Amazing service, and Larry the manager was super helpful. They have all equipment and diagnostics to properly access your trucks issues. I would definitely recommend calling them on any problem you may have. They are also mobile.

Way over priced for the poor service that they provide, worst experience wouldn't recommend them unless you like getting ripped and cheated. Shop around before using this company.

What can I say, both Tim and Wally are outstanding mechanics, Larry and Richard in the office went way above and betond what any shop has ever done for me! These folks got me in after the issue couldnt be fixed on the side of the road and then took me back to my yard so I wasnt stranded! Great team great foljs great mechanics highly recommend to any owner-ops and companies

Started using this company to fix some wires on my trailers. Now trying them out for DOT inspection and issue fixes on my fleet. So far I am very happy with their service. Its nice to have a fleet service company so close that can also come to my facility.

They said they will be onsite in 1,5 hours, 4 hours later they re still not onsite and don t pickup a phone! Don t recommend!

Road call on Sunday. Needed part from shop, was told would be back by 9 am Monday. Monday - no call, no show. Monday morning, my company called them. Finally, at noon I called, and was told the service tech now had the part, but was home in bed because he worked all night. So he got the part and they said Don t worry about it, go home ? Don t get me wrong, I respect a full day s work and needing to rest, but could the company not send another tech? Or call with an eta? I m broken down roadside for almost 24 hours now.Update- They did call out the tech, and I will say he was great. Very polite and even apologetic for the delay. Hard worker.Second update- the tech went to get a part, and apparently wasn t coming back AGAIN I had to call an hour later to find this out! Nobody called me. When I called, they were just about to send out another tech to finish the job. Maybe. Who the hell knows. TERRIBLE customer service!

Francisco came to our rescue. Our engine light came on, and Francisco came and did a quick and easy check. He put our minds at ease, and fixed the faulty wiring of the trailers brake lights. I asked him if he would fill the rear tires on our second truck, and he was happy to help. It turns out one of the rear tires was not just low, it was actually flat. If he had not checked it is very possible that we could have suffered a severe blowout on the highway. I know most would not check a second vehicle because it is not what they were contracted to look at, but Francisco has a big heart and is a wonderful human being. Great and trust worthy Bussiness, friendly employees and super grateful to have found this company I pulled up because the u-joint on my Chassis was broken and making a loud clicking noise when I accelerated and turned. the second I got there One of their mechanics got right under the truck with me and immediately showed me exactly what was wrong, talk about expertise! they got me up and running in a timely manner, These guys ain t messing around you can trust them. I got out the navy about a year ago and started this business as an owner operator it s been very difficult finding people you can trust, im glad I finally found someone I can trust. In this trucking game you deal with a lot of people that try and scam in every way possible it s happened to me countless times before, especially during these hard times between trying to feed your family and deal with the stresses that come with this, you can definitely trust the expertise, fast and honest service this company provides ! This is what good business is about to provide a good trustworthy service to keep loyal customers that may have connections also ! I ve already recommended them to a friend of mine that is still in the navy and stationed in California dispatching 2 trucks getting prepared to get out the navy soon and there s more of my friends that wanna get in this trucking business also. These gentlemen are a breath of fresh air. We are a new company just went through a nightmare with a dealership. So my partner and myself went to the Ontario truck show looking for a honest shop that doesn't take short cuts and looks out for the driver and not just about their bottom line. I believe we found it with Bit Fleet Services. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was a valued customer and not just a number. With in minutes I felt like I was part of the BIT family. These guys will go out of their way to help a driver from the quality work , good honest pricing, knowledgeable technicians, prompt service and integrity that is very hard to find in this industry. Shop is clean and well organized. Management on top of technicians. Technicians knowledgeable, uniformed and seemed to enjoy the work. Radiator and battery replacement done the same day along with a few other things to complete my annual inspection. They also offer road service. I will be back.

Best phukin place around to get your vehicles done... I work for a moving company and these guys are the ones we have work on our trucks and EVERY time we take in our yrucks to these guys, Shyt gets done right and in amazing time.

Mechanics/Technicians are knowledgeable. Office staff is nice and friendly. Prices are reasonably and fair. Great response.

I had stuck on the road ..we called to Bit fleet .Receptionist gave response immediately and send the guy Walter .he was very nice and experienced guy ..he solved the problem ..thnx man ..

They charge 2 hour milliman. Even if they can't resolve the problem you still be in charge
