Fernando is a great and honest mechanic. He will always let you know what you need done without trying to up sell like the big name shops. He always does fantastic work. I always go to Fernando's Auto Care even if it is just an oil change.

Fernando is an expert mechanic that treats you like family and really cares that your vehicle is running at its best. It is very hard to find a trustworthy, quality mechanic that is competitively priced. Fernando and his family live here in Riverside and are active in the community. The customer care is 5 star, the work is 5 star, and personal investment into the Riverside community is 5 star. If only Fernando would install after market performance upgrades.

Took my 08 Highlander to Fernando for a 60k mile service a few months ago. He got me in same day then. I wasn t quite ready for an oil change, but kind of heard a funny noise while taking the kids to school. I was going to wait a week and mention it during an oil change, but decided I would swing by and see if Fernando wasn t too busy to maybe guess what was wrong. I got there and didn t even turn my car off and he came out to look under the hood. The faint noise I heard while driving was much louder outside the car. Fernando said it wasn t the motor but he would have to take it apart to say for sure and said not to drive it. He called me before I even had time to get home to tell me it was the water pump. He said it would be done the next day. He called at 9am the next day to say it was ready. I price checked and he was much less then any where else I had called, so I confirmed it was a new Toyota part and he said yes. He showed me the old part when I picked up my car. The shop isn t fancy and there isn t much parking, but don t let that stop you from going there.

I finally found a good auto mechanic shop where I was greeted kindly and felt like a welcomed customer, I highly recommend this shop , Fernando has great customer service and I am happy to say that it is a female friendly environment which is a plus for me .. I am very pleased with the service that was provided. They have fare prices and my car is now running like a champ I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs.

Fixed my egr valve extremely well then they fixed my serpentine belt and power steering pump and my car runs great. Definitely my new place for car repair.
