We recently bought a 2000 coachman RV and didn t know much about RVs at the time of purchase. We ended up with significant roof issues and other maintenance issues that had been ignored by previous owners. 911 RV Repair gave us a complete breakdown of all the issues with the coach and helped us determine what was necessary to fix immediately and what could wait. They took time out to explain everything thoroughly and gave us many options for how to go about making sure our coach was safe and operable. They did the work professionally and very quickly! We are so happy with the work they did and the time they took to be sure we understood what was done and what we need to do to keep our coach in top shape! We will definitely use 911 RV Repair as our #1 RV repair and maintenance shop. We were in a total pinch and 911 RV Repair saved us. We are moving out of state in 2 days and going to be full time RV ing. As we went out to load up some items in the RV we noticed the fridge was was beeping and had an error code flashing. We exhausted all measures that we knew what to do and started looking for a mobile RV repair and to our surprise 911 RV Repair is also 24hr. I called at 8pm and a tech was at our house 90 minutes later. He trouble shouted, repaired and was gone in about an hour. Was worth every penny, and would highly recommend. He was courteous, prompt and very professional.

RC from 911 RV Repair came as a recommendation of the RV park we were staying at. The pulley for our kitchen slide out detached from the wall and the cable was off set from the pulley on both sides.He was able to provide a diagnosis of what likely caused the issue. He is very knowledgeable about his craft.What put him over the top for us was that he was able to put my family and I at ease, during such a stressful situation, with his sense of humor.He was quick, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, and RC, to anyone that asks.

Highly recommended. As a business owner I personally understand the importance of quality service, integrity and customer care. RC responded promptly and was very courteous. I explained the urgency of our problem and we were going to be leaving for a trip in 2 days. He was at my home in less than 3 hours to evaluate the problem. He got right to work. Within 30 min he gave me good news and bad news. The bad news was we were not going to be able to use toilets. The good news was I could use the sinks and bath tubs. Darn! That meant I still was going to have to wash dishes. HaHa!. Unfortunately due the nature of the problem in our return trip we drop it off at his place of business. Good to know that good old fashion service and integrity is still alive. HAPPY TRAILS.....

We needed a mobile RV mechanic for an issue we were having with our coach. 911 RV Repair came to the rescue. Although they weren t actually able to diagnose our issue because we were locked out of our storage garage, 911 RV showed patience and understanding after driving quite a distance to our RV location. We were so impressed with their professionalism in this most uncomfortable situation. We would like to recommend this company based solely on their professional attitudes as well as making us feel like the customer truly is put in first place. We will be having our coach towed to this business and will be writing another review after the work is completed!P.S. They fixed our coach in a short period that put us back on the road again. Amazing service and great service!!

I recommend RC and his staff for any RV issues you may have or are concerned about. Outstanding professionalism, advice, communication and work on all levels. The work I specifically had done, was due to all the normal use and maintenance one should keep up on, which I very poorly neglected for years. 911 RV Repair set me back on the proper path again, and prepared my 'SRFNHM' (surfin home) for my future upcoming adventures into retirement and life on the exploration fun road. I really cannot say enough about RC, other than experience his advice and services for yourself. He's got all my future work when needed. RC was able to fit us in earlier than projected. He fixed the fuel pump for generator and replace our water pump in no time. In addition he also went above and beyond and performed some maintenance cleaning in our AC filters. He even had time to educate us on the proper use of our RV water pump. He was highly informative and the service was impeccable.

