Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They have everything to restore my 1960 and 1963 vw bugs. I recommend this place to anyone repairing or restoring their VW.

James provided me with great, deligent service/support in my hunt for 2003 Audi parts...Unfortunately, the right parts were not to be found but it sure wasn't due to James' very professional efforts.Refreshingly, recouping my funds was no problem either.NOTE:Ask for James for great honest and professional care.Thanks James!

Just heard of Car Craft. Needed an interior dome light for some time. Plus wanting rear pop out window extensions. Looks like they have a shelf or two available to buy used parts.

Knowledgeable professionals who are not trying to sell you what you don t need. Nick s an honest mechanic & more than competent. I took my car in for what I thought was an internal noise fearing a complete tear down. Nick re-adjusted my valves, tuned & rejetted my carb & that s all it needed.Nice guys in a world full of crooks (other shops). Their prices not only match or beat the others on line, but you can have it NOW - instead of W8 ing for shipping.

I'm a new VW owner and needed some help.The front desk guy was short and everything but helpful. I gave them a second chance....always had better experience at Wolfsburg West in Corona. Best too take ur self to a helpful business.

Just purchased a 1970 VW. I don't know much about how to rebuild or fix this vehicle. I called this shop, I was transferred to the service department. The person that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I asked how much would it be to rebuild an engine, approximately. The shop guy stated they do not give out any information until they diagnose the vehicle. I told him the vehicle is not running and just give me the worst case scenario to evaluate if it's worth bringing the vehicle to the shop. Once again he was very rude and acted like I was taking up his time and he had more important things to do. TERIBLE way to treat a possible customer and horrible people skills. Will look for another shop to take my VW.

Super cool shop! Have everything you need (in ample stock) for your VW powered vehicle and the expertise to help you out. Came in for the first time today and got help from the 1st guy to greet me, then another customer chimed in with some pointers, then another employee from the service side. Excellent customer service and that personal small shop feel that every good VW shop should have.

This place has alot of parts in store. The staff was helpful but we felt we were bugging them. I got a few parts that were cheaper then the place I was going to order them. I will get more parts from them again.

The worst shop , Fake invoices, fake warranty ... NO responsibility ,expensive, bipolar attention , take care because if you ask "why you received the worst service" .. you are expose to receive a physical attack.. Shane shot me my car keys on my face ( the keys don't touched me ) .. but I have a witness and I have a police report too ( upon request ). review your invoice before you living.. he made the report with fake services and fake warranty dates. Karma !!!!

Went early on a Saturday, so service was quick. Mike was very helpful. Selection of items for your air-cooled engine is extensive. Prices were very good and beat JBugs for what I was ordering.

Took a rebuilt turn key to them for a look over and tune up. Nick and Shane found and fixed issues and had it turned around real quick!All of you sales guys are great too. Dudes answer most of my questions knowledgeably.Nick's C20 is badass too.Thanks guys

Great Place with a seemingly endless amount of parts for VWs. I can come here knowing that the pros working here will give me the best advice for what I need, not for what will bring them the most income. HIGHLY recommend them!

I recently took in my Volkswagen Beetle due to an oil leak. I was originally quoted $200 to fix the issue but after I dropped it off they kept increasing the price to resolve my issue. The price ended up escalating to $2200 and I paid it after I was assured the leak would be patched up. I drove the car for 10 miles and to my disappointment the leak persisted. I went back to the shop and told them that they hadn't fixed the problem. After inspecting my car i was quoted another $1000 to fix my original problem which I had already paid $2200 for. This shop is a fraud and it is unacceptable to conduct service in the way that they do. I was charged over 10 times what I was originally quoted and they didn't even do the job right and refused to fix it. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere if you don't want to be abused.

These guys are the best. They have done great work on fixing a car that was sabotaged by the old mechanic. It's amazing how good quality work can make such a big difference.!

Live this place! Customer service is fabulous. Prices are great, and work done is quality! Only draw back. .it's a 30 minute drive from home. Lol

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff huge selection of parts in stock and the best part THEY ARE OPEN ON SATURDAYS which is a huge bonus for me since I daily drive my baja bug and and only have the time to wrench on it during the weekends

I been comming here for about 1 year to get my bug Service and repairs, Ed and the rest of staff are great, but been talking to the Owner "SHANE," about the same issue i been haveing with my car and I been paying to have it look at and his response is, "that he Dosnt, need my money and he refuses to work on it!" Well thats a crapy way to help a customer, am not asking for a refund am just asking to do it right, I always have you guys put new parts, unless there fefected. Point is I pay for Service and anything that needs to be replace, And Shane if you really dont need the money than why are you working at the shop retire Please and let a real profesional run the place. Me and my daughter will go somewere else. Thank you Staff I will miss you guys.

Do not take your VW to this place. They are dishonest and thieves! They will tell you what you want to hear so that you will leave your car, best believe they'll be calling you back trying to squeeze more money out of you. Yes they sell VW parts pricing is different depending on who you buy the parts from.
