Found one of the good ones- showed up later on a Thursday and they were swamped- stacks of trucks and service orders all over the service desk. And while they couldn t do anything that afternoon- they said to come see them first thing in the morning and they would see what they could do-Came back in the morning and as they said- they got to my rig- what I figured would be a simple O ring for a coolant leak turned out to be more (doesn t it always)- but they got it diagnosed and parts found and priced- provided me with a most probable case estimate and a time table for parts to get there- and not only did they get it done faster than they predicted they came in almost $400 under the original estimate I approved-It s rare this day in age for a shop to actually care about how they treat randoms- it s one thing to be good to your regulars but these guys are awesome to everyone- repair done fast and under estimate is a special thing in modern trucking- don t hesitate to come here if your needing a repair-And the shop supervisor Loves to get scratched behind the ears lol

Amazing service I was going to loves and by mistake I went to this garage called burns truck and trailer. The owner was on the desk and he was very kind and helpful. I didn t know he is the owner until the end when I asked for the owner so I can thank him for the amazing service and it was the same guy. Good pricing and amazing service. I can't say enough about these guys! Very professional and knowledgeable! They was booked up but Justin moved some things around and was able to accommodate me. His mechanics are top of the line and very professional! Thanks again to the Burns team for getting me in and out in a timely manner!!

Very professional. They truly care about safety and will discuss with you why and come up with a solution. ALL and I do mean ALL my equipment will be sent here. The staff is wonderful absolute professionalism . I can not tell it all. Try them and see for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed

Had a cracked weld on a fender bracket which they repaired and, much to my surprise, they cleaned up and reinforced all the other welds on the other brackets!! The original fender install had been sloppily done, with three of those welds cracking, so reinforcement was definitely needed!! This is a great shop, with skilled mechanics, and very reasonable prices. I will definitely come back to Burns for my West Coast service needs!

Very impressed with this shop. Was told they'd try and squeeze us in. Had u bolt snap on leaf spring for drive axle and got us in within 30 mins.. They were booked for next 4 days and got us in and did our repair. Was very impressed with the price and the great service. Myself Lucky and my company name Jeevan Transportation Inc. Burns,did Great service!!! Amazing folks. My truck had an issue with fuel line and these guys took care of it within no time. The owner took guys off of a job to have my road service taken care bcz it's was 100 degrees hot and my son was with me on this trip. I have no words. Maybe my expectations are unreasonable. But.....from the midwest, the job i requested could have been done in half the time. In California I am sure they are on par with their competition. I personally will shop around to other facilities VS using them again.

GREAT service!!! Mark and his crew are the best! Even as booked as they are, I called and they immediately fit me in so that I could be gone as quick as possible! I can t emphasize how wonderful my experience was! Definitely be back if I m in the area! 5 STARS!!!

Mark Burns and his staff were outstanding. My travel trailer was involved in an accident on I-5 on a Friday evening. On Saturday morning, he and his staff located parts and completed the repairs so that we could continue our camping trip. Mark and his staff far exceeded expectations. The quality of work was top notch, as was the customer service.

Excellent customer service . This is the only place I take my motorhome for service. When I take it in for service whether its just a simple oil change or not they check everything and advise you if anything needs repair or replace. The staff at Burn's did a great job repairing my truck. The staff was professional and they thoroughly explained everything to me. They fixed my coolant leaks within a day. The wait at the dealer was over a week. Thanks. I will be back.

Burns Truck and Trailer Service is AMAZING!! My family was traveling from Washington state to a race in California when we had an issue with our motor home with a freight liner chassis. The shop was just about to close but they agreed to take a look at the motor home and discovered the problem was with the air bags. They stayed after closing for 3 hours and worked until the problem was fixed getting my family safely back on the road and to the races on time! Thank you so much to everyone at Burns Truck and Trailer service for staying after and making sure the problem was resolved. We appreciate your awesome customer service, thank you from the Clements family!

This place is scam. They do not honor their words. Spent $700 on alignment and guy told me that I need to get front tires replaced. He told me that he is going to check front tires alignment after I get it replaced for no charge. But when I went to burns after I replaced my tires. Now they re saying they re gonna charge me $130 an hour. Do not trust their words.

Scam place Quote me for trailer alignment $250, when I went to get service they said $350 I said ok when I went to pay, they bill me for $458 and they said my nut bolt on the trailer was to tight. 1.5hour service.

My radiator was plugged and they said they couldn't get the engine to overheat on test drives. That's unfortunately not possible since the radiator is plugged 60-70% and will overheat everytime (yes, everytime) I drive it. Basically, they didn't want to deal with it and tried to sell me other services instead of taking care of the main problem. Additionally, they lost my radiator cap and I had to ask them for a new one when I pointed out that there was no radiator cap. What they did, I do not know. In the end, the lied about the services they provided and charged more than they should have for not fixing the problem. There are many choices in Manteca for this kind of work. Recommend calling around before coming here.

Wen in for a small job and I was expecting the usual highway robbery. These guys are actually honest and fair with pricing. Fully recommend if your far from home and need work done.
