I should have listened to the other reviews since I now had a similar experience. This place does not correctly patch your car and instead does the illegal method of putting a plug making it so that no other ethical tire place can fix since tire places will not work on a tire that has been plugged because plugs are unsafe.I asked this place to PATCH my tire. They decided on their own they didn t know how to patch it and instead placed a plug in it. I never consented to a plug because I know they illegal and would make it impossible to patch by a real tire place.He should have come out and said I can t patch this and end of story. I would have left and went to a real tire shop. This place is a scam and I am now forced to purchase a new tire when it should have been a simple patch.Do not come here. It s a scam, and it s run by 20 year olds who don t know what they re doing and apparently don t know how to talk to customers.

Forget all the fancy tire shop frills,TV and fancy uniforms These young men operate like an efficient official pit stop. Great fast job. They will have u back on the road quickly and safely

Wow. What a rip off. My brake light came in on my E350 MBZ and I needed it fixed right away due to medical emergency. I ve been there before under previous owner and it was ok. I talked to the owner, young skinny Hispanic, who agreed to do it within a couple of hours. When I came back to check as I didn t know it was front or rear brakes, it was done. $550 just to replace front pads. It s a job that should be between $150 to $300 I m calling them today to see if I can negotiate or I m Going to BAR. RIP OFF FOLKS10-3-2022Called owner to complain. Told owner that I was very unhappy at the $550 charge. Told him he should ve called me the estimate as I would have declined work. Said he had been too busy I advised him I was filing complaint with BAR and maybe small claims. He told me to do what I had to do. I even offered to compromise the charge. He hung up

I just moved to Woodcrest and these guys have already helped me out several times. First was a tire replacement. They gave me a good deal on a used tire for my 2018 Honda Accord for a super reasonable price. The second instance was me having them replace my brakes on my 2004 Silverado on both axles. Good job both times. Very friendly and courteous service. I'd definitely recommend them.

This place is great!! Took care of my flat when in other tire shops they wanted to sell me one saying they could get in trouble for fixing it ???!!!They are Bilingual which I love, went in their it was full I thought I was going to be there all afternoon, nope he said 10 minutes and He meant it, they patched my tire paid with my card and I was done!! Def will be back and totally recommend

Purchased two specific used tires (good tread - not old) for my trailer on 05/19, I informed All American I d be back to bring my trailer and get them installed. When I came back today, I was told that the used tires I purchased and paid for in full were sold to another customer. The business showed no remorse or any inhibition to rectify their mistake after identifying it being their mishap. Instead they suggested I purchase two new tires at full price for their mistake.I ve been a customer of this business for years and a local here in Riverside. Everything was good prior but after this experience I will never be returning and informing those that I do know to shop elsewhere.

Went to get all 4 tires balanced and worker was not going to bal Abe the tires going to rear then I told him balance all he continued to valance and put weights across from another weight I commented and he got offended and refused to finish my job said I needed to take to more professional shop I thought I could help snn my all shop guess not owner was not around to comment

Awesome guys. Always have me in and out in no time, prices are super fair, and service is friendly. Everything you could ever want out of a tire shop, forget the big companies come support the small guys who care about their work.

So I called and was quoted $60 for a alignment on my 99 suburban. Got there they wanted to charge me $80 so I agreed and even gave them $100. My truck started pulling that night. I couldn't go back the next day it was Sunday I went back Monday. They were busy so I gave them my phone number they were supposed to call when the current vehicle being aligned was done. They never did I had to go in before they closed so I didn't drive my truck the way it was another day. So they aligned it again per there 1 month warranty the guy even took a test drive. He told me I should rotate my tires which I had just done the hour before and he thought that was the problem. Well it drove fine for about another hour and started pulling again so I got under it and checked everything out. My upper control arm bolts (very important for the camber on my suv) were not even torqued to 60 ft lbs. They call for 140 ft lbs. And the lowers they didn't even touch I marked them to see if they actually did anything to them and they didn't. Not only did they over charge me but the dangerously gave me my vehicle back with control arm bolts not even half as tight as the spec is im soo glad I checked I could've crashed and got hurt my vehicle weighs almost 7,000 pounds or worse hurt someone else I don't even want them to touch my truck again go somewhere reputable you will pay a little more because they will actually do the job.

This place has so bad customer service it's not even funny . It looks like a family runs this shop and the kids/sons are almost forced to work there as there attitude shows it . Won't ever take my business there unless I get a blowout right infront of there shop besides that never will I give them my business.
