Outstanding! Tina and Rusty and their mechanics are all excellent.They care about you and your vehicle. Any repairs and inspections are well done. Future needs are discussed. I enjoy going into office and talking with Tina and whoever else is there. Everyone is very knowledgeable.. I trust them completely to do great repair work.Completely satisfied.

Don t waste your time, they are selective on who they want to help. Asked for a smog check. They told me it s by appointment only. Which is fine they recommended another place, I told them he was closed today. She began to slam that owner saying he always pulls things like that. All that being said I asked her to make an appointment for 2 smog checks today, and she didn t want anwser me but recommended to another place. What type of business owner works like that. I m sure with attitudes like that they will be out of business soon . I sure hope so!

I've taken my vehicle three times now.Granted this has been the only place I've taken my vehicle so I can't give any comparison to other vehicle repair shops in the Ridgecrest area I can say that Warrens has been a great experience.The staff is friendly, hospitable, and very informative with repairs.They will inform you of what is being done as well as any other potential future issues that will eventually need to be addressed without up selling for the sake of profit upon request or mentioning of other problems during your visit.Fair warning they are always busy so I recommend calling to schedule as soon as possible if you need repairs done before you are in crisis mode with your vehicle if possible as it can be generally a week before they can get you in.

Was recommended this shop by a friend when I had concerns about a transmission fluid leak. I explained the symptoms displayed, findings from previous mechanic (out of state) and my concerns. I was surprised the response from the female receptionist was mostly dismissive and told I was completely wrong about the maintenance my car requires despite what other mechanics, friends of mine, and internet research suggested. This was all even before LOOKING at my vehicle. After some back and forth and reluctance from receptionist and a tech even addressing the issue and willing to take an appointment to look at it I finally got one...3 weeks out...yet my friend who recommended them says he gets in within a week everytime and was surprised when I told them how long I had to wait just to have it LOOKED at and didn't even give me a price point for an inspection/diagnosis. I made an appointment but didn't feel good about it and ended up diagnosing it myself for $50 bucks ordering the special dipstick it required to check. The day before, day of, and day after my appointment came and went and nobody bothered to reach out. Really disappointing experience considering I just moved here and was met with hostility and skepticism... But I'm happy to spend my money elsewhere with a business who actually wants my business and is willing to listen to clients rather than argue, belittle, and talk down to them. I gave 2 stars only because I didn't have any actual service here and never got past dealing with the front desk.

Hi all you old dudes out there--Im an old man with an old car (86 Chrysler )and the only place that can take care of it and find the parts is Rusty Warrens Auto Repair, he keeps the old brown growler ;purring like a kitten while princess Tina at then front desk assures that us old dudes are treated with TL&C. Rusty and Tina and the crew can fix anything at a reasonable price and are a real pleasure to do business with --I speak with experience as they always know what to do when Im stranded on the street somewhere--and they are real nice people too--John Johnson ( JJ )--they do everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

I would hate it if I had to take my car some where instead of Warren's Automotive. I think hands down this is the most honest shop in town. Don't care what my problem is with my auto I can always take it to Rusty Warren and I know it will be done right and with a fair price.

Rusty Warren is the best mechanic in Ridgecrest. He's knowledgeable, accountable, and will give you the best service at a fair price. Just an update. My truck is now at about 230,000 miles and I am pretty sure it will see 300,000 before I need to maybe replace the engine. I credit the regular maintenance and care provided by Warren's. Great people to deal with.The crew at Warren's do great work and stand behind it. Warren's is the nicest automotive shop I have ever done business with. Nice facility and super nice people. They've helped me keep my old truck running to 200,000 miles now.