I can't say enough good things about 911 RV repair. We had one of our ACs go out right before a two week trip, they were so diligent working with the warranty company and got our new unit installed the evening before we left on our trip!! Thank goodness for 911 RV. We will always use them for any repair and maintenance on our RV. They are the best!!Service: Air conditioning

Highly recommend this business!My cabin A/C quit on me during the weekend in this 100 degree heat. Reached out to RC and got a response within an hour. He was extremely thorough in explaining the warranty process and what was to be expected with the payment process.Took my RV in and the replacement was done the same day. When I went to pick up my motorhome RC gave me lots of tips to extend the life of this new one. Any other random maintenance questions he assisted with as well and I m thankful. My water heater is next on the repair list and I will definitely be going back to this establishment.Service: Air conditioning

I called 911 RV repair for an emergency electrical problem I was having with my trailer. I was able to book an appointment and they were able to fix it the same day. RC fixed my issue in less than an hour. He also took the liberty to fix my restroom light when he noticed it wasn t working! So glad I called 911 RV Repair. RC was so knowledgeable and explained everything as he worked. I had an excellent experience and definitely recommend using them.

RC is the bee s knees!! This dude knows his stuff! Not only was he easy to talk to and understand, he was personable, educational, and offered great insights into all things RV living. He offered himself up to questions beyond the scope of the task he was performing and was genuinely willing to answer and provide resources to RV maintenance and upkeep. RC truly is the man he says he is and his performance reflect every word he stands by. He is ethical, considerate and knowledgeable. We needed an RV repair guy and fast today and we came out with a friend! He delivered his promise and provided his contact information and availability to our family. Replacement of tongue Jack and controller (converter .) The specialist. RC was not only expedient in responding to my phone call and texts, but also explained the work he would do in a way we could easily understand. The technician had a great understanding of my 4 problems and diagnosed them within 90 minutes. These are problems other RV repair technicians did not fix correctly. Their call out rates are higher but because he showed up right away and solved the problems quickly it was worth the extra money and probably cheaper in the long run.

On our way home from one of our adventures, our hydraulic pump would not work for our slider and we had damage to our roof too. When we got home, we did not know who to contact. After reading reviews, we decided to give 911 RV Repair a try and we are so happy we did. RC and his customer service are amazing. He continued to be in contact with us throughout the whole process and explained all details. The repairs were not cheap not because of 911 RV but because we needed a whole new pump and extensive repair on the roof. RC honestly did his best to keep a fair price for us and he and his team delivered excellent repair and we are very happy that we found them for future maintenance. He has earned our trust because of the experience we had with his company. I highly recommend 911 RV Repair. You will not be disappointed. Happy travels everyone!

RC and 911RV were great to work with. He treated our RV as though he would be taking it cross country himself.He did a thorough check up and gave us an itemized list of recommended services, but there was no pressured up sales. They did a quality job and the RV was finished prior to the promised completion date. RC is a genuine guy with a lot of knowledge. He is extremely responsive and is willing to help out the customer. After being ignored from Giant RV, it was nice to actually talk to someone and have that person know what he s talking about. RC came out the day after I called him on an emergency repair and fixed my slide out. While he was fixing my slide he was explaining what he was doing and why. He was really thorough and made sure to answer any questions I may have had. 100% highly recommend using 911 rv for any rv related issues.Service: Electrical

RC did our repair and he took it at the last minute, on the same day, when we were truly having an RV 9-1-1!!! We had renters picking up the RV the next day. The RV broke THAT day. Our renters had the booking since 2 months prior. Our regular RV shop said it would take them 3-4 days to get the parts- we didn't have time for that!!! RC was A GODSEND. He was so friendly, detailed, he truly cared about our situation and that of our renters. He actually offered to stay beyond closing time and to work late into the night to fix the RV so that our renters' trip would not be ruined at the very last minute! He then texted us routinely late into the night and had the RV up and running that very night! Not only did he do a phenomenal job but he was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. An absolute delight! We would definitely come back to 911 Repair. RC went above and beyond in technical service and customer service. Absolutely fantastic !Service: Electrical

911 RV Repair is completely professional and ready to assist you. I was in a bind and constrained by time when I damaged my A/C. Every local RV maintenance shop within a 50 mile radius I contacted was booked weeks out and said all their A/C parts were not only back ordered, but were especially hard to come by during these times of COVID.RC had a complete new A/C unit and confirmed he could have it installed within 4 hours! He is extremely knowledgeable about RV maintenance, responsive, and genuinely takes pride in the quality of his work. He made the repairs quick and painless. Thanks again RC!-Cesar C.

