugs were dry (they were suppose to wash them) my interior had no shine and looked dusty still. I ask for the towel to.wipey shift gesrs...it was sticky. Never going back

I wish I could give 0 stars! The owner of this station is so unbelievably rude to his customers. The prices here are ALWAYS at least $0.40 - $0.50 per gallon higher than anywhere else you go simply because they're in the Canyon Crest shopping center. I attempted to use the restroom while spending $100 to fill up my gas guzzler and the owner lied to me and told me that they didn't have a restroom... the same restroom that I used DAYS BEFORE you LIAR!I used to come to this station religiously before the current owner took over, but will never return for fuel or a car wash until ownership/management changes. HORRIBLE PLACE!

I absolutely love this chevron. Mostly all of the cashiers are super nice! Especially Cipriana, she really makes you feel welcomed, and appreciated as a costumer! The level of service she gives really excels, especially for a gas station! Thanks Cipriana and all the chevron crew here! 5 stars!

I had one gallon in my tank and I went to put 5 bucks in to make it home and no gas came out I asked the employee why no gas came out and he was some Indian guy that couldn't when understand me and wouldn't give me a numberChevron are theives don't go to this gas station go to shell

Fat female with white highlander claims to be the manager at the car wash runs her mouth and is loud about getting free car wash. She's rude. And cuts in the line

The older man working the cashier is rude. Treats you like a thief and gets mad when you can't understand him. The older lady, sadly, cant pay attention anymore.

The person on charge is extremely rude. My car didn't start and he instead of helping me, he ask me to move my car right away.I live right on the front, so I am a regular costumer, well, not anymore. I'm not going back to that place.

Well been sitting here since 5:12am but google has this station advertised opening hours start at 5:30am and it s 5:42am so this needs to be updated

A standard gas station. In theory, the lanes are supposed to be one way, but people seem to ignore this a lot and there are often long lines to pull up to the pumps. The prices also seem kind of high compared to other stations in the area.

Car wash was the worst paid for extra details and it didn't happen. When ask about this inside I was told to talk to the guy outside who told me to talk to the guy inside.

Not open 24hr. The pumps are blocked off around 10pm. Pretty stupid if you ask me.

Coffee here sucks. It's always cold in the morning and at night, especially at night. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Does not open at 5:30, ever, as advertised. Usually not until 6am or later despite posted hours stating otherwise.
