I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe Benitez for my BMW repair. From the start, he was professional and respectful of my time. He worked diligently to take care of all my needs and communicated effectively and accurately throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with the level of service and the attention to detail Joe provided. He exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend BMW of Riverside certified collision center. I am pretty picky and have a high attention to detail, and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did on my car. Someone backed into the corner of my new M and I was super hesitant to have it repaired. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hopefully no one else bumps into my car again or worse but if I have to have it fixed again I look forward to working with him again in the future. Compared to any other body shop experience I have had or heard of they set the bar high and I can t imagine the process going any smoother for me. Thank you guys!

Horrible service. Never answer or call back for us or our insurance provider. Been dealing with them for two weeks with little to no help. This is why BMW of Ontario will get my repeat business and not Riverside. Maybe look at replacing management that can instill better communication and turn around.

Fairly convinced the employees here only have their job because of favoritism. I mean, just look at the reviews. They can't even schedule appointments professionally. I asked for the earliest date with a morning time slot available, this bimbette says I have 12 PM on the 12th... Have to hang up, and call another company for service.

Arlene was amazing. It was my first time getting into an accident and I had zero idea how to navigate my insurance and everything else. She was very helpful and made sure I got the most out of the services and my insurance. She really knows her stuff and will make sure you are not taken advantage of by insurance companies. It was really hard for me to write this review, but I m very unhappy and very dismay with there customer service and professionalism. My car was service here for a frontend and right quarter-panel accident. When Joe returned my car my front bottom bumper air funnel has overspray and i ask why its not clean right?? he answered its was already there before that answer really caught my attention because, BMW has a working order to work on my whole frontend and if its was there before courtesy assistance should take place to make the car look presentable before delivery. Another issue was my rear right wheel that was refinished/painted was different color from the rest of my wheels and they dint even QA before releasing the car! Come on JOE! where the heck is your your customer service! Or better yet where is your sympathy?, I ve been paying for a rent-a-car and out of vehicle for over a month and you giving me unprofessional responses and customer service!.. I feel soo sick, stuck and has no where to go as my insurance said they are not an approved/accredited wawanesa shop, so in short im on my own and i have no one to assist me on making this right.. My advise! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS BODYSHOP, they need better customer service!, Better workers, better work ethics and better standards. This is NOT HOW BMW STANDARDS supposed to be. Spoke to management team after a month.. also they dint show any remorse or care of the situation, SORRY is what i got Hope this does not happen to anyone else. Thank you..

We were pleased to see that Riverside BMW had a certified collision center. Armando was our estimator writer and saw damage we did not see. He was very meticulous in his examination of our vehicle. He and Nestor handled the coordination with our insurance adjuster. The workmanship and paint job were flawless.The car was detailed and immaculate when we picked it up. The car looked better than new.

I had my rear bumper replaced there, i wasn't able to get my car on time because i was told that the insurance company did not send any payments and they will not "release" my car unless the insurance company check reach them or i have to pay for the full amount to be able to get the car and then let the insurance company pay me! i waited for an extra week to be informed that finally they found the check in another department and the car can be released now, then i was surprised to find scratches on the front bumper painted in a color not matching my car and when i asked what is this ? i was told that the detail shop had washed the car and did some "Touch ups" that i did not ask for, sign for or even know about, and i told them i did not ask for anything to be done except the rear bumper and if you want to complimentary do something at least do it professionally, the answer i got is probably the high water pressure that was used to clean the car made the scratches bigger and then they tried to color it with the same color of the car ( which is obviously different) then they recommended to remove the touch ups which made no sense to me because it has already been scratched and the plastic color will appear ugly! i sent a text later on asking for the manager number but they did not reply, the main reason i wanted to go to a certified BMW collision center is the mishaps i could face in other shops, but i was not satisfied with fixing the rear bumper but ruining another part of the car!Service: Body & Trim

Words cannot fully express my gratitude to this facility and its team of professionals. My beautiful baby (Black-328i) was marred in a collision leaving work. After a great deal of patience and working back and forth with all parties involved I can confidently say it was returned to me and looked as beautiful as the day I bought it. The quality of the work is nothing short of breathtaking. No visual memory of my accident is apparent and leaving the center in my restored Beauty almost made me tear up. I absolutely love the brand and the hard working people at this amazing center that drive it forward in every experience I have with them. Thank you Nestor, Eli and Team. So grateful. They said will call back within the day but I never received a call back. It took them two weeks just to inspect my vehicle and a week to send the report to the insurance company. They told me they will fix it within 4-6 weeks but it is actually 8-12 weeks. Don t come here. Services are poor, they don t answer phones. Really afraid they can t repair my car well.

Armando, the collision estimate writer possesses exceptional skills and knowledge. He always had my best interest in mind and did not accept anything less when working with the insurance company adjustor. There was extensive damage to the suspension. Car was placed on gig, left corner panel and door needed to be replaced. The paint job is flawless, excellent workmanship on all work performed.The car was ready when promised, it was detailed and emaculate when I picked it up.Please extend my thanks to everyone involved in the repair process.

I dropped off my car July 25th Elida Alcala is the lady who helped me and it is it seemed like she didn't want me to drop off the car she was very negative and said my car would be there for 4 to 6 weeks..I went ahead and dropped it off despite of her negativity.. I haven't gotten not one call for a update on my vehicle just one text I call them sometimes I get a answer sometimes no answer I have talked to Sarah and she is nice and pleasant to talk to mariah I also have spoken with and she sounds like she doesn't know what she's doing honestly this is the only certified bmw in my area that's why I took it there but there customer service needs alot of improvement this is bmw I expected way more professionalism then what I am currently receivingService: Body & Trim

BMW collision center has failed to properly communicate and let me know that my car was an even being worked on every time my car was supposed to be finished they would update a text pushing it out two weeks longer and then had the audacity to tell me that there s other cars that are there in a lot of cars have came in BMW you guys need to do a better job at communicating and being professional this is definitely not professional how long do you expect my car to be in the shop two months this service is very poor and I am saddened come on bmwService: General repairs & maintenance

Be advised that if you take your vehicle here expect for it to be in the shop for a loonnggggggg time! I took my vehicle here because it s brand new and was hit by another vehicle. Something that would have taken most shops maybe 2 weeks has taken this shop going on two months!! I still haven t got the car back and they keep pushing out the completion date!!

For a center that just started, these guys are doing pretty good. The Manager there is an outstanding guy, he will treat you right. Overall a good experience.
