Don't order online from this company. I placed an order on a wheel cap about a month ago and still have not received a phone call or information about my order. My total $35 ish still has not been refunded it's almost impossible to get a hold of them.

They were super helpful Alex helped me out when I wanted to life my Tacoma, and one of the other workers helped me today to pick out a wiring harness. Would recommend 10/10 experience.

Fair prices, large selection of products. The customer service vary depending on which associate you got I had a little bit of both. The initial associate to help me was not the best but I ended off on a good note with the other associate that help me at the end.

This riverside stores customer service is 2nd to none.The job didn't go perfect, and i would say they definitely lost money, but at the end of the day, they made sure I left happy.I am definitely now a lifelong customer.

This place is a joke. They have several employees that walk around and have no idea what they are doing. I dropped my Jeep off there to get things repaired they used odd size bolts that were not tight I had to end up taking my Jeep to another place to have it properly repairs

Do yourself a favor and go to Off Road Warehouse down the street. They are experts in offroad sports unlike the clowns that work here.Honestly, customer service needs improvement. When one walks in there is no organization for standing in line. When you find the last person in the mob, you'll notice the cashiers are on dates with customers. Is it too much to ask for you to take your blossoming bro-mance elsewhere? The other frustrating thing is they set appointments for what? I dropped of my truck before 10am for a simple shock replacement. It's now close to closing, and is the truck done? Nope. Do yourself a favor and order your parts from Amazon, you'll find them WAY cheaper.

Very helpful when I was there. Special ordered a truck bed tool box. It arrived in excellent shape,no dents or scratches. Service associate helped me open and inspect it before leaving. Also helped me load in the truck. I will continue to shop here.

On 6/1/23 I went in for tires on my 4x4 2017 Ford Truck & JOSH MORENO helped me out. He was patient as I didn t know exactly what it was that I wanted. I said I was thinking bigger but not noisy and beefy looking tires. He showed me several in stock, in the showroom, online, came out to my truck to check the wheel well space and shared his knowledge and professional opinion. Through this process it was easy to see that Josh was the go to man since several of the other employees politely excused themselves to ask for Josh help/opinions I asked if Josh was the manager and to my surprise he said no? I walked out with an appointment and out the door spent $2523.09 I went to my appointment and Josh still was the man everyone went to he was so busy and so sought after that I waited as long as I could but ultimately had to just be attended to by someone else who was just as awesome and professional. My overall experience was great and I m beyond satisfied with your service. I hope the next time I go Josh is a manager being compensated for his obvious knowledge and leadership role he s taking on with the other employees.

Last week I decided to purchase some shocks from 4Wheel Parts and i must say, I was very impressed with the staffs customer service and responsiveness. I walked in, addressed my issue that i was having with my truck, and i was helped instantly. I would definitely come back for future purchases. Worst experience ordering shocks for my truck. The parts expert ordered the shocks for my truck and when I went to install the shocks the front shocks were the wrong ones. So I had to leave my truck on jack stands and miss a day of work and took the shocks back the next day. I took them back and told the employee that I was sold the wrong shocks and he did not apologize or seem to care as he just refunded me the money. I asked if I can get a discount of any sort or anything and he said that they don t do that. Would not recommend going to these part experts . I would rather go to Autozone or Oriellys any day.

They're very easy to find off of the 91 Freeway and Tyler exit, they do excellent work oh, they have a great variety of upgraded parts for your off-road vehicles and to improve the performance. They are a little pricey but you can have every confidence that the work is done right and that is well worth the price.

4WP hands down knows and sells the best. Josh and Dominik never tried to up-sale or sell me anything I didn t need. They listen to what you are looking for and will take the time and effort to accommodate and accomplish to your specific vehicle needs. They installed my retrax bed cover with Thule bed rack in less than 2 hours. The process was straight forward, precise, clear, and smooth. 5/5 recommend for any Truck or Jeep to check them out. Definitely working with them again.

This auto parts store is TRASH they oversold me on parts and would not give me a refund or store credit for un opened unused parts with a reicept. It's not right to take advantage of customers who don't know your field of work. I would recommend Any other shop other then this sham shop.

We ordered a new bumper and winch for our off-road vehicle, and we waited a couple of weeks and never heard from them. We tried to call several times to see if it had arrived at the store but no one ever answered. My husband had to drive out to the store to learn that the order never shipped. They said they would call us and let us know when it showed up. They never called. We tried to call them several times again and nobody ever answers. We live pretty far from the store. Guess we will have to drive out there again. we hope they have it.. Their customer service is beyond terrible. We won t be buying anything here again.

Solid stock, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I counted 7 people at the counter and none of them even bothered to greet me or make eye contact. Walked out after 15 minutes of waiting. Considered calling from the lot to see if that was faster but opted to go elsewhere instead.
