I was driving on 395 at night and ran over a large plastic crate on the road which I couldn't avoid and caused damage to my vehicle. Luckily I made it home and was looking for a mechanic the next day to check out the car & see what repairs are needed. I rely a lot on reviews to choose a business especially for bigger things like auto repairs. First I called the higher rating places and explained it was urgent bc I needed to drive out of town soon. I got the brush off and basically they're too busy for me... one place up to 3 weeks out. I didn't want tge repairs done, just know if it's ok to drive. I took my rav4 to Toyota in RC and they were very busy too but had a mechanic check out my car really quick to let me know if it was just cosmetic damage or not safe to drive. I'm newer to RC and was so happy that Toyota helped me out like this. When I really needed the help, this dealership came through. Thank you and I'll be using Toyota service for my car's future needs.Service: Vehicle Inspection

7/23 car said I needed Maitenance. 3000 miles early.First time I had to pay for maintenance, 1 hr! Not too bad!<$100.00 4/24/22 bought car a year ago. Have had lots of issues with head unit incompatible. Now the app quit working cause I'm not willing to pay for services that don't work. Remote never worked til a month ago. Now can not get charge status. I have removed the Toyota app.2/2/22 Took a month to get appointments. Many unproductive calls. Walked in today,did service without wait!

Customer service was good. Too bad only one guy at the service desk and there were three other customers in line. The CSR even asked for help but the other, younger guy did not show up until 15 minutes later. It was a day to realize again, the younger generation's understanding of immediate urgency for customers was not that important. Unbelievable! Kudos for the older guy multi-tasking and decent enough to keep cool. Four stars for him!! None for others!
