The best mechanics Andres and his uncle! Best service best work and great prices! Even though they are busy but my car always finishes within short time not to mention that I took so many cars there and I always go home happy

Went there because they were recommended. Went inside to ask about prices about their AC. Stood there with my friend for about 7 mins while the owner was on the phone. Didn't say anything. Not "hold on one moment" or "be with u in just a moment" which I used to do regardless of profession (office, customer service, fast food etc). Because of that we went next door (few doors down) and lost a customer . I'm so sorry but that was very rude.

Honest and pricing wasn't bad, wish they offered financing but I totally understand and respect their business decision

Let me start off with saying I never usually write reviews, but this shop has been so AWESOME that I feel it is the least I can do.I run a small business with a fleet of cars and since I have found A&R they have truly helped me and my business so much. Andres and Auscencio are Very knowledgeable, honest, and just really cool people. They always take their time to explain exactly what s going on with the vehicle and always provided fair pricing since day one. I even recommend my closest family and friends to A&R auto service. I took my car to get serviced here and it was so good to see everyone at the shop was so nice and understanding. Not only did they service my car but their customer service was A1! We have a small company that needs quick service to keep our bucket trucks on the road. Andres is very good at communication and getting our trucks done in a quick manner. A new customer. I have been to this place to get a Camry 2002 front bearing pressed in. They did the job very good, put the bearing in without damaging it. The previous place I visited, Ga...la Auto destroyed the bearing I provided with the spindle before.This shop is clean, seems well organized with adequate tools, people are punctual and really nice. Their pricing is fair and feels all right when you pay for the service without any remorse. I will use them whenever needed. A role model repair shop for 87% of the mechanics in the nation.

Knowledge and professional! Auscencio is amazing and has been our family for over fifteen years! Andres is also great at explaining what's wrong and getting it fixed! These guys will keep you on the road!!

My grandfather and mother have been using Auscencio as a family mechanic for over five years and he is the most fair, reliable and amazing man and mechanic! Our family loves the quick service and fair pricing as well! Thanks A&R for keeping us on the road!

This is the best shop I know in riverside, and I've lived here my whole life. The men are honest and fairly priced. They will not try to make a small problem into a big one just to make extra money.

O2 sensors replaced. I thought it was 4 sensors. Only 2 required. Which I already had with me. $85 quoted. $62 was charged because he said that there was a heat shield to work around. Should've been $42.50. You make your oun decision on thier honesty. Quick in and out.