My husband and I have used Warren Automotive for all our business and personal vehicles. They are the best. They are thorough, professional, friendly and extremely efficient. As a woman I never have to worried of being taken advantage of. Tina, David and Rusty actually care about their customers. I Google them, and found that they had the best rating in town. So naturally I decided to give them the opportunity to gain a new customer. And from the moment I started talking with Tina, it was such a poor experience, she is so "matter of factly" wouldn't let me talk, or explain anything, very short with me and I did end up scheduling an oil change for today March 1st 2022.Today, I had missed the appointment and had called to respectfully let them know why and she was worse this time and said, " I think you need do go somewhere else..." then hung up on me.I myself have worked in customer service for about 12-13 years... This was by FAR one of my top worst experiences in customer service.And all our small businesses in Ridgecrest wonder why most people go out of town for their needs... it's people like YOU Tina.Again, thanks to anyone from taking the time to read this, have a great day, and be warned not to spend any of your hard earned money with this business.

Great people and great service. If you are looking for an honest mechanic to fix your car, look no further. Ended up costing me a few hundred less than what I was quoted for. This is the only place I take my vehicles to get smogged now.

Exceptional customer service. They offer you a free loaner car to use while your own car is being repaired. They call and leave a voicemail 2x daily to update you on your repairs and price changes. Both customer service representatives I've dealt with have been very good. Highly recommend.

This is the best auto shop in the world. I have been taking my vehicle here for years and have always been very happy. Rusty and Tina run a professional and friendly business. I love this shop so much that I drive 2.5 hours one way to have them work on my vehicle. No one else touches my vehicle.

This is one of my all time favorite businesses. Rusty and Tina Warren run and operate a very professional, honest and customer friendly shop. They work collaboratively and compassionately with their clients, ensuring that work that needs to be done on a vehicle is also the can be done, and done to both the customers' full satisfaction and to the high standards of the shop. Open, honest, friendly communication coupled with a high level of expertise makes this the only automotive shop I feel confident to take my car, and to recommend my friends and family to. The Warren's are invested and genuinely care not only in their business, but more importantly, in the individuals and the community in which they live and serve. We just left Warren's and could not have had a better experience! We were traveling and broke down on the 395. We called them before we showed up and they had waters waiting, as well as ice cream sandwiches for our four kids. Everyone at the shop was warm and welcoming, the customer service was amazing, they had us in and out quickly and really bent over backwards to find us a part to get us back on the road. I highly recommend this shop!

I've been dealing with them for service and repairs of my cars for years and always feel like I get a fair deal. Rusty or Tina sit with me and explain the problem and how they are going to take care of it and give me a quote for the repairs which details all of the work. I will continue to do business with these people because they are honest and sincere.

I have gone to Warren's since I moved here in 2008. Always trust them to take good care of me. I don't know much about cars, put in gas and drive them. They take care of all the details that keep it running!!! Service is always excellent and friendly.

Coming from Idaho, our car broke down about an hour outside of town. We decided to have it towed to Warren's. They were polite, willing to go out of their way (and hours) to help. The car problem was an unusual one, yet they had the expertise to perform the repairs without the costs spiraling out of control. It still wasn't cheap, but way better than it otherwise might have been. After the trip to San Diego, they met us on a Sunday at their shop so we could pick up the repaired car on the way home. Great customer service, excellent knowledge and ability.

I have been taking my vehicles to Warren s for their routine oil & filter changes and smog checks. Tina usually answers the phone whenever I call to schedule an appointment and she treats me with utmost respect and concern for my needs. Two other smog test shops in town ( Dennis and Nelson's) charged charge $55 and $52 respectively. I asked the front desk receptionist if she can price match down from her $75 quote to $52 that Nelson's charged.... She rudely laughed and said "HELL NO". I said, "have a nice day" and walked out.Kind of poor customer service. If you don't price match, a simple no will suffice. Apparently they make enough money of off customers here, so no need to give them mine.

I have used this business on several occasions for different reasons with no rework being required nor the problem failing again in the future. This is my go to auto shop for just about everything that I do not feel comfortable doing myself or I don't have the tools to do. I have rebuilt engines and do my own services on my vehicles but some things i just cannot do due to EPA or something else. This is probably one of the best auto repair shops I have ever dealt with. They were extremely professional, helpful and honest. I broke down while traveling on Christmas eve and they got my car fixed in a very timely manner and were very pleasant to work with. Thank you to everyone at Warren's automotive.
