If I could leave less stars, I would. Rude, unprofessional and no help whatsoever. Didn t get this kids name but apparently I was interrupting his day by asking for his assistance with some things I was trying to purchase. He literally just walked back up to the front desk in the middle of assisting me. Apparently I was inconveniencing him. I was so pissed I walked out. Went to O Reillys up the street. Go there instead if you actually care about GOOD customer service.

8:30 at nite, going out of town, one headlight out, freaking out-go to Autozone, walked in and was greeted by David P, who was more than happy to help, he located the item, and installed it and waited to make sure that it was road ready-patience, smile & concern the whole time-he not once made me feel as if I was bothering him. I will definitely be going to that autozone again! Thank you David P.

This is one of my primary locations I frequent when looking for automotive parts. The staff there are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting you the parts you need. If for some reason they don't carry the part there, they are more than willing to do a spot check and see if another local store has the product in stock. With each visit, they always offer quality service and go above and beyond to meet their customers needs. I also want to give a special thanks to the manager for the discount on my last purchase. The manager who is Caucasian with the Long light brown hair needs to learn how to speak to females. This has been my go to auto zone for a couple of years now. The way he harasses you without even thinking about what he says is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Please address your employees with customer service etiquettes.

I wish that there would be an option to give zero stars. If you need help making a purchase, I advise you to not let Emily help you out. She is unprofessional and rude. I will be contacting the Corporate Office. They need to know what type of employee they have working for their company. If it were not for the customers, Emily would not have a job.

Around 8:45 on Thursday 3/23/22 I came in to ask about changing my windshield wipers. I d never done this before but both gentleman working were very nice. The man who helped me change my windshield wipers did an amazing job, and was so quick and thorough. I m very grateful and will come back here for my auto care needs! Great experience!

Cristian was AMAZING.I came in for a battery check after needing a jumpstart, and I did need a new one. He gave me a rough quote for them to do it, and suggested I check other places. I called around and was getting the runaround, even at Costco on hold for 30+ minutes.I came back in and he showed me prices for batteries, and they had the cheapest option compared other spots I called.He was so friendly and helped me out. Great service.

I went to buy windshield wipers for my Hyundai Santa fe and a brake light bulb. Had the best customer service ever! I had been putting it off, thinking both projects were going to be super time consuming and hard. The manager found my items and installed my wipers for me. Thank you!

One of the worse auto zones I have been too, absolutely no help at all wouldn t even check a part number for me, completely rude customer service. There were employees off the clock talking to all of the other employees so they were no help. As the store manager was walking around not even asking the customers if they needed anything. Needless to say will never go to this location again. Wish I could give negative stars.

I went in to buy a battery kind of seemed like I was bugging the manager. Then he sold me the wrong battery so I had already taken mine out to find out This one doesn't fit they gave me. They returned it with no problem. I just felt like the manager could have paid more attention cause I didn't want to do it twice. He seemed like he was more interested on The power of being being a manager than actually helping. Probably won't go back.

Worst customer service in all of Auto zone will not be going here any more and that supervisor guy is a joke clearly doesn't know the difference between cam shafts to help a blind deer! Plus there is a lot of SOLICITING of non licensed mechanics who seem to be more on the drug side. I don't support this store and you shouldn't either. Go a block over on Chicago Ave (O'Reilly s) they got a better service and parking lot!

stephanie was very helpful & went out of her way to help. The other staff there were also nice. All of them had a good sense of humor. All of them were helpful & tried to make sure I was helped & happy with their service. Wish I could remember the others names. 1 looked up a price comparison for me & another rang up my item I bought. Stephanie helped me on the phone & in person. tell her to remember our conversation about p's & q's...quasi!!!

I pre-ordered the part went down to AutoZone picked it up didn't have to wait in line was no drama and the employees were very nice and friendly outstanding customer service keep up the good work

After the nightmare of trying to have an easy (or you would think so anyway!!!) issue resolved with my online account and rewards I vow to NEVER shop AutoZone again, online or in store.Because my account was created in the store I had to contact customer service to add rewards when creating the online account. This is routine as is stated upfront.When I attempted to do this they merged my online account with my boyfriend's whose phone I called from...using the phone number on their caller ID instead of the email address I verbally gave the agent. But no rewards still. Had to call back to get those accounts separated, stated again that rewards need added per the original call and was assured they were.They were not.Called back, got it straight.Tried to place an order online.There was an unrecognized name and address in Massachusetts (we're in Kentucky) listed as the shipping address and despite 2 attempts from 2 devices (app on an Android phone and via Chrome on a laptop) we couldn't get that address deleted from the account nor use ours for the delivery. Called to get that resolved. Never found out what was going on there...???Got everything correct for submitting the order, price reflected the $20 rewards discount that I applied, clicked submit order.... and my rewards were NOT applied and I paid $20 more than anticipated.Called yet again and well now it's a waiting game to see if I really do get that money put back on my credit card. My expectations are low as you would imagine after the fiasco this far.I don't know what the glitch is but yall need to get it taken care of.You lost a lifelong customer and I'll spend my money at a place that values the business I bring.

The store clerk Nathan is awesome! He helped test my battery and alternator and we found out that it was my battery that was bad. Not only did he help me purchase a battery at Great cost we also helped put the new battery in as well as some gel to prevent corrosion. He went above and beyond. We need more people like this guy thanks for your help buddy!

They had what I needed that day plus the guy that works there recommended me an oil additive to help with my particular situation plus the girl was also helpful..good crew of 3 employees there from my observation that morning..the only unfortunate thing is that they don't supply any type of trash can for the empties of car fluids..they should at least have a specific place for items that have been purchased at their store..

Great selection. Service was good. The staff seemed knowledgeable. The directions were not accurate in Google Maps as it asked me to turn right off of West bound University onto Ottawa and the actual location is directly on University.

I went in to buy brakes the service I received was awesome. They helped me an with a lifetime warranty on the brakes I told them I had bought the brakes but couldn't find bill so he looked an saw me in their system I received my money back that I paid an gave them old brakes. I'm so happy they took the time to help Thank you Love Auto Zone great people great prices.

For the most part, this is a typical AZ. I witnessed something pretty incredible yesterday though. Woman drives up in what used to be a car. Very very crashed, broke will get pulled over due to damage type ride. AZ guy helped her, treated her as if she was driving a brand new Lamborghini. Props man, you get the "hats off" award.
