DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE:I experienced a minor car accident that resulted in some damage to my vehicle. Unfortunately, the repair process turned into a frustrating ordeal. The repair shop kept my vehicle for three weeks, assuring me that it was ready for pickup. However, shortly after my wife drove it for a few hours, it started displaying error codes and became unsafe to drive. We promptly returned the vehicle to the shop, only for them to clear the codes and return it to us without addressing the underlying issue.To our dismay, the vehicle started showing error codes again, this time related to transmission problems that were completely new and unrelated to the initial accident. I took the car back to the shop for the third time, hoping for a resolution. However, their response was disheartening. They informed me that the transmission was in bad shape but refused to repair it, claiming it had no connection to the initial accident.What adds to my frustration is that I have records from the shop confirming that they checked the transmission each time the vehicle was brought in, and it consistently passed without any faults. Despite this evidence, they are insisting that I pick up my vehicle without addressing the transmission issue, even though it originated from their shop. This lack of concern for my family's safety, as my wife and kids rely on this vehicle, is deeply troubling.Furthermore, I had to bear the cost of the rental car out of my own pocket throughout this ordeal. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and let down by the repair shop's lack of accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction.My car was returned unwashed and with grease marks (pink) all over the body and mirror, the car wash could not take them off. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I was devastated when something flew across the road hitting my mirror. It actually hit so hard it made a hole. I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision on Indiana in Riverside, CA to be repaired. They did an amazing job (as you can see) From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I picked it up the service was outstanding. It was also so convenient that the rental car company was on premises. I highly suggest Caliber Collision!!

They did a great job in less than expected time, paint job was on point, I was hesitant to go first but they were great from day one and following up with the updates, we asked to use OEM parts which makes it a better output, highly recommended

Angel was a man that was very polite he worked really well with enterprise rent a car. I don't know I think he represents a company as prestigious and that's good. I'm happy with the work they did on my car they have worked on my Jeep in the past and I think they're doing a great job. I think the lady in the offices were very polite and humorous and if a stressful situation I appreciate their attitude.

I was first too scared from repairing my damage door on my new VW Atlas. I was afraid they wouldn't match the color. But the car came out better than before, the color was a perfect match only in 8 days. You can never tell anything happened to the door. I received updates all the time. Hector was always very responsive, reassuring and friendly. He did an amazing job. I definitely recommend Caliber Riverside!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Body work looked great. Plus they had it cleaned . I had brought up the alignment after the accident prior to repair and when picking it up. I was told the alignment was good. Immediately drive in at home. I knew the alignment was off I took it to another shop. After driving home and feeling the alignment way off. They ran a test and the alignment was way off.

Even though it took longer than expected to get my Mercedes back caliber collision and my advisor Angel was great. I was very impressed with the work and even though it s only been 3 days I still have not seen anything different on my car. It drives great! I ve heard a few bad reviews but from my experience nothing bad at all! Thank you Angel!

I was very reluctant and discouraged when trying to decide on an auto body repair shop for my vehicle after my accident. I m glad I chose this specific shop, Jay and his crew got my car lookin better than the day I bought her! Jay was very welcoming and showcased an outstanding level of compassion and professionalism towards my vehicle. Felt very safe leaving my car in their hands. The whole process was super quick and easy. Would 100% recommend!

Extraordinary Customer Service! Hector and his team of experts returned my '20 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S back to better than original factory condition. She looks amazing and I am confident that all repairs were nothing but by trained experts. Great place for USAA to send my vehicle for repairs.

Everyone at this location is very nice. Clean place. Jay is very communicative so thats great. A little frustrated with how long it s taking though. It s been a month for what I thought would be a quick fix. Now having to pay out of pocket for a rental a month later is rough.**Update: Jay & the manager(s) at Caliber really came through quick to help with my concerns and even took care of my rental. Very good customer service. This was my first time having to take my car to a shop in over 10 years and I m very glad I went to Caliber.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had a Great experience with Caliber Collision. My Tacoma was taken care of with excellent body work. It looks like nothing ever happened to my truck. Fantastic customer service from Edgar since day one until my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. This place is awesome. If your in an accident and the other drivers at fault, do not stress, do but waste your time arguing with their insurance...Bring your vehicle to Caliber after the other insurance adjuster has done their inspection.Drop the vehicle off and ask for Edgar.Get an amazing hassle free car from their on site Enterprise staff.They handled everything!My Honda CR-V is back to new!And, the other driver's insurance covers everything.Such an amazing service and staff. For what's been a very traumatic experience, not being able to work, the Caliber team took extra steps and effort to help me get back my vehicle.One week off when other shops would have taken 3!Thank you caliber team!

I don t even know where to start! Caliber Collision was definitely such a great place to work with! I had never been in an accident where my car needed to be almost completely fixed but with the help of Caliber Collision they helped me to my needs in such a fast paced and understandable way! My estimator Edgar was by far the best one out! I definitely would recommend him! He went above and beyond to rush into getting my car done and on top of that went the extra mile to do some extra things for my car such as doing a little detail on it and etc. Throughout the whole process he made sure to keep me updated weekly as to what was happening with my car and answered any questions I had! Overall the customer service was an 11/10 would definitely come back for future assistance with my car! Thank you Edgar and to this wonderful team! My car looks better than ever as if nothing ever happened to it!

Our evaluators Edgar and Ozzy were phenomenal! They kept me abreast of all of the progress, and I truly appreciated the accommodation of shuttling back-and-forth to my home from the shop when I needed transportation for pick up and drop off.Their professionalism and customer service is above the rest. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly, take your car to Caliber Collision on Indiana. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Excellent service! The estimator Edgar worked diligently to give my insurance company an estimate, as well as keeping me updated on a finish date. I turned my car in on a Wednesday and got it the following Tuesday! Edgar kept me updated along the way through their system that allows them to send texts to your phone number. It s taken me far too long to write this review, but I highly appreciate the hard work they did! ( I only had this car for about a month when someone backed into my parked car) I was devastated, but I got my baby back looking just as fine as ever! I highly recommend if you re looking for a professional/efficient service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My first accident I didn t really know how it d work but the estimator Edgar Zamora was very helpful in keeping me informed about the whole repair process. I Needed a new bumper and slight touch up on the trunk, they ended painting the whole trunk along with the new bumper. Car looks great, I am very pleased.
