I cannot emphasize enough the quality in service that I received at Chaira's. The damage to my vehicle was substantial since it included the frame. When I picked up my vehicle, after the repairs were made, my car was as if it had never been involved in an accident. The car frame was aligned properly and I have not had any issues with it. The paint job is immaculate and I am absolutely in love with my car again. I highly recommend Chaira"s Repair Collision Center for your auto body repair needs. Honestly i fell for a trap with the good reviews on this page and had hoped they would get the job done correctly but i went to this shop off of a insurance claim. I went to the shop, spoke to someone who helped me and was told the car would be ready in two weeks. I then waited the two weeks. Once i got to the shop to pick up the vehicle I notice a scratch, bits of the paint that had fallen off in different areas that were repainted by this shop and they color matched certain areas that were supposed to be a different color because they painted the vehicle based off a lower performance package. They then proceed to tell me they can fix the problems if i leave it for another week which was fine but to top it all off the following week i go to pick the car up they still hadn t fixed the paint color matched problem and continued to argue with me as if i didn t know what color my car originally came. If i m being honest I would consider looking around before choosing this shop.Service: Painting

I took my car to this shop for repair off of a insurance claim and was told the vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks, but every time I called the shop failed to respond and when they finally contacted me after 2 months I went to pick up my vehicle and found a few scratches they had missed to paint over. I then had to leave my car for another week for them to repair correctly. I would say check shops around you before even considering this shop if you want the job done correctly the first time around.Service: Painting

Our car was hit by the cities construction crew. We brought it to Chairas repair after we saw the many good reviews. We worked specifically with David. David was nothing but professional and honest with us. He went to bat for us when he discovered more damage on our vehicle under all the exterior of the car. Communication was great , he always answered our questions and concerns. When the cities insurance didn't want to work with us, David was able to work out something with us so that we could get our car looking as good as new. My husband and I had a very good experience, and would recommend this repair shop to anybody. Should any of our cars get hit again, lol hopefully not, we would definitely go to David at Chairas.

I ve been going to David s and Serjio s for roughly six years and they have always treated me like family. The prices are always comfortable and they always back up there work with a warranty.I ve had servers cars worked in here and the body work and paint has always been on point. I always recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to do so going in the future.If you re on the fence, don t be. Your car is in good hands.

Very professional service top quality collision center. I've brought 2 of my cars to Chairas and they did an outstanding job. I thought my car was a total lost and they made it look better than when I bought! If your looking for a top tier collision center look no further, trust me you will not be disappointed!!

Very helpful staff even gave me a ride to pick up my rental when I dropped off my car and they even called me to keep me updated with the progress of what was being done to my car

horrible work this place only had to fix a small scratch that the Lukes transmission caused on my car and what they did was got over spray all over my $15,000 paint job and then when I confronted him to take it off what they did was took off my entire finish on the paint so now three weeks later my paint is faded no wax finish no shine not smooth they really messed it up and now I have to have it redone and it was fresh paint I can give zero stars I would have a high they recommend you look elsewhere if you're looking to have any kind of decent job done
