I took my 4Runner to get my front windshield replaced. It leaked after the first wash 10 days after installation. It continued to leak and after taking it back FOUR times they finally took the windshield out to redo the whole replacement using the same piece of glass. Myself or my wife had to take off work to get it fixed 4 times as to not ruin our headliner. Well after the recent rains the windshield still leaks, headliner is ruined and our car smells like mildew. I wouldn t even be writing this but never once did they say sorry or even act like they cared. Never once did they offer a discount.Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I've trusted American autoglass repair to fix and/or replace different glass parts (depending on the situation) for all of my cars. I'm a 12+ year loyal customer. Staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond to get the job done quickly and safely. This last time was no different. My car got broken into via a window and I needed it fixed ASAP. They replaced it super quickly and for a very fair price. They also cleaned my car of all the broken glass from the robbery. They're just awesome.Services: Installation, Auto side window replacement

Called looking for quotes on getting my windows tinted for my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport, spoke w Jay who gave me price that was great and they were able to install that day. Dropped off Bronco Sport spoke w Hector who was very knowledgeable about the different tints and the benefits, I chose ceramic. After 2-3 days I noticed a couple defects so I brought in to shop Jay stated they stand by there Lifetime Warranty so they replaced windows that had defects along w the rest of windows. After replacing waited 4 days and windows looked amazing I was happy. I recommend All American Auto Glass to my friends and family. Jay and Hector were very professional easy to get along with and were understanding to my concern of defect in tint. It was repaired quickly and they were very friendly thru the whole process..Service: Installation

I had scheduled an appointment at a later date, but I wanted to see if they could take me in today and they said I was able to come in as a walk-in. They assessed my damage and helped me understand that I had a censor in my windshield which I didn t know I had. They handled my vehicle with care and their service was excellent. The quality of my windshield and tint is exceptional. I will always recommend All American Auto Glass to those who need any of their services. 10/10 business

Windshield needed replacing and these guys were able to do it ASAP for $140 cheaper than Safelite $190 if you go Safelite mobile who could only do it next week. Definitely the men for the job if you want it done quick and for a better rate!

I needed a replacement windshield for my older Honda Odyssey. I called up All American Auto Glass because of their reviews and how close they were to my home.I spoke to Frankie and he was very friendly on the phone. He told me that they would be able to get a replacement windshield for my van pretty quickly. I also asked if someone there could drive me home as I lived very close and he said he would make arrangements for me.When I got to the business, I met Frankie and he was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. We took care of the paperwork and he personally drove me back home. We had a pleasant conversation and I was told that my van would be ready around 1 p.m.I received a phone call around 12:30 that my van was ready to be picked up! It took only a few hours for the work to be done and I couldn't have been happier with the end result. The windshield is perfect and the cost came out to a little over $200 ! Frankie explained the reason that the price was so reasonable is that my vehicle is older and doesn't have the advanced tech that newer cars have so it saves on cost.I will do business with this company again if I need my windows repaired/replaced or tinted.Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Had my windshield replaced here, placed nice with no leaks but they left my rear view mirror dirty. As long with some of the side frame molding dirty as well. Then I come to find out my Vin strip that goes infront under the window was missing. Shady practice, be careful. Don't understand why they didn't place it back or give hand it over once i picked up my vehicle.So check you Vin before leaving this place!

Called looking a windshield and side window for a friend on a 1988 mercury cougar. ( not a very common car nowadays) and to my surprise they were able to source one pretty much for the next day. Set up an appointment for later in the week and had it installed. Took a couple of hours, kinda figured since it's an older car, but overall worth it since I thought it would be near to impossible to get a hold of. Personally want to thank Jay for helping out. If you're shopping around, support local business, especially a place that can get the job done.Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Great experience with these guys, supper helpful when I called. Showed up and they were very nice and had my windshield removed and replaced in under 45 minutes. Their price was the best around and service was great! Very happy I went with them. New windshield looks amazing. I recommend All American Auto Glass to anyone who needs a window/windshield fixed.

The owner Jay really took care of all my window tint needs right away. I was quoted the lowest price and was very happy with the work. Jay explained in detail the difference in type of tints available and made professional recommendations. I will be returning as a future customer.

My girlfriend went to get her windshield repaired (quick chip repair) and the initial quote we have received was $45 which I thought was reasonable. After about 40 minutes, we were able to retrieve our vehicle. HOWEVER, it turns out we were charged $50 for it.Not sure why, but we went back to the place and surprisingly the other customer who had the exact same repair done was charged $45. The person at the counter refunded the $5 that was overcharged. They never gave us a solid reason as to why we were charged more than the customer next to us, and the fact that they refunded the $5 right after we called them out kind of shows that they already knew that they were overcharging us.Make sure to check your receipt before you leave the place.Service: Auto windshield repair

I came to this company to get a quote. I was quoted $260 to replace my windshield. Jay the manager even went out to my car and reviewed if I had sensors which I do, I have the collision avoidance, condensation sensor, and Lane Keep Assist. So I told him excellent let me make an appointment so I can have my windshield replaced since this was the cheapest I was quoted. Well here is the problem the day of the appointment I show up and he wants to charge me $290 because my windshield has sensors, I told him that he saw my car and saw the sensors and quoted me $260. He then goes to say for the inconvenience he'll do it for $285. Since this was the cheapest so far I tell him ok. Good thing while waiting for my ride I called another shop (Millenium Auto Glass) and before he got in my car to pull it in I told him I didn't want him to replace my windshield as I found another shop that I would rather do the service. I would not recommend the shop as it seems a bit shady because if I'm quoted a price especially after looking over what is going to be serviced/replaced I expect a shop to honor the price.

I've used this location before Oh, a few years ago my car was broken into and my window is shattered. I recall getting a good price and the service was fast. I was driving on the 91 and a large Rock hit my window not just chipping it the causing a huge crack. The following day was a hot day in Riverside and the crack grew even more 2 about half of my windshield. I called and they said they had my windshield in stock and I can bring it in in the afternoon. When I got there I informed the guy that I had previously used their services and he gave me a 10% discount for being a loyal customer. Will definitely use our services again.

This is the place you can trust! Very reliable persons, very good service, best price, and they will do their best to satisfy your need. I had a very pleasant experience with them. Ray and his brother are very professional and willing to answer me all the questions about replacing the windshield with great patience. Most importantly, the job is perfectly done! Definitely will recommend to my friends. 5 stars!

This business is AMAZING!! One of my rear windows was smashed in and I originally took it to the dealership. They even recommended I find an All American Glass because of the price difference. I arrived around noon and they said to come back a couple hours later and they would have the correct window I needed. I was shocked at how great the price was. Total wait time for them to install it was under 5 minutes and they even vacuumed the broken glass. Also the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. This whole experience seriously took all the aggravation away of having my car broken into. If something like this happens again, I know where to come!

5 Stars! I highly recommend All American Auto Glass. I called to schedule my appointment as they had to order my windshield. They were very friendly & professional. The owner was nice & easy going. Great service & the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back, if I ever need my windshield replaced again. (I got my windshield replaced last year, still holding up as it should)

I called a few places because I needed my BMW x5 rear window replaced. All American Auto glass offered me the fastest service for the best price! They had the glass ordered within minutes of my first call and it was delivered from the dealer the next day. They took a total of one day to replace my window when all other places were quoting me 3-7 days. And it was a breeze working with them and my insurance co. Along with fast service and great prices, they also offer excellent customer service and go above and beyond other places to help accommodate their customer's needs. I highly recommend All American Auto glass!
