What an amazing experience. The staff here are so nice and welcoming. The showroom is so beautiful. They have so many nice BMW accessories and clothing. Buying a new BMW here was so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend BMW of Riverside for your next BMW.

Thave to admit that I was surprised with my buying experience over at BMW of Riverside. Gabriel Rubio was the perfect-client advisor. He listened and captured all my needs and wants for this lease. With this being my first electric car, Gabriel educated me aligned certain vehicles that suited my needs and wants. The deal was done within the hour and the car was delievered to my house the same day. Also, the finance manager I spoke with over the phone was straight to point and pitched the products well.Great job BMW of Riverside.

The BMW experience was definitely delivered from the first phone call to actually picking up my new 5 series, six days later. Michael my sales representative did an excellent job in helping and guiding me through the process of buying the car I selected. As usual, BMW of Riverside provided excellent service on two of my vehicles all on the same day. Across the board their staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very willing to help.Ernie Guzman was our Service Advisor yesterday and he was extremely helpful, friendly, sympathetic to my concerns, and efficient. Both vehicles were serviced same day, even w/ an after 10am arrival by us. The young lady that checked us in and out with a courtesy car was also so nice and thorough, making that part of the service visit very comfortable.Even though we purchased one of the vehicles at another dealership, Riverside BMW treated us as they always have with respect and great support. Thank you!

I special ordered a 2024 BMW 530i back in September 2023 and let me tell you, I m already driving the car. That s how fast the process was. Everything went smooth from ordering the car to signing all the paperwork at the finance department. I would like to thank you Gabriel for everything. Great customer service, humble, professional, and last,kept me up to date with the process of my order. Me, being a business owner myself, this is the type of employee you want to have at your business. Someone that cares about the customer service, the business, and his job. I have come to expect excellent customer service, with my advisor consistently proving I am not just another driver of a BMW but a valued customer. My last trip was to get an alignment, got us in and out, and even ensured we knew about all the deals being offered by service. 100% recommend this location and staff, they will take the time to learn your car s history, the driver, and consistently provide a great experience making it easier to be a repeat customer.

I have been a customer of BMW of Riverside for over 10-years.My service agent Daisy K. is excellent . She is very patient, caring, respectful and a great listener . She does everything and anything within reason to help a customer feel heard and appreciated .She is great at her job. She kept me informed and gave me updates about the work needed to be done on my car and the charges for each service . During my recent car service; she did her best to find me some discounts to help lower the unexpected service costs of my vehicle for which I am very grateful. On my third BMW. Went home with a new 5 series last month cannot get in touch with anyone about registration. Have been completed ignored by my sales rep, the general manager, and the registration clerk. Have left several messages with multiple team members and have not received a response from anyone. Having to escalate with BMW USA to get the car registered.Will get my 4th BMW from Carlsbad or San Diego. Worth the drive for better service have never run into headaches with their teams.At least the car had a bow.

Can't say enough about Ryan in service and his great customer service. Took in my 7 series for service, step by step kept me in the loop with the progress of my car. Provided a loaner car while my vehicle was there. Got the car back, all work done in a timely manner. Work was completed much sooner than expected. Was even kind enough to hand me back the car completely washed and ready to go. I am extremely happy and will return for all my future service needs. Thanks again Ryan !!!

Purchased our bmw from BMW of Riverside. Best part was the test drive, and the sales rep will give you enough time to review the vehicle by yourself.Giving them 2 stars, because they were not transparent about service and other charges, we got to know about it when we were signing the agreement. Wish they had mentioned it earlier when we were discussing the finalizing the application.Just for this sole reason, I don t think I will be buying my next vehicle from BMW Riverside. Since then I am going to different BMW dealership for servicing and I can see the difference how everything is very clear when it comes to pricing and the other dealerships are very respectful of my time.Did I mentioned how long I had to wait?

Great service!We experienced a blowout on our front tire, hitting a pothole on a weekend escape to Big Bear.Roadside towed our x4 from Big Bear all the way to BMW of Riverside, and first thing in the morning, our service advisor called for clarification on what our expectations were.We bought the tire and rim coverage, and right away, the tire was sent for.Throughout the process we were communicated with, we enjoyed free coffee at the lounge while our car was finished and washed. They even dressed our tires.What's impressive and important to point out are these points.1. We bought the car from Murrieta, but Riverside treated us like their own.2. I am a retired car professional with 20 years of experience in the industry. I never once felt like I needed to flex my resume to get anything accomplished.3. I still have many strong connections at Walter's.This was an unfortunate weekend for us all around, and I feel that BMW of Riverside did their very best for us.Thank you to the team at your store, the company culture, and the extreme professionalism you showed us.My company builds, services, and maintains large water features. How about calling us to get your fountain cleaned up and running again?

This is the only place I will come to service my BMW. I always have a great experience with my service advisor, Justin. He is very thorough, understanding, and responsive. I greatly appreciate the communication, timely service, attention to detail, and pleasant interactions from Justin, and everyone at this location. I highly recommend coming here.I have been to other BMW locations, and none are the same as this one.

I drop off my BMW at the dealership for an oil change. That's when the tech found a problem. It was under warranty. The service advisor was great. The only problem was it took about a week to get my car back. And that was because the Distribution.Warehouse for the part. Was very slow in sending out the part. My recommendation is for BMW dealership to stay on top of the Warehouse (if possible).

It s not too often that you find a company and team that all together makes a great experience for the customer. From the moment I called in to make an appointment for my car at the collision center, Steve Villanueva and his co workers provided excellent service. Steve answered all of my questions and got my car into the shop on short notice. I quickly realized he is an avid car enthusiast and not someone to just sell anything to make more money. It s hard to put a value on the service he and his team provided.
