Such great customer service! My husband came by to get a single part for his car from there and because of how amazing the service was he decided to bring his rims all the way from Stockton to Sac to get the tires installed from them personally! We couldn t have found a better shop to get these bad boys on! Thanks for making my husband s vision come true! We appreciate you all! Will definitely come by here again for future purchases!

Was debating on whether or not the long drive up here was worth it or not. Definitely was! I brought my Taco in for a new set of Method Rims. Both Jim & Sam were very knowledgeable about literally everything Tacoma related. It s a friendly family-ran business. I definitely recommend this place! Thanks for the great service.

I found this shop on FB a while ago. I finally stopped by to get a quote for TRD wheels for my 23 Tacoma Sport. I m glad I did. I bought wheels and tires on the spot. Great price and professional staff. I m definitely going to recommend to family and friends!!

I normally do not write reviews, but I absolutely love this shop! I found them on FB. I took a chance and thank goodness I did. Not only did I get new shoes for my girl. They also replaced my shocks, and CV Joint All in just the perfect time for the storm. I highly recommend this shop!

I had really high expectations with all the 5star reviews. I was told they were gonna fix the problem over the phone, once showing up I was told they didn t know if they can do it that day. Why not just tell me over the phone you didn t want to do it EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE ME A APPOINTMENT TO SHOW UP. SMH had to drive 2hrs to them! Ever coming back to them.

Just picked up my 2022 4Runner TRD Pro and my Sons 2015 Toyota 4Runner. We both had BFG 285/70/17 K02's installed. They had the best deals around but more importantly their service was as good as one could ever hope to get. This family owned business (4 brothers) is the most professional ran business that I have dealt with in a very long time. Very, Very pleased. On my 2022 4Runner they also did a Westcott lift on it at the same time. "Perfect". These guys are incredible! The 2022 4Runner is a quiet and as smooth as the factory Nitto tires were. This I wasn.t expecting. My son said his drives nicer than it ever has. Both of us can't be more pleased. We live 70 miles roundtrip away and never would we consider another shop to do business. They know their stuff. We dealt mainly with Jim but spoke with the brothers as well. All were great. Thanks guys and we will be back. Thanks again, Glen.

Tried to get a quote on how much my current trd wheels would be worth to OWA & they said they would get back to me. They never did. And were surprisingly rude on the phone.I was inquiring because I was going to purchase new rims if they wanted my current ones.Luckily there s many other options available closer to me.

These guys are hard working professionals that know their business of rims and tires. I was moving up a rim size and was unsure about a few things.Everything went smoothly with my installation and answered my questions thoroughly . Good selection and reasonable prices I have no problem recommending this place to anyone.

Best tire shop experience I ever had. Not only they are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions and recommend me exactly what I need, they also let me try on 3 different sets of wheels to make sure I get exactly what I like. They earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.

Jim and his family are amazing. I ve been purchasing wheels tires rims lifts all over the state of California for many years, and I have never been fully satisfied with my experience. Today, that has changed. I have found my permanent location that I will be traveling to anytime I need anything done related to wheels or suspension. This family is one of a kind. The best of the best. EVERYONE should come to this shop for their tire wheel and suspension needs.

Great customer service, and really friendly. Oh and price was the lowest I could find. Dealing with this shop seemed like I was dealing with friends, just really friendly, professional and quick. They even mounted a tire on the rim and put it on my truck first to make sure I still liked the option I chose and to let me know if there were any rubbing issues before I paid. Great company I definitely recommend them and will use them again for my other tire and rim needs.

Hands down one of the best places I ve been to. The friendly staff advised me what the best setup for my 1986 4Runner is that fits my budget. Helped me go over my options and better understand what I want and why. The install was amazing and I ve had no issues in the last 6 months. They have great selection of wheels, tires and lifts. Will definitely be coming back in the future for upgrades for my runner, and my future projects I will pick up!

Can't say enough about these guys! These gentlemen truly care more about their customer's satisfaction more than their time. I was looking to give my truck a more aggressive look so I picked a set of mud tires out, after about 35 minutes they had mounted, balanced and synced new tire pressure sensors. After leaving I realized the mud tires were too far from the feel of the factory tires, I returned shortly to the shop because once I got up to freeway speeds I wasn't happy with the smoothness of the ride. These guys took all the tires back off and re-balanced every wheel for me. After another test drive I still was just not happy with the ride. Returning for the third time, without hesitation, they offered to mount a different brand of mud tire for me. I came to the realization that mud tires just didn't give have the same smooth ride that I was use to so I had them mount a more factory style tire. In the end I got a new set of 20" black rims that look amazing and a great riding tire, I couldn't be more happy with the result. By the end of my experience they had removed and installed tires from my truck four times and not once did they complain or make me feel as though I was being difficult. Even after all this, they refunded my 150$ because the final set I chose was a bit cheaper that the mud tires I had originally picked, I insisted multiple times for them to keep the difference for their trouble but they absolutely refused. This tire shop is the golden example of what customer service should be, I can't recommend this place enough!!!!

Jim and Rueben of Original Wheels and Tires were awesome to work with. Rueben and I connected on offer up, where he coached me through the options and connected me with their specialist for lifts, Jim. Jim was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to make the larger tires, and lift combo work for the Toyota Tacoma. It was fast paced and drop in same day and the results came out great! Highly recommended! They put on a 2 lift with 28570R17 BF Goodrich KO2 AT s.

Unbelievably awesome. Showed up near closing to pick up a set of wheels. After deciding to get tires as well, they mounted three different wheels and tires on my truck. Left their shop(well passed closing) very pleased, with a feeling i experienced customer service all but lost this day and age. Highly recommend.

All the good reviews are true! I m so glad I came here for my wheels. I am very pleased with my service at Original Wheels and Accessories. You can t beat their pricing or great service!I ve been to many shops in the area and I have to say, this has been my best experience at a wheel shop. The owner, Dan, is a very genuine person. I wanted a very specific setup for my F150 and it came out great!I would definitely would recommend this shop to my friends and families.
