Treated like VIP from start to end. Dropped off my vehicle and enterprise was already there waiting to take me to my rental. My vehicle was finished a week ahead schedule, they even washed and detailed my truck. Upon pick up I was received by my Caliber Collision agent, Office Manager, and General manager. They all greeted me warmly and gave me a very detailed tour of all the repairs. I would recommend this place every time. They have excellent customer service.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They also said my car would be done by the 21st and it was ready a week and half early. They did a great job.

I recommend this place to anyone in need of car repairs . My car was done within two weeks and they met all my expectations . Customer service was great and they kept in contact with me throughout the whole process !

This business was referred to me by my insurance and I didn't know what to expect from both of them. The folks at CC are really friendly and kept me up to date on my car's progress. They worked great with my insurance and even washed my car! They did a great job with everything and, my car was ready before the expected time. We had to wait for a part but they stayed on top of it. Now I came back a second time and love them even more.Thanks guys

Never come here.They fix my bumper, however when they gave me a courtesy wash(that I never asked for) they SCRATCHED MY WHOLE CAR. LEFT LINES ALL OVER IT. They said they would fix it but then said they won't touch my car. They next said to go find out who can polish my car and get the scratches out and I did. After wasting my time they only said they would pay for part of the polish process.This is mest up on a whole other level. If you mest up my car you have to fix it and be responsible for it. I will be seeking legal action now. I don't have tike for their petty run around I am receiving.If you like your car and your paint avoid this place at all cost.And please owner save your automated responses. You got till Monday to repaint my car or I'll see at court.Service: Body & Trim

The Staff at Caliber Collision @ The Riverside Shop off 14th Street. Was simply wonderful.They took care of our car needs . Did a great job attending to us and explaining everything they were going to do. The paint job came out amazing. The car was done before their promise time . They helped out with the rental and they even cleaned up my car . After everything was done. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. Their manager there was very nice , An attentive young man by the name of Adrian was a pleasure to talk too and do business with. I will definitely go back for all my car needs.Next time you need a body shop check them out , You won t be disappointed.. Great job Caliber . The team at this location is top notch. The front desk Amanda is extremely sweet and made me feel comfortable. The service advisor Eric S. was very helpful and kept me informed the whole time my vehicle was in the shop. I could tell he really cared about the condition I received my vehicle after repairs. He even went above and beyond and polished my headlights for me.10 out of 10 customer service. I will highly recommend to my friends and family members. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I was able to get an estimate online and then talked to a representative who went through the process of what worked was going to be performed and how long it was going to take. I pre-ordered the part I needed to cut down on the time my car was in the shop. My car went in on a Monday and was out by Friday of that same week. I received phone calls or texts everyday letting me know what was happening to my car. The service was great. Alfred was my contact and he let me know what was happening every step of the way. They even delivered my car to me when it was ready. I hated needing work done on my car but Caliber and Alfred made the process painless. The car looks great. Can't even tell what happened. I would use them again if I needed to.Service: Body & Trim

I had my 17 Land Rover Discovery tow over to this shop after some damages to my vehicle. They were able to take a look at the issue and inform me it was a power train warranty issue not a collision. Went back to my dealer and they fixed it under my warranty. The staff was professional and diagnostics were done quickly. Thanks again to David and Eric for their help.

Brought my car here to get some work done and I do not regret it. What stood out to me the most was the quality paint job Caliber did on my vehicle and I was completely satisfied. My car was placed at Caliber Collision from word of my insurance company. I ve been told countless times that the complete date will be at a specific time, and then the day of, if not mere hours before it s time to be completed I call in asking if it s done and all I get is we need 3 more days. This has happened 4 times already, making me extend a rental car that I am already paying an exorbitant amount of money for. If you want the rhythm of your life to be restored completely I do not recommend this location as they re slow (it s been over a month) and don t update you about YOUR VEHICLE. It is their job to keep you in the loop about your vehicle and they fail to do so in a timely manner.

$6,000.00 minimum estimate for a fender bender? Bought my car for $7,000.00. $78.00 per hour for labor? Do I look like I'm running a charity here? I am not going to simply throw my money away. Don't let them take your hard earned money so easily. This economy is hard enough as it is.

I would definitely recommend going here to get your car fixed! I took my car here due to being involved in an accident and needed to get my hood replaced and they fixed it in less time than they had expected. They were very friendly and polite and their manager Jessica was very helpful! She talked me through the whole process and that they would take care of everything through my insurance. I would definitely take my car back here again if I need any fixes.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After getting in a small fender bender took my car to caliber collision . super happy with the results . There was a slight delay but they said possibly when they took it apart they would find something else and they did . Great communication and it seems like they're workmanship was flawless great job caliber .

State farm set up an appt for the Indiana Ave location. When I arrived they said they don't work on trucks(no call even when they know what vehicle needs an estimate)...they tell me to come to the 14th st location and now I have to reschedule an appointment since I was scheduled at the Indiana and not on 14th st...horrible experience I've used them 4 other times and will never used them again...