RC and his crew did a great job on our 2005 Jayco Trailer. We did the air conditioning, awning, oven repairs and slide out maintenance. When we originally went in RC recommended that we let him test the air first before we commit to buying a new one. It has froze over regularly ever since we bought the trailer. We did have to replace it but RC did a great job, we went to the river and ran the AC on full cold and high the whole trip and had zero problems! Great work, fair prices, and a great guy all around! Took the trailer back today to have the roof resealed. I wholeheartedly recommend 911 RV repair.

Well everybody I went in very skeptical but came out very satisfied. let me tell my story had to get myself prepared for the weekend and needed to get an oil change for my Thor Vegas 2015 and I happen to mention that my Cummings gasoline generator wouldn't start and I said can you take a look at it also he said sure no problem. He gave me a diagnostic test on it. and he told me what the problem was and fix the problem not to mention it was broke for a year not knowing what was the problem and he took the time out to explain different things about my coach that I appreciate. he took more time to educate me on what was going on with my coach then the people that I bought it from way back in 2015 and I bought it new so to end this. I came out very happy oil change and my generator working so 911 RV repair I will recommend it to anyone you too will believe Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Awesome work! RC took my RV in last minute and turned it around really fast ensuring that I was able to have it back a few days later. All the other repair shops couldn't get me in for weeks, RC took me the next day! He also spent a lot of time giving me tips on how to keep my RV in the best shape possible. Great detailed service. We had no running lights, brake lights or turn signals working on our trailer. We went through all of the fuses and tried several avenues before calling 911 RV Repair. They came to me fast, got me on the road and looked over extra areas to ensure we were safe and ready for the road. Really appreciate how honest and quick they were. We had a problem with our RV A/C and had a tech from another company come take a look. He told us it was shot and it would take 6 months to get another one. Then he tested the compressor incorrectly and fried the control unit! So we found Robert at 911 RV Repair. He found out we were getting cooked alive in our RV with 102 outside temps earlier that day and he came right out at 9 at night and got after it. He diagnosed our problem correctly, cleaned and serviced our other A/C unit on the spot, and got us a brand new replacement unit the very next day. Highly recommend Robert and his company. He is very knowledgable and I will definitely use his service again.Service: Air conditioning

RC and his team is a great find. We were having trouble with our trailers breaks. I started the research and found 911 RV Repair. I was a little worried about pulling our trailer 33 miles instead of 3 mile to a local shop (with break problems). Texted RC and he replied within 10 minutes. After talking RC he insured me that it would okay and worth my time. He was right. After dropping of my trailer I received updates of what they found wrong and updates of repair. I have not experienced such customer service in years. For sure if we have any other repairs need on our trailer we are going back to 911 RV Repair. Thank you RC and your team.

911 is a very well managed professionally run business. Our RV needed major roof re sealing and leak repair. They texted extensive pic's to ensure we understood what needed to be done. They adjusted and lubed our slides to ensure longevity (super important) They found/cleaned our trailer connection which was shorting out which resulted in no brake lights or turn signals. Annual maintenance is extremely important and should not be overlooked. We will be bringing our trailer in yearly for a health check!! 5 stars!! They provide pictures of the work they perform and are reasonably priced. Superb service!!!! I had propane, step and ac issues plus the annual maintenance services performed. The best experience I ever had RV shop, it was Monday morning send Michael text tell about my air conditioner in my travel trailer was not working and the we were leaving to Yellow Stone on Sunday, so he made time to see what the problem was, he call me back in two hours, and gave a couple of options. I decided to have it replaced with a bigger unit, the was done by four pm great service if you need your air conditioning service this is the place. Thank you Service: Air conditioning
