Easiest vehicle purchase process EVER. Rick never put on any pressure. When I made a decision to buy, all the accessories were mounted and ready to go. Thorough walk-through of the features.Too many times the dealer experience can ruin the buying experience, this time it made it better!

Bought a 2015 F800R and a 2019 S1000XR from here. Bikes are hella good but the service is way too pricey and it's mainly a technician fee, not the parts. I'm back to Japanese bikes with a 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa and I couldn't be happier.

Very disappointed purchased a 2022 rt1250 in June of 22 the salesman Mr Nugent tried to sell me a third world extended warranty for more than 1000 more than bmw extended warranty. A couple months ago Mr. Nugent was suppose too send me paperwork for bmw 7 year unlimited warranty to date I have nothing I keep calling and he does not return calls. Also at the 12000 service they charged me more than 1000 dollars but never adjusted valves, I went to another dealership and my valves were way out of spec. Conclusion they appear to lack integrity do not follow up over charge and quantity of work is less than adequate. BUYER BEWARE

I have purchased two motorcycles from them and each time they did an amazing job at the sales and service level. The sales team is super knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. Their service center is super courteous, they go the extra mile and stick to the quotes and timelines. I got a GSA and an R NINE T from them and all I can say is that this dealership is known for having tons of knowledge on these motorcycle line ups.

Want to thank the whole team at the dealer. I purchased an 2018 R Nine T last year and unfortunately it was totaled last month. Way beyond just customer service!!! I m trying hard to bring a 2004 R1200CLC back up to touring condition. You know how it is trying to find older parts or worse discontinued ones? Chris has been helping me out like a pro, but we ran into a part no longer produced. I whined a little bit and said what can I do? He tells me I ll call ya back tomorrow with some more info. Today I get a link and address emailed to me of a company that has some of the parts I needed. These guys are awesome!

What can I add. Awesome motorcycles, sales department, service and great people that work there too. Recently renovated waiting area. What I like about my 2020 BMW GSA is that right after a service it feels brand new again.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff Nugent is the main guy in charge for sales and Darron Maddox is the parts manager . There is no pressure on sales . I walked in thinking I m buying the k1600B , after test driving few different models , walked out with R1250GSA. And loving every single moment of it .Darren helped me out to outfit my gear and different accessories for the motorcycle. Definitely stop by at their place if anyone is considering two wheels!

These guys are great. Exceeded my expectations from the beginning. Rick was attentive an responded to my multiple inquiries succinctly and timely. I drove two hours away to purchase my bike from them for the customer service alone and the competitive pricing was a plus!

BMW Motorcycles of Riverside is top notch! Having purchased many cars and bikes in my lifetime, this was one of the best purchasing experiences I ve had. Jeff helped me from beginning to end, and when he wasn t available there was always someone checking to answer my questions or get me on a test ride. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and very patient. He took the time to send me detailed emails with all the info I asked for, and helped guide me to the right bike based on my needs and lifestyle. He also stayed late on the last day of the year so I could ride home that day. Thanks Jeff! And thanks BMW Motorcycles of Riverside. You guys rock! I love my R1200RT.

If you're eyeing a BMW, you have to give Jeff and the team at Riverside a try!Summary:I work in a highly service-driven industry and know and appreciate top-notch service when I see it, which is why the team at BMW Motorcycles of Riverside stood out to me - it's phenomenal and proof that service isn't dead! 5 stars!Proof? Despite having a BMW dealer ~5 miles away, I will 100% be driving ~30 miles out of my way to go to Riverside - they earned AND continue to earn my business based on 3 critical areas: Sales, Support, and Service as detailed below.Sales:Worked with Jeff who's an enthusiast of BMW and motorcycling. Jeff's highly approachable, low-pressure, and very knowledgable. Only downside is he's busy but clearly for a reason!I'm highly analytical, so I needed to research, ask questions, and take time deciding. Jeff was there through the whole process. He answered questions via email, phone, and in-person. Jeff was open to me trying different bikes, walking through pros and cons of each, and ultimately acting more as a guide than sales person. Don't get me wrong, Jeff wants to sell a bike, but he wants you to be happy too.What truly blew me away most was Jeff's willingness to explore several creative options, customizations, etc., to find the right bike at the right price. 5 stars!Support:After riding there's been a few mods I wanted to explore. Jeff in sales, Darren in parts, and Christie in Service have all been open to responding via email or phone to help. Again, spending precious time and the low-pressure vibe is so appreciated. 5 stars!Service:Historically I've services my own bikes. I'm OCD about doing it right the first time but struggle to find time these days. I spoke with Christie about service and was honest about this, and she spent 10 mins on the phone walking me through her background, her team's approach to service, their certifications, etc. Who does that? So cool!So, service set up and then naturally the biking gods give you a nail in a new tire. Once again Darren in parts and Christie in service spent time walking me through their preferred tires, why they'd choose them, and helped me key in on my choice based on riding needs. I'm blow away. 5 stars so far!

I talked to Kyle about my XM radio cutting out on my 2022 RT, he told me he may have a fix, I dropped my bike off and had it back the same day and it worked perfect no more issues. I am very happy the technician took good care of my bike, I am super picky about it and how it looks. I was stoked to see it was returned the same as I dropped it off clean and no hand prints. I always get great service, very happy.Thanks to Kyle, The Technician and Rick for having me ask Kyle in the first place.ThanksBrian

I Was getting ready for a trip from Idaho to southern California and realized I d need my 6k maintenance and a tire change. I checked for dealers on my route and reviews, Riverside was the choice. I set my appointment with Christie, she said to be there at 2 and that it should take a about 2.5 hours. I dropped my bike off and Christie was spot on with the time, I was back on the road a couple of hours later. While waiting I talked with the parts people and they were extremely helpful in answering questions and even provided excellent recommendations on roads to avoid based on my rush hour travels.They are an excellent representation of what a BMW dealership should be and I would highly recommend them to locals and travelers alike.

I bought a brand new R1250gsa from BMW motorcycles of Riverside. The whole process was very pleasant. Jeff helped me throughout the process. I believe he is one of the best sales person I have ever met. Will come back in couple years to trade in my bike and buy another one.

I ve been coming here for years for my 2013 RT. Kyle and Christy are awesome in the service department. Always have given me great service. I love the redesigned store area, with the really nice customer lounge. Never had any issues here. Great customer service!!!!!

Great Sales Department. I bought a new 1250 GS and all was great. Jeff did a excellent job. But to be honest the estimate for the first break in service is sooo extremely overpriced that I went to a other place. I have also ordered all original BMW Parts like oilfilter, oil etc from BMW in Germany and with shipping and tax it was way cheaper than their price. Sorry guys..... Cant wait to see what your offer for the 10.000 KM service will be. Maybe I better buy a new bike....
